Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif de surveillance d'un train sur rails, composé d'une locomotive (1) et d'au moins un wagon (2) caractérisé en ce que :
    la locomotive (1) et les wagons (2) disposent chacun d'un dispositif de communication (3a, 3b) avec ordinateur de bord, avec liaison de communication longs trajets (4) à au moins une centrale (5) et avec une propre alimentation énergétique, indépendante du train,
    les dispositifs de communication (3b) des wagons (2) disposent d'au moins un capteur contrôlant le fonctionnement du véhicule et relié à l'ordinateur de bord via une interface de capteur,
    les données du véhicule sont enregistrées dans l'ordinateur de bord,
    le dispositif de communication de la locomotive (3a) dispose d'une unité de guidage d'envoi/de réception pour un système de communication courtes distances (6) qui envoie constamment en mode scrutation des ondes électromagnétiques pour la communication de données avec les dispositifs de communication (3b) des wagons,
    les dispositifs de communication (3b) des wagons possèdent des unités d'envoi/de réception commutables en mode veille pour la communication courtes distances (6), qui envoient des données en mode scrutation pour l'identification des wagons (2),
    les unités d'envoi/de réception des dispositifs de communication (3b) montés dans les wagons peuvent être activées depuis l'ordinateur de bord attribué en cas d'apparition d'un mode de fonctionnement détecté par le capteur et envoient un signal reçu par le dispositif de communication (3 a) de la locomotive (1),
    le dispositif de communication (3a) de la locomotive présente une ou plusieurs interfaces de dialogue utilisateur (7) dans lesquelles les informations des dispositifs de communication (3b) des wagons sont rassemblées.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un détecteur de déraillement est raccordé à l'interface de capteur des dispositifs de communication (3b) du wagon (2).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par au moins un autre appareil mobile de collecte de données (8) avec une unité d'envoi/de réception pour un système de communication courtes distances (6) qui envoie en mode scrutation des ondes électromagnétiques pour la communication de données avec les dispositifs de communication (3b) des wagons (2), les données du véhicule enregistrées dans l'ordinateur de bord pouvant être transmises via le système de communication courtes distances (6) dans l'appareil mobile de collecte de données (8).
