Claims (7)
- Abroll-Einrichtung für Papier-Rollen (28) mit mindestens einer Abroll-Vorrichtung (1, 1a), dieaufweist,ein Maschinen-Gestell (4) mit zwei voneinander beabstandeten Lager-Ständern (5, 5'),an den Lager-Ständern (5, 5') im wesentlichen horizontal bewegbar geführte Lagerträger (10, 10', 10a; 35, 35', 35a),an den Lagerträgern (10, 10', 10a; 35, 35', 35a) angreifende Verschiebeantriebe (12, 12a; 37, 37a),eine mit ihren Enden in den Lagerträgern (10, 10', 10a; 35, 35', 35a) gelagerte Tragwelle (14, 14a),auf der Tragwelle (14, 14a) gegenüber dieser drehfest aber in ihrer Längsrichtung verschiebbar geführte Tragarme (17, 17', 17a),an den Tragarmen (17, 17', 17a) angebrachte, eine Abroll-Achse (26, 26a) definierende Aufnahmezapfen (24, 24', 24a) zur Aufnahme einer Rolle (28) undmindestens einen mit der Tragwelle (14, 14a) gekoppelten Hubantrieb (22, 22', 22a, 22'a)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragwelle (14, 14a) derart in den Lagerträgem (10, 10', 10a; 35, 35', 35a) gelagert ist, daß ihre Mittel-Längs-Achse (16, 16a) nicht nur parallel zu sich selbst verschiebbar, sondern auch um eine Ausgangslage im wesentlichen in einer Horizontalen verschwenkbar ist, und
daß die Verschiebeantriebe (12, 12'; 37, 37a) unabhängig voneinander betätigbar sind. - Abroll-Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragwelle (14, 14a) mittels sphärischer Lager (15, 15', 15a) in den Lagerträgern (10, 10', 10a; 35, 35', 35a) gelagert ist.
- Abroll-Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Tragwelle (14, 14a) und den Lagerträgern (10, 10', 10a; 35, 35', 35a) Spiel in Richtung der Mittel-Längs-Achse (16, 16a) der Tragwelle (14, 14a) besteht.
- Abroll-Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerträger als an den Lager-Ständern (5, 5') schwenkbar angelenkte Lagerhebel (10, 10', 10a) ausgebildet sind.
- Abroll-Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerträger (35, 35', 35a) im wesentlichen horizontal verschiebbar am Lager-Ständer (5, 5') ausgebildet sind.
- Abroll-Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Geber (34, 34a) zur Erfassung des Abstandes einer Mittel-Längs-Achse (29) der Rolle (28) von dem Geber (34, 34a) vorgesehen ist.
- Abroll-Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Geber (32, 32', 32a) zur Erfassung einer Schieflage der Rolle (28) vorgesehen sind.
