Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for inserting Printed products into a folded main product, at least in the a printed product designed as a folded intermediate product and then insert other print products.
  • Such methods are used to print any printed matter, especially newspapers and magazines in each Desired way from different printed products together.
  • a disadvantage of the known methods is the fact that the freedom in structuring a printed product are limited, so that in particular the compilation from a main product, at least one intermediate product and several supplements existing newspapers due to technical reasons conditional limits are not always in the desired structure is possible.
  • the method according to the invention can be used with a wide variety of devices for the compilation of printed matter be performed.
  • Main product in a pocket during insertion hold each with a plurality of pockets side by side or can be arranged one behind the other.
  • the side by side and / or pockets arranged one behind the other can for example by means of a traction or other drive means along an at least partially linear path or also be moved along a curved path.
  • a traction or other drive means along an at least partially linear path or also be moved along a curved path.
  • the bag can also be pivoted with the traction mechanism be connected and, for example, by the action of a Perform a tilting movement.
  • the bags can also be designed as elongated bags and the printed products in these bags using a gripper or slide in one conveying direction be moved.
  • These elongated pockets can be pivoted or with a rotating Drum are coupled so that the rotating in the elongated pockets conveyed printed products essentially a movement along a circular or helical line or a combination of circular and helical lines.
  • the invention it is possible to park and then openable products directly into the main product insert so that immediately after inserting a contact between the main product and the preliminary product is.
  • a device for carrying out to make the method according to the invention particularly simple, since it is not necessary, for example, double-walled or having several nested sections Bags to use. Rather, the effort is sufficient from simple, just a single input section and pockets with only one wall.
