Abstract

L'invention concerne un système permettant de corriger l'effet d'allongement en éventail sur des presses rotatives à imprimer comportant plusieurs groupes d'impression (1, 2, 3, 4) fonctionnant en mode blanchet contre blanchet. Ce dispositif comporte de manière facultative devant chaque groupe d'impression, une unité de commande (21-26, 29-33) présentant un nombre de rouleaux pouvant être mis en place contre une bande de papier continue (6). Chaque unité de commande comporte un nombre différencié de rouleaux pouvant être mis en place conjointement, individuellement ou en groupes.

Claims (5)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation d'un dispositif de compensation d'un élargissement d'une bande de papier (6) avant les entrées à des unités d'impression (2; 3; 4) sélectionnées d'une machine à imprimer rotative à rouleau offset, par suite d'une augmentation de la teneur en humidité lors de l'impression par une unité d'impression (2; 3; 4) à une unité d'impression (2; 3; 4), par le processus d'humidification des plaques d'impression, le dispositif étant constitué d'une pluralité d'éléments de réglage (21 à 26; 35 à 41) espacés les uns des autres, agissant sur les deux faces (12; 13) de la bande de papier (6), et les éléments de réglage (21 à 26) de la première face (12) de la bande de papier (6) étant disposés pour agir dans les intervalles existant entre les éléments de réglage (35 à 41) espacés de l'autre face (13) de la bande de papier (6), caractérisé en ce que le nombre des éléments de réglage (21 à 26; 35 à 41), agissant sur la bande de papier (6), d'un groupe d'impression (2; 3; 4) à un groupe d'impression (2; 3; 4) augmente avec la teneur en humidité de la bande de papier (6).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les espacements (a2, a3, a4), entre les éléments de réglage (21 à 26; 35 à 41) agissant sur la bande de papier (6) d'une unité d'impression (2; 3; 4) à une unité d'impression (2; 3; 4) diminuent lorsque la teneur en humidité de la bande de papier (6) augmente.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de réglage (14; 21 à 26; 35 à 41) et les éléments de réglage conjugués (16, 17; 29 à 33; 43 à 50) sont susceptibles d'être placés chaque fois d'une position de repos, individuellement ou en groupe, en une position de travail sur la bande de papier (6).
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de réglage (14; 21 à 26; 35 à 41) et les éléments de réglage conjugués (16, 17; 29 à 33; 43 à 50) sont constitués de buses à air comprimé.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de réglage (14; 21 à 26; 35 à 41) et les éléments de réglage conjugués (16, 17; 29 à 33; 43 à 50) sont constitués de rouleaux de réglage susceptibles de tourner librement.
