Claims (10)
- Prise femelle pour une connexion par fiches multipolaire pour le raccord électrique d'une remorque de véhicule à un véhicule, avec un boîtier de prise (1) et un insert porte-contact (2) logé dans le boîtier de prise (1) pour la réception de contacts à fiches électriques (4) à munir de câbles électrique de raccordement (3, 3'), lequel insert est muni d'un support de contact (5) pour le support arrière des contacts à fiches (4) dans l'insert porte-contact (2) et d'une extension de contact (6) pour le maintien des contacts à fiches (4) sur le support de contact (5), ainsi que, le cas échéant, d'un corps d'appui (7) pour l'appui de l'insert porte-contact (2) sur une surface de montage arrière (8), caractérisée en ce que l'insert porte-contact (2) et l'enveloppe du boîtier (9) ainsi que l'éventuel corps d'appui (7) présentent des premiers évidements latéraux (10, 12 ; 11) alignés les uns sur les autres pour le passage latéral des câbles de raccordement (3, 3').
- Prise femelle selon la revendication 1 avec des moyens pour signaler la position d'enfichage d'une prise mâle dans le boîtier de prise (1), c'est-à-dire par exemple pour la détection de la situation de la remorque, dans lesquels il est prévu dans au moins un câble de raccordement (3') d'au moins un contact à fiches (4) de l'insert porte-contact (2) menant à un dispositif récepteur de signal de sortie, une unité de commutation (13') munie d'un contact de commutation de commande et située dans un espace libre du boîtier de prise (1) ainsi qu'une prise mâle supplémentaire (13), caractérisée en ce que l'insert porte-contact (2) et l'éventuel corps d'appui (7) présentent des deuxièmes évidements latéraux (14, 15) alignés les uns sur les autres pour le passage latéral du câble de raccordement (3') de la prise mâle supplémentaire (13).
- Prise femelle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les premiers évidements (10, 12 ; 11) de l'insert porte-contact (2), de l'enveloppe (9) du boîtier et de l'éventuel corps d'appui (7) sont situés à l'opposé diamétralement des deuxièmes évidements (14, 15) de l'insert porte-contact (2) et de l'éventuel corps d'appui (7).
- Prise femelle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la prise mâle supplémentaire (13) est munie de contacts (16) pour le câble de raccordement (3'), lesquels s'éloignent latéralement ou sont inclinés latéralement.
- Prise femelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'insert porte-contact (2) peut être encliqueté dans le corps d'appui (7) au moyen de crochets d'encliquetage (17) prévus sur ce dernier.
- Prise femelle selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les crochets d'encliquetage (17), à l'état monté du boîtier de prise (1), sont bloqués contre un écartement élastique pour éviter une libération de l'insert porte-contact (2).
- Prise femelle selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le blocage des crochets d'encliquetage (17) est assuré au moyen de saillies de sécurité (18) qui lors du montage peuvent être passées de façon réversible d'une position de libération dans une position de blocage par rapport aux crochets d'encliquetage (17), et ce en raison de l'appui du corps d'appui (7) sur la surface de montage (8).
- Prise femelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface de montage (8) est formée par une tôle de fixation (19) qui pénètre avec des douilles filetées (20) placées du côté de la prise femelle dans des chambres de réception (21) arrières du boîtier de prise (1) prévues à cet effet, et en ce que des vis de fixation (22), destinées à s'engager dans les douilles filetées (20) et actionnables depuis la face avant du boîtier de prise (1), dépassent dans les chambres de réception (21).
- Prise femelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un joint (23) est disposé entre la surface de montage (8) formée le cas échéant par la tôle de fixation (19) et la face frontale arrière de l'enveloppe (9) du boîtier.
- Prise femelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps d'appui (7) s'appuie contre la surface de la paroi interne (25) du boîtier de prise (1) au moyen d'une manchette d'étanchéité (24).
