Claims (10)
- Wagon à plate-forme pivotante pour l'embarquement et le débarquement de camion,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, montée sur un wagon plat à bogies normaux, une plate-forme pivotante (2) symétrique centrée, actionnée par vérins hydrauliques et portée par des galets (7), et un dispositif d'immobilisation de la plate-forme pendant le convoyage. - Wagon à plate-forme pivotante selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que les galets (7) sont montés entre des traverses couplées (8)composées de deux profilés en U arrondis centrés sur l'axe de pivotement de la plate-forme. Ces galets se déplacent sur des chemins de roulement plats, balayés par des brosses et soudés sur le châssis fixe du wagon. - Wagon à plate-forme pivotante selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement central est matérialisé par un tube (15) encastré au centre de la plate-forme et tournant à l'intérieur d'un fût central (16) encastré dans le châssis fixe du wagon de façon à réaliser une liaison pivot présentant un minimum de frottement. Le fond du tube viendra en appui sur une butée à billes (17) placée à l'intérieur du fût(16). - Wagon à plate-forme pivotante selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé par le système de blocage de la plate-forme (2) composé de quatre cales (3) coulissant à l'intérieur de quatre guides (4) et actionnées par quatre vérins hydrauliques (5), l'ensemble étant monté sur une semelle (6) fixée sur le châssis du wagon. - Wagon à plate-forme pivotante selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'aux extrémités de la plate-forme sont montées deux passerelles rabattables (12) dont le pivotement de chacune est obtenu par deux vérins hydrauliques (13). - Wagon ferroviaire à plate-forme pivotante selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que son système de "calage et de fixation " du camion et de sa remorque est constitué de cales à talons(20) maintenues dans des fentes du chemin de roulement des véhicules, et de chaínes à ridoirs(21 ) avec réservoir de rangement (22 ). - Wagon à plate-forme pivotante selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le système de manoeuvre de pivotement de la plate-forme est constitué de deux vérins (9) et(9') placés longitudinalement de part et d'autre du fût central, l'une des extrémités de chaque vérin sera fixée par liaison pivot à axe vertical à une traverse du châssis fixe du wagon, l'autre extrémité sera fixée par une liaison du même type à une traverse de la plate-forme. L'angle de pivotement obtenu est de 20 degrés de part et d'autre de l'axe longitudinal du wagon. - Wagon à plate forme pivotante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que le pivotement de la plate-forme peut être obtenu par moto-réducteur muni d'un pignon(10 ) engrenant sur un secteur denté (11) fixé à une traverse de la plate forme. Système qui peut être doublé. Le pignon moteur sera désolidarisable du système d'entraínement par simple basculement d'un levier. - Wagon à plate-forme pivotante selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'il possède son système hydraulique de puissance propre, pour alimenter tous les vérins hydrauliques, la commande se faisant de la locomotive. - Wagon à plate forme pivotante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que le système hydraulique de puissance peut être alimenté à partir de la locomotive par une centrale de puissance hydraulique alimentant tous les wagons. Centrale qui peut être double.
