Abstract

Bei derartigen bekannten Vorrichtungen wird eine Welle eines zulaufenden Bandes (6) in eine Welle des vorausgehend erzeugten Bankwickels eingelegt und eine der ineinandergelegten Wellen verformt, wobei die Vorrichtung aus einer Wickeleinrichtung (1) aus kreisförmig am Außenumfang des zu wickelnden Rohres (2) angeordneten Stützrollen (3), aus einer inneren und einer äußeren, an der Einlaufstelle des Bandes (6) in die Wickeleinrichtung (1) angeordneten, an den Breitseiten des Bandes (6) angreifenden, das Einlegen des zulaufenden Bandes (6) in den vorausgehend erzeugten Bandwickel und die gegenseitige Verbindung und Verformung der eine Welle bewirkenden Verbindungsrollen (4,5) besteht.
Damit ein sicheres Dehnen und Stauchen des gefertigten Wellrohres (2) ohne Beschädigung des Wellrohres (2) gewährleistet ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die äußere Verbindungsrolle (5) ein mit dem Wellenprofil des zulaufenden Bandes (6) übereinstimmendes Wellenprofil hat, während die innere Verbindungsrolle (4) ein etwas höheres und schlankeres Profil hat, wobei außerdem die beiden Verbindungsrollen (4,5) etwas unterhalb der Wellenmitte liegende Preßschultern zum Verformen der einen Welle haben.
