Claims (16)
- Falzabdeckleiste (10) eines Tür- oder Fensterrahmens, insbesondere eines Kunststoffrahmens, der profilierte hohle Rahmenholme (11) mit einer Seitenfläche (12) aufweist, die einem benachbarten Rahmenholm (13) eines zweiten Rahmens zugewendet ist und von der ein einen Falzraum (14) zwischen beiden Rahmen abdeckender Überschlag (15) vorspringt, wobei die Abdeckleiste (10) die Seitenfläche (12) des Rahmenholms (11) sowie die daran angrenzende Überschlagfläche (15') zumindest je zum Teil mittels L-Profils (16) abdeckt und an der Seitenfläche (12) mit gegenseitig ineinandergreifenden Befestigungsrippen (17,18) und -rillen (19) festgelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das L-Profil (16) der Falzabdeckleiste (10) durch Rollen aus Bandwerkstoff einstückig hergestellt ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens eine durch Rollen aus dem Bandwerkstoff einstückig mit dem L-Profil (16) hergestellte Befestigungsrippe (17,18) oder -rille (19) aufweist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Befestigungsrippe (18) eine durch Rollen abgebogene Endkante des L-Profils (16) ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Befestigungsrippe (17,18) eine durch Rollen hergestellte Verdoppelung des Bandwerkstoffs ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das L-Profil (16) der Falzabdeckleiste (10) durch verdoppelndes Rollen des Bandwerkstoffs mit dementsprechend doppelter Bandwerkstoffdicke hergestellt ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit zwei einander parallel vorspringenden Befestigungsrippen (17,18) aus einem einzigen Streifen Bandwerkstoffs hergestellt ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das L-Profil (16) an seinem die Seitenfläche (12) des Rahmenholms (11) abdeckenden Schenkel (16') eine einstückig angerollte abgebogene Holmabdeckkante (21) aufweist.
- Falzabdeckleiste, insbesondere nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem bedarfsweise gerollten L-Profil (16) ein der Seitenfläche (12) des Rahmenholms (11) benachbartes Adapterstück (23) angebracht ist, das mindestens eine Befestigungsrippe (17,18) oder -rille (19) hat.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Adapterstück (23) mit einer rahmenholmseitig flach an dem L-Profil (16) anliegenden Befestigungsplatte (22) versehen ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Adapterstück (23) in Längsrichtung des L-Profils (16) mit einer über dessen Ende vorspringenden Verbindungslänge (24) ausgebildet ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bedarfsweise angerollten Befestigungsrippen (17,18) oder -rillen (19) in Abstimmung auf Befestigungsrillen- oder rippen eines einem Rahmensystem entsprechenden Rahmenholms (11) am L-Profil (16) angeordnet sind.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das L-Profil (16) in seinem die Seitenfläche (12) des Rahmenholms abdeckenden Schenkel (16') eine Ausnehmung (25) hat, in die eine Schließtasche (26) eingebaut ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließtasche (26) das L-Profil (16) falzseitig mit einem Kragen (27) übergreift und rahmenholmseitig dicht unter dem L-Profil (16) befestigt ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließtasche (26) an dem L-Profil (16) mit einem vertikal formschlüssigen Anbauteil befestigt ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anbauteil eine in eine Längsausnehmung (28) formschlüssig eingeschobene U-förmige Klammer (29) ist.
- Falzabdeckleiste nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das L-Profil (16) aus Stahl besteht.
