der sich am oberen Basiselement abstützende Druck so gewählt wird, dass die elastische Auflage sowie die elastische Unterlage in die zwischen den Kunststeinen und die am Rahmen gebildeten Fugen eingedrückt werden und hier glattflächige Einwölbungen bilden,
der so gebildete Verbund aufgerichtet und mit Mörtel oder Beton befüllt wird und die Fugen mit dem Mörtel oder dem Beton ausgefüllt werden und
schließlich nach ausreichendem Abbinden des Mörtels oder Betons das Kunststein-Fertigteil entformt wird.

Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von tafelförmigen oder gewölbten Kunststein-Fertigteilen aus einzelnen Kunststeinen (3), wobeia) die Kunststeine (3) zunächst innerhalb eines umlaufenden Rahmens (4) in dem gewünschten Abstand voneinander auf einer elastischen Unterlage (2) angeordnet werden, die auf einem unteren Basiselement (1) aufliegt,b) die Kunststeine (3) mit einer elastischen Auflage (6) abgedeckt werden,c) auf dieser elastischen Auflage (6) eine Druckverteilungsplatte (7) angeordnet wird,d) ein sich an einem oberhalb der Druckverteilungsplatte (7) angeordneten oberen Basiselement (9) abstützender Druck auf die Oberseite der Steine (3) ausgeübt wird,e) der auf die Druckverteilungsplatte (7) auszuübende Druck mittels eines kissenförmigen Elements (8) erzeugt wird, das an eine Gas- oder Hydraulik-Druckquelle angeschlossen ist,f) der sich am oberen Basiselement (9) abstützende Druck so gewählt wird, dass die elastische Auflage (6) sowie die elastische Unterlage (2) in die zwischen den Kunststeinen (3) und die am Rahmen (4) gebildeten Fugen eingedrückt werden und hier glattflächige Einwölbungen bilden,g) der so gebildete Verbund aufgerichtet und mit Mörtel oder Beton befüllt wird und die Fugen mit dem Mörtel oder dem Beton ausgefüllt werden undh) schließlich nach ausreichendem Abbinden des Mörtels oder Betons das Kunststein-Fertigteil entformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aufgerichtete Verbund von oben her mit Mörtel oder Beton befüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der so gebildete Verbund zum Einbringen des Mörtels oder Betons in eine senkrechte Position gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der so gebildete Verbund um eine Flächennormale gedreht wird, um einen definierten höchsten Bereich für die Unterbringung einer Entlüftungsöffnung zu bestimmen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Rahmen (4) mehrere Entlüftungsöffnungen vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem kissenförmigen Element (8) ein Druck von 1 bar aufgebaut wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der so gebildete Verbund bei dem und/oder nach dem Einbringen von Mörtel oder Beton gerüttelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Druckverteilerplatte (7) eine etwa 10 bis 20 mm starke Holztafel verwendet wird.
