Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 15 et 16, caractérisé en ce qu'une station de génération et/ou de distribution (1) sous forme de douche, de ruissellement, de vague et/ou de jet ou d'éventail ou analogue est prévue pour la distribution du milieu sous forme de granulés (19) et/ou pour la génération d'un flux de milieu comprenant le milieu sous forme de granulés (19).
  18. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15, 16 et 17, caractérisé en ce que l'installation de réfrigération et/ou de mise à disposition comprend une installation de fragmentation (5), ou une installation de fragmentation (5) est agencée après l'installation de réfrigération et/ou de mise à disposition, grâce à laquelle on peut produire le composant constitué du milieu sous forme de granulés (19) à une taille moyenne souhaitée.
  19. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisé en ce que la station de génération et/ou de distribution (1) est formée, pour la distribution du milieu sous forme de granulés (19), à la manière d'une goulotte (2) avec un point de distribution (23) situé en bas.
  20. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la station de génération et/ou de distribution (1) comprend de plus une alimentation en eau (39) pour l'amenée d'un autre composant constitué d'un milieu liquide (37), de sorte que les deux flux massiques, c'est-à-dire le composant de milieu sous forme de granulés et le composant de milieu liquide, se mélangent au moins partiellement et sont susceptibles d'être transportés et/ou distribués plus loin au moins partiellement ensemble.
  21. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 à 20, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'alimentation (39) pour l'amenée du milieu liquide (37), de même qu'une installation d'amenée correspondante, de préférence sous la forme d'une installation de fragmentation (5) pour le milieu sous forme de granulés (19), sont agencées de telle sorte que les deux composants de milieu peuvent être mélangés.
  22. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est agencé et réalisé de telle sorte que le courant de milieu sous forme de granulés croise le courant de milieu liquide avec une composante de trajectoire.
  23. Dispositif selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que la station de génération et/ou de distribution (1) est construite de manière à ce qu'après avoir rencontré le composant de milieu liquide sous la forme de vague, de douche ou de jet, librement déversé, au moins une partie du courant de milieu sous forme de granulés s'entremêle à ce courant de milieu liquide.
  24. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 à 23, caractérisé en ce que la station de génération et/ou de distribution (1) est réalisée de façon similaire à une tête de douche ou à une passoire et peut être alimentée par l'arrière par un jet de douche, d'eau ou de ruissellement du composant de milieux liquide.
  25. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 à 24, caractérisé en ce que la station de génération et/ou de distribution (1), de préférence avec la goulotte associée (2), est agencée à un bassin d'eau ou au-dessus de celui-ci.
  26. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 15 à 25, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une grille de sol (27) au-dessous de la station de génération et/ou de distribution (1) et ainsi au-dessous de la goulotte de préférence associée.
  27. Dispositif selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au-dessous de la grille de sol (27) une grille inférieure ou un bassin d'évacuation (29) lequel peut être rincé grâce à un raccordement d'eau (31).
