Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé servant à créer des corps ou des configurations tridimensionnelles sur des matériaux poreux (340), une partie dudit corps étant fermement agglutinée à ce matériau. Ceci, en effet, rend le corps élastomère tridimensionnel pratiquement solidaire du matériau poreux (340). Ce procédé consiste à utiliser une plaque de base ou platine réchauffée (330) et un moule réchauffé (420) et à maintenir ces éléments sous pression pendant une durée prédéterminée permettant au matériau polymère de durcir, de s'agglutiner fermement au matériau poreux (340) et de constituer ainsi le corps tridimensionnel. On conserve habituellement la platine (330) à une température supérieure à celle du moule (420). On maintient un ajutage (620) contigu au moule (420) à une température sensiblement inférieure à celle du moule (420) afin d'empêcher le durcissement du matériau polymère dans l'ajutage (620). Les mécanismes de refroidissement (535) et d'aspiration permettent à l'ajutage de fonctionner en permanence conjointement au moule (420).
