Insgesamt lassen sich, wie die beiden Ausführungsbeispiele zeigen, die T-förmigen Profile des Zylinderrohrs zumindest in zwei unterschiedlichen Ausführungen des Druckluftzylinders vorteilhaft verwenden.
Claims (8)
- Druckluftzylinder zur Betätigung eines einstellbaren Elementes, insbesondere einer Rauchgasklappe in einer Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlage, mit einem doppelseitigem Kolben, der in einem Zylinderrohr mit zwei Zylinderräumen zwischen einem Zylinderkopf und einem Zylinderboden durch ein Druckmittel verschiebbar ist, vorzugsweise mit wenigstens einer mit einer Kolbenstange in Verbindung stehenden Verriegelungseinrichtung in einem Riegeldruckraum sowie mit zwei Druckmittelanschlüssen, die in annähernd einer Querschnittsebene des Druckluftzylinders und in einem Umfangsabstand um den Druckluftzylinder versetzt, vorzugsweise einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, wobei je einer der Druckmittelanschlüsse jeweils über eine druckmittelleitende Verbindung, die eine Querbohrung enthält, mit einem der beiden Zylinderräume und gegebenenfalls einem der zu diesen benachbarten Riegeldruckräume verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Zylinderrohr (3, 61) außen zwei in dessen Längsrichtung verlaufende Profile (19, 10, 66, 67) mit annähernd T-förmigem Querschnitt mit einem Steg (25, 26) und einem Flansch (27, 28) ausgeformt sind, daß jedes Profil eine an beiden Enden abgedichtete Durchgangsbohrung (29, 30) aufweist, daß die Durchgangsbohrung (29, 30) Bestandteil der druckmittelleitenden Verbindung ist, und daß ein die Profile (19, 20) und zumindest einen Mantelumfangsabschnitt sowie einen Mantellängsabschnitt des Zylinderrohrs (3) umgreifendes Klemmprofil (35), das die Druckmittelanschlüsse enthält, auf das Zylinderrohr aufklemmbar ist. - Druckluftzylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Klemmprofil (35) außen Ansätze (36, 37) mit inneren in Längsrichtung des Zylinderrohrs (3,61) verlaufenden Gegenprofilen (36a,37a), die ähnlich den Profilen (19,20) mit annähernd T-förmigem Querschnitt des Gegenzylinders (3) geformt sind, aufweist, daß in das Klemmprofil (35) in Umfangsrichtung des Zylinderrohrs (3,61) versetzt vorzugsweise in gleicher Querschnittsebene zwei durchgehende Anschlußbohrungen (39,40) als die Druckmittelanschlüsse gebohrt sind, die geeignet sind, je einen Gewindezapfen (44,44a) einer Druckmittelanschlußarmatur (21,22) aufzunehmen und über je eine Querbohrung (57,58) in dem Flansch (27,28) eines der Profile (19,20) mit der Durchgangsbohrung (29,30) in Verbindung zu treten, wobei die Querbohrung (57,58) in dem Flansch, die Anschlußbohrung (39,40) in dem Ansatz sowie die Querbohrung (57,58) in der Zylinderwand (3), die in die Durchgangsbohrung (29,30) des Profils (19,20) mündet, Abschnitte der druckmittelleitenden Verbindung zu einem der beiden Zylinderräume (4,5) und einem der Riegeldruckräume (17,18) bilden. - Druckluftzylinder nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Klemmprofil einen ringsförmigen Querschnitt hat. - Druckluftzylinder nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Klemmprofil (35) einen annähernd C-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und daß an den Enden dieses Querschnitts je einer der beiden Ansätze (37,38) dem inneren Gegenprofil (36a,37a) und der Anschlußbohrung (39,40) ausgebildet ist. - Druckluftzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2-4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur schwenkbaren Lagerung des Druckluftzylinders aus den Ansätzen (36,37) des Klemmprofils (35) gleichachsig zu den Anschlußbohrungen (39,40) je eine Senke (43) zur Aufnahme eines Schafts (42,42a) der Druckmittelanschlußarmatur (21,22) ausgeformt ist. - Druckluftzylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zylinderkopf (59) oder der Zylinderboden (60) zwei Sacklöcher (62,63) mit je einem Anschlußgewinde als die Druckmittelanschlüsse aufweist, die über Kanäle (64) mit je einem der Zylinderräume (4,5) und je einem der Druckriegelräume (17,18) in druckmittelleitender Verbindung stehen, und daß das eine der Profile (66) mit Durchgangsbohrung über eine erste Querbohrung (69) in der Zylinderwand (61) mit einem der Sacklöcher (62) in dem Zylinderkopf oder Zylinderboden (60) in Verbindung steht und über eine zweite Querbohrung (68) in der Zylinderwand (61) mit einem der Druckräume (4) verbunden ist. - Druckluftzylinder nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß aus der Stirnseite des Gewindezapfens (44,44a) der Druckmittelanschlußarmatur (21,22) eine Ringschneide (47,48), die geeignet ist, an dem Flansch (27,28) des Profils (19,20) mit annähernd T-förmigem Querschnitt zur Anlage zu gelangen, um eine zentrale Bohrung in der Druckmittelanschlußarmatur ausgeformt ist. - Druckluftzylinder nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Klemmprofil (35) mittels Gewindestiften (53-56) auf dem Flansch (27,28) des Ansatzes festklemmbar ist.
