Claims (11)
- Procédé pour le traitement de tuyaux de protection, lesdits tuyaux étant formés par des fils d'un seul filament d'un matériel plastique tricotressés, et étant chauffés à une température comprise entre 130°C et 600°C pendant une période de temps comprise entre 10 secondes et 45 minutes, procédé dans lequel, pendant l'étape de chauffage, les tuyaux de protection sont également soumis à une tension longitudinale comprise entre 0,1 kg. et 5 kg pendant une période de temps comprise entre 10 secondes et 45 minutes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau est chauffé à une température comprise entre 150°C et 400°C.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le temps pendant lequel on applique la température et la tension est compris entre 0,5 et 30 minutes.
- Procédé pour le traitement de tuyaux de protection, lesdits tuyaux étant formés par des fils d'un seul filament d'un matériel plastique tricotréssés ainsi que par des fils à filaments multiples, lesdits tuyaux étant chauffés à une température comprise entre 130°C et 600°C et pendant une période de temps comprise entre 10 secondes et 45 minutes, procédé dans lequel pendant l'étape de chauffage, les tuyaux de protection sont également soumis à une tension longitudinale comprise entre 0,1 kg. et 5 kg pendant une période de temps comprise entre 10 secondes et 45 minutes.
- Procédé pour le traitement de tuyaux de protection, lesdits tuyaux étant formés par des fils d'un seul filament d'un matériel plastique tricotressés ainsi que par des fils d'un matériel texturisé, lesdits tuyaux étant chauffés à une température comprise entre 130°C et 600°C pendant une période de temps comprise entre 10 secondes et 45 minutes, procédé dans lequel pendant l'étape de chauffage, les tuyaux de protection sont également soumis à une tension longitudinale comprise entre 0,1 kg. et 5 kg pendant une période de temps comprise entre 10 secondes et 45 minutes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau est imprégné de résine avant le chauffage du tuyau de protection.
- Procédé selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les fils d'un seul filament ont un diamètre compris entre 0,1 mm et 0,3 mm.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau est imprégné avec de la résine de silicone ou acrylique.
- Procédé selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les fils d'un seul filament sont d'un matériel plastique choisi entre polyester, polyamide et polytétra-fluoréthylène (PTFE).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les fils à filaments multiples et les fils d'un matériel texturisé sont en polyester ou en polyamide.
- Procédé selon une quelconque des revendications antérieures, caractérisé en ce qu'après le chauffage du tuyau de protection celui-ci est coupé longitudinalement.
