Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- Kreiselpumpe mit einem auf einer Antriebswelle (26) befestigten Laufrad (27) und einem mehrteiligen Pumpengehäuse (22), das teilweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist, in welchem ein auf der Antriebsseite des Laufrades (27) angeordneter Saugraum und ein spiralförmiger Druckraum (25) ausgebildet sind, wobei ein im Bereich des Saugraumes (24) angeordneter Lagerträger (23) aus metallischem Werkstoff besteht, und wobei das Pumpengehäuse (22) auf der Antriebsseite einen Ansaugflansch (24a) und im Bereich des Druckraumes (25) einen Gehäusedeckel (28) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugraum (24) einerseits durch den Lagerträger (23) und andererseits durch einen aus Kunststoff bestehenden und den Lagerträger (23) umgebenden, mit dem Lagerträger (23) vorzugsweise lösbar verbundenen Gehäuseteil (30) begrenzt ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehäusedeckel (28) aus Kunststoffbesteht.
- Kreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehäusedeckel (28) einteilig mit dem den Saugraum (24) zum Teil bildenden Gehäuseteil (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansaugflansch (24a) aus Kunststoff besteht und vorzugsweise einteilig mit dem den Saugraum (24) zum Teil bildenden Gehäuseteil (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerträger (23) einstückig mit einem antriebsseitigen Befestigungsflansch (33) ausgebildet ist, auf welchen der den Saugraum (24) zumindest zum Teil bildende Gehäuseteil (30) vorzugsweise lösbar befestigt ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerträger (23) aus Aluminium oder Magnesium oder einer Aluminium- bzw. Magnesiumlegierung besteht.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugraum (24) ringförmig ausgebildet ist und den Lagerträger (23) außen umgibt, und daß der Gehäuseteil (30) im wesentlichen konzentrisch zum Lagerträger (23) ausgebildet ist.
- Kreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehäuseteil (30) den Druckraum (25) teilweise begrenzt.
