Claims (22)
- Gehäuse für eine frontbeschickbare Wäschebehandlungsmaschine wie Waschmaschine, Waschtrockner oder Wäschetrockner, mit einem Tragrahmen für das Waschaggregat bzw. für die Trockentrommel, mit einem Bodenteil, einer Rückwand, wobei das Bodenteil und die Rückwand zu einem L-förmig abgewinkelten Rahmenelement verbunden sind, und mit Seitenwänden, einem Deckel und mit einer Frontwand, wobei oberhalb der Frontwand eine Bedienblende angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seitlich zwei im wesentlichen L-förmige Leisten (6a; 6b) die vordere Ecke des Bodenteils (4) mit der oberen Ecke der Rückwand (5) verbinden und daß zwischen den Leisten (6a; 6b) im Bereich ihrer Abwinklung eine als Träger für die Bedienblende (10) fungierende Traverse (8) angeordnet ist. - Gehäuse für eine frontbeschickbare Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leisten (6a; 6b) im Übergangsbereich vom horizontalen Teilstück (61) zum vertikalen Teilstück (63) ein abgeschrägtes Teilstück (62) beinhalten und daß die Traverse (8) die Leisten (6a; 6b) an diesen abgeschrägten Bereichen (62) verbindet. - Gehäuse für eine frontbeschickbare Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Bedienblende (10) verschiedene Neigungswinkel im Bereich von 0° bis 50° zur Vertikalen aufweisen kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschrägung der Leisten unabhängig vom Neigungswinkel bzw. der Form der Bedienblende (10) jeweils den gleichen Winkel ∝ aufweist. - Gehäuse für eine frontbeschickbare Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Winkel ∝ der Abschrägung ca. 30 ° beträgt. - Gehäuse für eine frontbeschickbare Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traverse (8) lösbar zwischen den Leisten (6a; 6b) im Bereich ihres abgeschrägten Teilstücks (62) befestigt ist. - Gehäuse für eine frontbeschickbare Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leisten (6a; 6b) als einstückige Teile in einem Rollforming-Verfahren oder einem Stanz-Biegeverfahren hergestellt sind. - Gehäuse für eine frontbeschickbare Wäschebehandlungsmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückwand (5) an ihren Seiten zur Gerätefront gerichtete Abkantungen (51) besitzt. - Gehäuse für eine frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine oder einen frontbeschickbaren Waschtrockner nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leisten (6a; 6b) im Vorderwandbereich unterhalb der Türöffnung (21) durch eine Strebe (7) verbunden sind. - Gehäuse für eine frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine oder einen frontbeschickbaren Waschtrockner nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenteil (4) als geschlossene Bodenwanne (4) ausgebildet ist - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner mit Funktionsbaugruppen und Funktionsbauteilen, von denen mindestens eine Funktionsbaugruppe als Einzelheit oder mit einem oder mehreren Funktionsbauteilen ein vorprüfbares Modul bildet, welches in das Gehäuse einschiebbar ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Modul (43) als das Gehäuse im vorderen Einschubbereich stabilisierende Tragstruktur für Funktionsbauteile und Funktionsbaugruppen ausgebildet ist. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 oder nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bodenteil (4) des Gehäuses zwei seitliche Führungsschienen (44) besitzt und daß ein einschiebbares Modul (43) die Bodenplatte bildet. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse u-förmig ausgebildet ist und in seinem unteren Gehäusebereich mit Führungsschienen (44) zur Aufnahme des Moduls (43) ausgebildet ist. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse einen Tragrahmen (1) mit daran angeordneten Gehäusesichtflächen (1a, b) aufweist und daß der Tragrahmen (1) in seinem unteren Bereich mit Führungsschienen (44) zur Aufnahme des Moduls (43) ausgebildet ist. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschienen (4) für das Modul (43) als Laufrollenführung ausgebildet sind. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschienen (44) für das Modul (43) als Schlittenführung ausgebildet sind. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gehäuse (1) eine Steckkupplung für das einschiebbare Modul (43) angeordnet ist, über die die weiteren Funktionbauteile wie z.B. die Programmsteuereinrichtung mit den auf dem Einschubmodul (43) angeordneten Funktionsbaugruppen verbindbar sind. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Gehäuserückwand (42) ein Endanschlag mit einer Auszugsicherung (421) für das Modul (43) angeordnet ist. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auszugsicherung (421) als Schraubverbindung ausgebildet ist. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschienen (44) in Einschubrichtung derart gestuft ausgebildet sind, daß beim Einschieben des Moduls (43) eine seitlich ausgerichtete Versetzbewegung bezüglich der Gehäusemitte (11) durchgeführt wird. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Modul (43) in Einschubposition frontseitig über Sicherungsmittel mit dem Gehäuse bzw. dem Tragrahmen (1) verbindbar ist. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsmittel als am Modul (43) angeformte Krallen ausgebildet sind, welche die Führungsschienen (44) umgreifen. - Gehäuse für einen frontbeschickbaren Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsmittel als am Modul (2) angeformte Stifte ausgebildet sind, die in Aufnahmen an den Führungsschienen (44) oder an Gehäuseseitenteilen (1a, b) einrasten.
