Claims (20)
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur (10) destiné à appliquer de la vapeur sur une bande de matériau qui défile comme notamment une bande de papier ou de carton à assécher qui passe à travers la partie de pressage d'une machine à papier, lequel s'étend transversalement par rapport au sens de défilement de la bande sur toute la largeur de la bande et comprend une pluralité de chambres de zone (12) disposées en ligne les unes à côté des autres sur la largeur de la bande et qui sont raccordées à une source de vapeur par le biais de vannes de régulation (14) séparées, chaque chambre de zone (12) étant ici reliée à une conduite de vapeur (16) et les conduites de vapeur (16) étant acheminées vers au moins une plaque support (18) où elles sont à chaque fois raccordées à une conduite d'alimentation (20) raccordée à la source de vapeur, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité des conduites d'alimentation (20) qui est raccordée aux conduites de vapeur (16) est à chaque fois munie d'un mamelon enfichable (24) présentant une butée (26) et la plaque support (18) présente des orifices (30) dans lesquels les mamelons enfichables (24) peuvent être insérés d'un côté de la plaque support (18) jusqu'à ce que leurs butées (26) reposent sur le côté correspondant de la plaque afin d'accoupler les conduites d'alimentation (20) avec les conduites de vapeur (16) qui aboutissent de l'autre côté de la plaque, et que les conduites d'alimentation (20) sont fixées à la plaque support (18) par au moins une barre de fixation (32) qui agit conjointement avec les butées (26) et qui peut coulisser parallèlement à la plaque support (18) derrière les butées (26) de manière à ce que celles-ci soient maintenues par la barre de fixation (32) du côté concerné de la plaque.
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre de fixation (32) est amincie en son extrémité avant dans le sens du coulissement.
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des orifices (30) prévus dans la plaque support (18) est disposée en au moins une rangée (Ri) et que les mamelons enfichables (24) insérés dans cette rangée d'orifices (Ri) sont fixés à la plaque support (18) par au moins une barre de fixation (32) qui peut coulisser latéralement le long de cette rangée d'orifices (Ri).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la barre de fixation (32) peut coulisser progressivement de telle manière que les mamelons enfichables (24) associés à une rangée d'orifices (Ri) voisine peuvent être insérés l'un après l'autre dans les orifices (30) consécutifs de cette rangée (Ri) et peuvent être fixés à la plaque support (18) à l'aide de la barre de fixation (32) correspondante qui coulisse à la suite.
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les orifices (30) prévus dans la plaque support (18) sont disposés en plusieurs rangées (R1 - R11) parallèles les unes aux autres et que les mamelons enfichables (24) insérés dans ces rangées d'orifices (R1 - R11) sont fixés à la plaque support (18) par des barres de fixation (32) qui peuvent coulisser latéralement le long de ces rangées d'orifices (R1 - R11).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les barres de fixation (32) prévues entre des rangées d'orifices voisines (Ri) agissent conjointement à la fois avec les butées (26) des mamelons enfichables (24) insérés dans la rangée d'orifices (R1) et les butées (26) des mamelons enfichables (24) insérés dans l'autre rangée d'orifices (Ri) afin de fixer les mamelons enfichables (24) correspondants à la plaque support (18).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une barre de fixation (32) pouvant coulisser parallèlement aux rangées d'orifices (Ri) est à chaque fois prévue aussi bien entre les rangées d'orifices (Ri) voisines que latéralement à l'extérieur au niveau des deux rangées d'orifices extrêmes (R1, R11).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les barres de fixation (32) peuvent coulisser dans une position de fixation correspondante depuis le même côté de la plaque support (18).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les barres de fixation (32) peuvent coulisser dans une position de fixation correspondante depuis les côtés opposés de la plaque support (18).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les barres de fixation (32) sont guidées sur la plaque support (18).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les barres de fixation (32) sont à chaque fois guidées par plusieurs éléments de guidage disposés les uns derrière les autres dans le sens de leur coulissement, un tel élément de guidage étant de préférence prévu à chaque fois entre des orifices (30) successifs.
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de guidage sont constitués de montants (40) parallèles les uns aux autres qui s'étendent perpendiculairement au sens de coulissement des barres de fixation (32) et qui présentent des orifices de guidage (42) orientés entre eux dans le sens du coulissement des barres de fixation (32) correspondantes.
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les butées (26) des mamelons enfichables (24) sont à chaque fois réalisées en forme d'anneau.
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque mamelon enfichable (24) est équipé d'au moins un joint torique (28).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque support (18) s'étend dans la zone à l'extérieur de la machine à papier concernée depuis une extrémité du caisson de soufflage de vapeur (10).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque support (18) est au moins pour l'essentiel dirigée dans le sens horizontal et les mamelons enfichables (24) sont insérés dans les orifices (30) depuis le dessous de la plaque support (18).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les conduites d'alimentation (20) comprennent des tuyaux souples.
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les tuyaux souples sont au moins partiellement équipés d'un tressage rigide.
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des conduites d'alimentation (20) qui sont à l'opposé de la plaque support (18) sont reliées à une station de distribution de vapeur (22) qui présente les vannes de régulation (14).
- Caisson de soufflage de vapeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les barres de fixation (32) sont bloquées sur la plaque support (18) dans leurs positions finales par des vis (36) et des tôles de blocage (38) et/ou similaires.
