Claims (25)
- Tragplatte, insbesondere für Öfen, z.B. Kaminöfen, mit einer Oberseite, einer Unterseite sowie mit zwischen diesen angeordneten Seitenflächen, mit einem zumindest einschichtigem Aufbau, wobei zumindest eine Schicht aus einem anorganischen Schmelzprodukt, beispielsweise Glas, insbesondere Sicherheitsglas besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Seitenflächen (4 bis 7) und/oder der Unterseite (3) zumindest bereichsweise ein Material (8) angeordnet ist, welches zumindest bereichsweise im unbelasteten Zustand über die Unterseite (3) vorragt und dessen Elastizitätsmodul geringer ist als der des anorganischen Schmelzproduktes.
- Tragplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material zumindest bereichsweise entlang der Seitenkanten (10) und/oder im Abstand dazu angeordnet ist.
- Tragplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (8) im Bereich des gesamten Umfanges der Tragplatte (1) angeordnet ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (8) auf der Unterseite (3) auch in einem Innenbereich (15), z.B. im Bereich einer Aufstandsfläche eines zu tragenden Körpers, insbesondere eines Ofens angeordnet ist, beispielsweise entsprechend der Aufstandsfläche der Kontur und/oder innerhalb dieses Umfanges.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (8) im Bereich der Oberseite (2), insbesondere in den den Seitenflächen (4 bis 7) zugeordneten Bereichen (13) der Oberseite (2) angeordnet ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (1) mehrschichtig ausgebildet ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der Schichten eine Glasplatte, eine Kunststoffplatte, eine Keramikplatte oder dgl. ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite (3) und/oder die Seitenflächen (4 bis 7) und/oder die Oberseite (2) zumindest bereichsweise mit Oberflächengestaltungen (14) versehen ist, z.B. bedruckt ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Unterseite (3) und/oder den Seitenflächen (4 bis 7) und/oder der Oberseite (2) eine Folie, insbesondere eine in das anorganische Schmelzprodukt einbrennbare Folie, zumindest bereichsweise angeordnet ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufdruck bzw. die Folie zwischen dem Material (8) und dem anorganischen Schmelzprodukt angeordnet ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Material (8) zumindest teilweise in eine Aussparung, z.B. eine Nut (16) in zumindest einer der Seitenflächen (4 bis 7) und/oder der Unterseite (3) und/oder der Oberseite (2) erstreckt.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (1) aus mehreren Schichten, insbesondere drei, so aufgebaut ist, daß zumindest eine der Mittelschichten eine geringere Größe als die übrigen Schichten aufweist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwischen zwei Schichten zumindest eine Folie, beispielsweise eine Kunststoffolie, angeordnet ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie so angeordnet bzw. der Aufdruck so ausgebildet ist, daß ein vorbestimmbares Muster entsteht, beispielsweise Marmordesign, punktförmige Ausbildungen oder dgl.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (8) eine insbesondere flüssigkeits- und staubundurchlässige Dichtung ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (8) als Dichtschnur, Dichtungsprofil oder dgl. ausgeführt ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (8) aus einem insbesondere elastisch verformbaren Polymermaterial, Silikon, Kautschuk, Moosgummi oder dgl. besteht.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite (2) und/oder die Unterseite (3) und/oder die Seitenflächen (4 bis 7) zumindest bereichsweise mattiert bzw. undurchsichtig, opak oder dgl. ausgeführt sind, beispielsweise durch Sandstrahlen, Ätzen, z.B. mit Flußsäure, oder dgl.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (8) auf den bzw. im Bereich (13) der mattierten Oberflächen angeordnet ist, insbesondere auf der Unterseite (3) der Tragplatte (1).
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (8) mit dem anorganischen Schmelzprodukt bzw. dem darauf angeordneten Aufdruck oder der eingebrannten Folie verbunden, insbesondere verklebt ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das anorganische Schmelzprodukt zumindest bereichsweise eine durchsichtige, beispielsweise glasklare Glasplatte, eine Milchglasplatte, eine Rauchglasplatte, eine Glasplatte unterschiedlichster Farbtönung oder dgl. ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei Schichten eine unterschiedliche Farbe aufweisen.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zumindest zwei Schichten eine Folie mit Aussparungen angeordnet ist, sodaß in diesen Bereichen eine Mischfärbung der Tragplatte vorhanden ist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (1) beliebige äußere Formen, beispielsweise viereckig, oval, rund oder dgl., aufweist.
- Tragplatte nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der Seitenkanten (10) zumindest bereichsweise gebrochen ist, beispielsweise mit einer Fase versehen ist.
