Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Füllen eines Grabens (14), insbesondere mit Hilfe abgetragener oder aufgehäufter Erde, die durch Ausgrabung dieses Grabens bereitgestellt wird, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte aufweist: das Ziehen eines auf Rädern oder Laufketten (4) befestigten Fahrgestells (3) mit Hilfe einer Hydraulikschaufel (1) parallel zu dem Graben (14), wobei das Fahrgestell einen Ladebehälter (12) trägt, der an seinem unteren Teil einen Gitterrost (16) aufweist, das Beladen dieses Ladebehälters (12) mit Hilfe der Hydraulikschaufel (1) mit Füllmasse, das Transportieren der Füllmasse in Querrichtung zu dem Gitterrost (16) durch Schwerkraft auf ein Sieb, das schwingend unterhalb des Ladebehälters (12) angeordnet ist, und anschließend dann auf ein Fließband (17), das unter dem schwingenden Ladebehälter auf dem Fahrgestell (3) angeordnet ist, und zwar quer zu dessen Bewegungsrichtung, wobei der schwingende Ladebehälter und das Förderband von von dem Fahrgestell getragenen Motoreinrichtungen angetrieben werden, und das seitliche Auskippen der Füllmasse in den Graben (14) mit Hilfe des Bandes.
  2. Zum Ziehen geeignete Vorrichtung, zum Sieben der Füllmasse und zum Auskippen der Füllmasse in einen Graben (14), welche Vorrichtung so ausgelegt ist, dass sie in dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 eingesetzt wird, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes aufweist:
    ein Fahrgestell (3), das auf Rädern oder Laufketten (4) befestigt ist, und mindestens ein Verbindungselement (8) mit einer Hydraulikschaufel aufweist, welche dieses ziehen kann;
    einen Ladebehälter (12) für die Füllmasse auf dem Fahrgestell, wobei der Ladebehälter mit einem Gitterrost (16) an seinem unteren Teil ausgestattet ist;
    ein schwingendes Sieb (19) unter dem Gitterrost (16);
    unter dem schwingenden Sieb (19) ein Fließband, dessen eine Ende sich bezüglich dem Fahrgestell (3) seitlich schräg neigt;
    und Antriebsvorrichtungen für das schwingende Sieb und das Band (17), welche von dem Fahrgestell getragen werden;
    wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Band (17) unter der Last eines doppeltwirkenden Hebeblocks derart beweglich ist, dass es sich auf der einen Seite oder anderen Seite des Fahrgestells schief neigt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (17) von einem Umkehrmotor getrieben wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Verbindungselement mit einer Hydraulikschaufel um eine Deichsel (8) handelt, die mit Bezug auf das Fahrgestell (3) gelenkig ist und deren Position mit Hilfe eines Hebel- und Hebeblocksystems (5, 6, 7) steuerbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrgestell an jedem Ende eine Vorrichtung aufweist, welche die kraftschlüssige Verbindung über ein Verbindungselement (8) mit einer Hydraulikschaufel zulässt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ladebehälter (12) mit Bezug auf das Fahrgestell (3) unter der Last mindestens eines Hebeblocks (13) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
  7. Einheit zum Füllen eines Grabens (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Hydraulikschaufel (1) sowie eine Vorrichtung (2) zum Sieben und Auskippen einer Füllmasse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6 aufweist, wobei die Vorrichtung (2) über ein Verbindungselement, wie z.B. eine Deichsel, mit der Hydraulikschaufel derart kraftschlüssig verbunden ist, dass diese von der Hydraulikschaufel (1) gezogen werden kann.
