Claims (11)
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen zwei Bauteilen, insbesondere Verbindung zwischen zwei Bauteilen unterschiedlichen Werkstoffs, bestehend aus einem Trägerteil (1), einem Anbauteil (2), lösbaren Befestigungsmitteln (3) sowie mindestens einem Druckverteilstück (4), wobei das Anbauteil (2) am Trägerteil (1) mittels der das Trägerteil (1) und das hinter ihm angeordnete Druckverteilstück (4) durchdringenden Teils der Befestigungsmittel (Schraube 3a) sowie des zugeordneten, haltenden Teils des Befestigungsmittels (Mutter 3b) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das/die Druckverteilstück/e (4) mit dem Trägerteil (2) verschweißt (Schweißnaht 8) wird/werden.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das/die Druckverteilstück(e) (4) nach Aufbringen einer vorgesehenen Verspannkraft, mit Hilfe der lösbaren Befestigungsmittel (3), mit dem Trägerteil (1) unter Spannung verschweißt wird/werden.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerteil (1) als Hohl- bzw. als Hohlkammerprofil ausgebildet ist und in unmittelbarer Nähe der lösbaren Befestigungsmittel (3) parallel zum Schaft des durchdringenden Befestigungsmittels (Schraube 3a), Stege (5) angeordnet sind.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anbauteil (2) aus höherfestem Werkstoff als das Trägerteil (1) besteht.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lösbaren Befestigungsmittel (3) durch Schraube (3a) und Mutter (3b) gebildet sind.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das durchdringende Befestigungsmittel (Schraube 3a) als Dehnelement, insbesondere als Dehnschraube ausgebildet ist.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das durchdringende Befestigungsmittel (Schraube 3a) eine große Klemmlänge aufweist.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckverteilstück (4) mindestens an der Schweißzone aus einem Werkstoff besteht der mit dem Trägerteil (1) verschweißbar ist und vorzugsweise ein artgleicher Werkstoff ist.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckverteilstück (4) Versteifungsstege (6) aufweist.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckverteilstück (4) topfartig ausgebildet ist, d. h. umlaufende Versteifungsstege (6) im Randbereich aufweist.
- Kraft- und formschlüssige Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Druckverteilstück (4) und dem zugeordneten, krafteinleitenden Ende des lösbaren Befestigungsmittels (3) ein Druckstück (7), insbesondere aus dem Werkstoff Stahl, angeordnet ist.
