Claims (18)
- Lärmschutzwand-Vorrichtung, zusammengesetzt aus einer Mehrzahl von Lärmschutz-Modulen mit zwei im Abstand parallel angeordneten Stützwänden, die von mindestens zwei Querstreben unter Bildung eines Zwischenraumes im Abstand gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenraum eine Bodeneinrichtung enthält und mit Ballen aus Stroh, vorzugsweise Roggenstroh, aufgefüllt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den oberen Enden der Stützwände eine Dacheinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die den Zwischenraum nach oben wasserdicht abschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützwände unterschiedliche Höhen aufweisen, so dass die Dacheinrichtung in einem nicht rechten Winkel zu den Stützwänden angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lärmschutz-Module von in das Erdreich eingelassenen Fundamenten getragen sind, wobei ein Lichter Zwischenraum zwischen dem Erdreich und der Unterseite der Bodeneinrichtung zum Belüften der Strohballen von unten vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der lichte Zwischenraum durch Kunststeine oder Kunststeinelemente schalldicht abgeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Stützwände als Lamellenkonstruktion mit einer Mehrzahl im Abstand angeordneter Lamellen ausgeführt ist, die in einer Mehrzahl von Pfahleinrichtungen in einem vorgegebenen Winkel verankert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel der Lamellen entlang einer Pfahleinrichtung von unten nach oben spitzer werdend vorgegeben ist, oder der Winkel jeder einzelnen Lamelle auf die Lärmquelle ausgerichtet werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützwände, die Bodeneinrichtung sowie die Dacheinrichtung im wesentlichen aus unbehandeltem Holz hergestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Lärmschutz-Modul eine Höhe von ca. 3 in, eine Länge von ca. 5 in und eine Breite von 75 bis 1 10 cm, insbesondere 75 cm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesamte Lärmschutzkonstruktion aus überwiegend natürlichen und unbehandelten Rohstoffen sowie biologisch abbaubaren und wiederverwertbaren Materialien gebaut ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aufgrund der ökologischen Bauweise, die Lärmschutzkonstruktion in weiterer Funktion als Nist- oder Bruthabitat von bedrohten Tierarten genutzt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Lärmschutzkonstruktion gezielt die entsprechenden Nist- oder Bruthilfen eingebaut und integriert werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 0, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aufgrund der verwendeten Materialien und der Möglichkeit zum Recycling, eine weitgehend energieneutrale Produktion möglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aufgrund der umweltfreundlichen Produktionsweise die Nutzungsdauer zwar begrenzt ist, eine mehrfache Neuerrichtung jedoch im Rahmen der Gesamtkalkulation möglich ist. Dadurch ist die Öko-Lärmschutzwand als arbeitschaffendes und arbeitsplatzerhaltendes Produkt einzustufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strohballen durch die Dacheinrichtung, die Lamellenkonstruktion, die Rückwand und den lichten Zwischenraum so vor Nässe geschützt und durchlüftet werden, dass eine Durchnässung der Strohballen ausgeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Strohballenlagen am Ende einer jeden Einheit oder an (Übergängen bündig abschließen, so daß ein Öffnen oder Zerteilen der Strohballen nicht notwendig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu Zwecken der optischen Auflockerung, einzelne Elemente versetzt oder mit unterschiedlicher Höhe gebaut werden können.
- Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Entzünden der Strohballen an der offenen Vorderseite durch die Lamellen insofern erschwert wird, als daß die Flammen durch ihren eigenen Auftrieb und die fehlende Kaminwirkung (kein Zwischenraum zwischen Stroh und den Lamellen) an den Strohballen und Lamellen vorbeiziehen. (siehe Test zur Feuerresistenz)
