Claims (3)
- Strangabzugsverfahren für einen in einer Bogenstranggießanlage gegossenen Metallstrang (5), insbesondere ein Stahlband (5),
wobei der Metallstrang (5) zunächst aus einer Gießkokille (1) senkrecht abgezogen wird,
wobei dem Metallstrang (5) sodann in einem mit einem Eingangsmoment (Fe) angetriebenen Bogeneingangstreiber (3) eine Bogenform aufgeprägt wird und
wobei der Metallstrang (5) schließlich nach Erreichen einer waagrechten Stranglaufrichtung (x) in einem mit einem Ausgangsmoment (Fa) angetriebenen Bogenausgangstreiber (4) geradegerichtet wird,
wobei dem Bogeneingangstreiber (3) eine Eingangs- (ve) und dem Bogenausgangstreiber (4) eine Ausgangsgeschwindigkeit (va) vorgegeben werden,
wobei das Ausgangsmoment (Fa) erfaßt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auch das Eingangsmoment (Fe) erfaßt wird und daß die Ausgangsgeschwindigkeit (va) derart eingestellt wird, daß sowohl das Eingangs- (Fe) als auch das Ausgangsmoment (Fa) einen positiven Wert aufweisen. - Strangabzugsverfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausgangsgeschwindigkeit (va) erniedrigt wird, wenn der Quotient von Ausgangsmoment (Fa) zu Eingangsmoment (Fe) einen Quotientensollwert (n) übersteigt, und
daß umgekehrt die Ausgangsgeschwindigkeit (va) erhöht wird, wenn der Quotient von Ausgangsmoment (Fa) zu Eingangsmoment (Fe) den Quotientensollwert (n) unterschreitet. - Strangabzugsverfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Quotientensollwert (n) erhöht wird, wenn nach einem Erniedrigen der Ausgangsgeschwindigkeit (va) die Summe (S) von Ausgangsmoment (Fa) und Eingangsmoment (Fe) steigt und
daß umgekehrt der Quotientensollwert (n) erniedrigt wird, wenn nach einem Erhöhen der Ausgangsgeschwindigkeit (va) die Summe (S) von Ausgangsmoment (Fa) und Eingangsmoment (Fe) steigt.
