  • the invention relates to an offset printing unit according to claim 1.
  • An offset printing unit with a pair of cylinders consisting of a forme cylinder and a transfer cylinder, the transfer cylinder of which cooperates with a printing cylinder to carry a printing material web vertically passing between the latter two cylinders with ink is generally known.
  • the printing cylinder can be equipped with one printing side in the circumferential direction and two printed pages in the circumferential direction and two printed pages in the longitudinal direction or two printed pages in the circumferential direction and four printed pages in the longitudinal direction Broadsheet format are arranged standing.
  • the EP-A-0 182 156 shows a double printing unit for horizontal web run, in which the circumference of the transfer cylinder is an integer multiple of the circumference of the forme cylinder.
  • a printing press shows a newspaper offset printing unit with at least one cylinder pair consisting of a forme cylinder and a transfer cylinder, whose transfer cylinder can be coated with a printing cylinder by passing a printing material web passing between the last two cylinders cooperates, wherein the forme cylinder in the circumferential direction with one and in the longitudinal direction with at least four stationary printed pages in broadsheet format by means in the circumferential direction of the forme cylinder one and its longitudinal direction at least one arranged on this, flexible printing plate and the printing material is vertically guided between two pairs of cylinders and wherein the pair of cylinders with a further pair of cylinders forms a double printing unit and that at least two double printing units are arranged one above the other, the scope of the transfer gszylinders is an integer multiple of the forme cylinder, namely a ratio 2: 1.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a vibration-optimized offset printing unit that enables the relatively efficient production of corgestaltiger products with relatively little technical effort.
  • a relation to the forme cylinder by an integer multiple greater circumference of the transfer cylinder allows its high rigidity and, associated with it, also an effective support of cooperating with him forme cylinder.
