Abstract
Ausgehend vom Stand der Technik werden Schwingspulenanordnungen so ausgebildet, daß die Lötpunkte 21, welche die Spulendrähte 19 mit den Litzen 22 leitend verbinden, über eine separate Klebenaht mit der Membran 28 oder dem Schwingspulenträger 13 verbunden werden. Unabhängig davon, daß die dauerhafte Fixierung der Lötpunkte 21 gewichtserhöhend wirkt, sind in Abhängigkeit von der gewählten Verfahrensführung weitere Gewichtserhöhungen notwendig.
Erfindungsgemäß wird daher angegeben, die Lötpunkte 21 gleichzeitig in der Klebenaht 26 anzuordnen, mit welcher die Zentriermembran 10 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 verbunden ist. Dazu ist der erste Bereich 12 der Zentriermembran 10 so ausgebildet, daß sich dieser Bereich 12 in Richtung zum oberen Ende 16 Schwingspule 18 öffnet. Sind die Lötpunkte 21 in der Klebenaht 26 angeordnet, ist eine Schwingspulenanordnung geschaffen, welche sich durch eine geringe Bauhöhe, eine gute Belastbarkeit und eine ausgezeichnete Höhenwiedergabe auszeichnet.
Description
Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-6 ist in Anspruch 7 angegeben. Ein weiteres Herstellungsverfahren ist Anspruch 8 entnehmbar. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen für beide Verfahren sind in den Ansprüchen 8-10 angegeben. Öffnet sich gemäß Anspruch 1 der erste Bereich der jeweiligen Kontur der Zentriermembran in Richtung des oberen Endes des Schwingspulenträgers und sind die jeweiligen Lötpunkt in der zwischen dem Schwingspulenträger und dem besagten Bereich angeordneten Klebenaht angeordnet, entfallen die sonst üblichen zusätzlichen Fixierungen für die Lötpunkte, wodurch Klebergewicht gespart wird. Außerdem wirkt der Raum, welcher zwischen dem ersten Bereich der Zentriermembran und dem Schwingspulenträger entsteht, wenn die Zentriermembran mit dem Schwingspulenträger verbunden ist, gleichzeitig als Klebstofffuge und verhindert ein Weiterlaufen des in sie eingebrachten Klebstoffs in Richtung der Schwingspule.

Da Fig. 2a wie alle übrigen Figuren die Verhältnisse nur schematisch wiedergibt, wurde in Fig. 2a aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit aufdie Darstellung des durch das Strammziehen der Litzen 23 bewirkten engen Anliegens der Spulendrähte 19 und Litzen 22 am Schwingspulenträger 13 verzichtet. Der sichtbare Lötpunkt 21 liegt zwischen dem ersten Bereich 12 der Zentriermembran 10 und der Außenmantel 20 des Schwingspulenträgers 13. Die Verklebung zwischen dem Schwingspulenträger 13, der Zentriermembran 10 und dem Lötpunkt 21 wurde so realisiert, daß in dem Zwischenraum 25 zwischen dem ersten Bereich 12 und dem Außenmantel 20 des Schwingspulenträgers 13 eine Klebenaht 26 ausgebildet wurde.
Claims (10)
- Schwingspulenanordnungmit einem Schwingspulenträger 13, welcher ein oberes Ende 16 und ein unteres Ende 16' hat,mit einer Schwingspule 18, welche über zwei Schwingspulendrähte 19 verfügt und welche am Schwingspulenträger 13 befestigt ist,mit einer im axialen Abstand zur Schwingspule 18 angeordneten Zentriermembran 10, welche eine ziehharmonika- oder wellenförmige Kontur aufweist, welche mittels einer Klebenaht 26 quer zur Längserstreckung des Schwingspulenträgers 13 mit diesem verbunden ist, wobei die Klebenaht 26 zwischen dem Schwingspulenträger 13 und einem ersten, dem Schwingspulenträger 13 unmittelbar gegenüberliegenden Bereich 12 derjeweiligen Kontur der Zentriermembran 10 liegt, undmit zwei Litzendrähten 22, welche jeweils über einem Lötpunkt 21 mit den beiden Spulendrähten 19 verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Bereich 12 der jeweiligen Kontur der Zentriermembran 10 sich in Richtung dem oberen Ende 16 des Schwingspulenträgers 13 öffnet und daß die jeweiligen Lötpunkte 21 zumindest teilweise in der Klebenaht 26 eingebettet sind. - Schwingspulenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Membran 28 vorhanden ist, welche mit einem Hals 29 versehen ist, unddaß der Hals 29 der Membran 28 mit dem oberen Ende 16 des Schwingspulenträger 13 verbunden ist. - Schwingspulenanordnung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Innendurchmesser des Halses 29 im wesentlichen gleich dem Außendurchmesser des Schwingspulenträgers 13 ist unddaß der Hals 29 der Membran 28 zumindest teilweise in die zwischen dem ersten Bereich 12 und dem Schwingspulenträger 13 vorhandene Klebenaht 26 eintaucht. - Schwingspulenanordnung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Außendurchmesser des Halses 29 kleiner / gleich dem Innendurchmesser des Schwingspulenträgers 13 ist unddaß der Hals 29 in dem Innendurchmesser des Schwingspulenträgers 13 eingeschoben und verbunden ist. - Schwingspulenanordnung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Hals 29 und die Klebenaht 26 im wesentlichen den gleichen axialen Abstand zur Schwingspule 18 haben. - Schwingspulenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Bereich 12 derjeweiligen Kontur der Zentriermembran 10 an seinem dem Schwingspulenträger 13 nächsten Rand 24 mit einer Dichtlippe 12' versehen ist, welche im mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 verbundenen Zustand im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu diesem verläuft. - Verfahren zur Herstellung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zunächst in einem ersten Schritt die Schwingspule 18 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 sowie die Spulendrähte 19 über die Lötpunkte 21 mit den Litzen 22 verbunden werden,daß dann in einem zweiten Schritt vom unteren Ende 16' des Schwingspulenträgers 13 aus die Zentriermembran 10 über die Schwingspule 18 hinweg auf den Schwingspulenträger 13 aufgeschoben wird,daß danach in einem dritten Schritt die Klebenaht 26 zwischen Schwingspulenträger 13und dem ersten Bereich 12 der Kontur der Zentriermembran 10 ausgebildet wird und daß in einem letzten Schritt die Membran 28 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 verbunden wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zunächst in einem ersten Schritt die Schwingspule 18 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 sowie die Spulendrähte 19 über die Lötpunkte 21 mit den Litzen 22 verbunden werden,daß vor oder nach Ausführung von Schritt eins in einem zweiten Schritt eine Klebenaht 26 am Schwingspulenträger 13 angebracht wird,daß dann in einem dritten Schritt vom unteren Ende 16' des Schwingspulenträgers 13 aus die Zentriermembran 10 über die Schwingspule 18 hinweg auf den Schwingspulenträger 13 aufgeschoben wird, unddaß in einem letzten Schritt die Membran 28 mit dem Schwingspulenträger 13 verbunden wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß vor oder nach dem Aufschieben der Zentriermembran 10 auf den Schwingspulenträger 13 die Litzen 22 oberhalb des oberen Endes 16 des Schwingspulenträgers 13 fixiert und strammgezogen werden, so daß die Spulendrähte 19, die Lötpunkte 21 und Litzen 22 eng am Schwingspulenträger 13 anliegen, - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß nach Ausführung des letzten Schrittes und bevor die Klebenaht 26 ausgehärtet ist, die Litzen 22 im wesentlichen bogenförmig über die der Schwingspule 18 abgewandten Oberfläche 27 der Zentriermembran 10 geführt werden.
