Claims (9)
- Koksofenbedienungseinrichtung einer Koksofenbedienungsmaschine (1) für einen Verkokungsofen (2) mit einer Vielzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten Verkokungskammern (3), wobei die Koksofenbedienungsmaschine (1) entlang den Verkokungskammern (3) in Richtung der Batterieachse (L) verfahrbar ist, mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türheber (7) und/oder die Kokskuchenführung (9) und/oder der Rahmenreiniger (10) und/oder der Druckkopf um die Ofenachse (M) der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) oder eine zur Ofenachse (M) parallele Achse schwenkbar sind/ist.a) einer einen Türheber (7) aufweisenden Türhebereinrichtung (4) zur Bedienung der einzelnen Ofentüren (8) der Verkokungskammern (3), wobei der Türheber (7) quer zur Batterieachse (L) in Richtung auf die einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) verfahrbar ist, und/oderb) einer eine Kokskuchenführung (9) aufweisenden Kokskuchenführungseinrichtung (5), wobei die Kokskuchenführung (9) quer zur Batterieachse (L) in Richtung auf die einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) verfahrbar ist, und/oderc) einer einen Rahmenreiniger (10) aufweisenden Rahmenreinigungseinrichtung (6) zum Reinigen der Rahmen (11) der einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3), wobei der Rahmenreiniger (10) quer zur Batterieachse (L) in Richtung auf die einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) verfahrbar ist, und/oderd) einer einen Druckkopf aufweisenden Koksausdrückeinrichtung zum Herausdrücken des Kokses aus den einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3), wobei der Druckkopf quer zur Batterieachse (L) in Richtung auf die einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) verfahrbar ist,
- Koksofenbedienungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türheber (7) und/oder die Kokskuchenführung (9) und/oder der Rahmenreiniger (10) im Bereich ihres jeweiligen oberen Endes zur Verschwenkung um die Ofenachse (M) oder eine zur Ofenachse (M) parallele Achse gelenkig gelagert sind/ist und daß, vorzugsweise, die gelenkige Lagerung über Bolzen, Kardan- oder Kugelgelenke erfolgt.
- Koksofenbedienungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Türheber (7) und/oder der Kokskuchenführung (9) und/oder dem Rahmenreiniger (10) jeweils eine Stelleinrichtung (20) zur Verschwenkung zugeordnet ist und daß, vorzugsweise, die Stelleinrichtung (20) mit einer Wegmeßeinrichtung versehen ist.
- Koksofenbedienungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) die dem Türheber (7) zugeordnete Stelleinrichtung (20) wenigstens einen Hydraulikzylinder aufweist und daß ein Hydraulikzylinder einerseits mit einem nicht verschwenkbaren Teil der Türhebereinrichtung (4) und andererseits mit dem Türheber (7) verbunden ist und/oderb) daß die dem Rahmenreiniger (10) zugeordnete Stelleinrichtung (20) wenigstens einen Hydraulikzylinder aufweist und ein Hydraulikzylinder einerseits mit einem nicht verschwenkbaren Teil der Rahmenreinigungseinrichtung (6) und andererseits mit dem Rahmenreiniger (10) verbunden ist und/oderc) daß die der Kokskuchenführung zugeordnete Stelleinrichtung (20) wenigstens einen Hydraulikzylinder aufweist, wobei auf wenigstens eine der beiden Außenseiten (31, 32) der Kokskuchenführung (9), vorzugsweise auf jede der Außenseiten (31, 32) ein Hydraulikzylinder (29, 30) wirkt und wobei, vorzugsweise, jeder der Hydraulikzylinder (29, 30) an einem nicht verschwenkbaren Teil (33) der Rahmenreinigungseinrichtung (6) befestigt ist.
- Koksofenbedienungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Sensoreinrichtung zur optischen Erkennung des Schwenkwinkels der Verkokungskammern (3) gegenüber der Vertikalen vorgesehen ist.
- Koksofenbedienungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuereinrichtung zur manuellen Eingabe und Speicherung des Schwenkwinkels der Verkokungskammern (3) gegenüber der Vertikalen vorgesehen ist.
- Koksofenbedienungsmaschine (1) mit wenigstens einer Koksofenbedienungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Verfahren zur Bedienung eines eine Vielzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten Verkokungskammern (3) aufweisenden Verkokungsofens (2) mittels einer Koksofenbedienungsmaschine (1), wobei die Koksofenbedienungsmaschine (1) entlang den Verkokungskammern (3) in Richtung der Batterieachse (L) verfahrbar ist, wobeidadurch gekennzeichnet,a) die Ofentüren (8) der einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) mittels eines Türhebers (7) einer Türhebereinrichtung (4) bedienbar sind und der Türheber (7) quer zur Batterieachse (L) in Richtung auf die einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) verfahrbar ist, und/oderb) der aus der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) gedrückte Koks über eine Kokskuchenführung (9) geführt wird und die Kokskuchenführung (9) quer zur Batterieachse (L) in Richtung auf die einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) verfahrbar ist, und/oderc) die Rahmen (11) der einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) mittels eines Rahmenreinigers (10) einer Rahmenreinigungseinrichtung (6) gereinigt werden und der Rahmenreiniger (10) quer zur Batterieachse (L) in Richtung auf die einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) verfahrbar ist, und/oderd) der Koks mittels eines Druckkopfes einer Koksausdrückeinrichtung aus den einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) gedrückt wird und der Druckkopf quer zur Batterieachse (L) in Richtung auf die einzelnen Verkokungskammern (3) und in diese hinein verfahrbar ist,e) daß der Türheber (7) zum Ansetzen an die Ofentür (8) der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) in Abhängigkeit der Schrägstellung der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) um die Ofenachse (M) der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) oder eine zur Ofenachse (M) parallele Achse geschwenkt und der Schrägstellung der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) angepaßt wird und/oderf) daß die Kokskuchenführung (9) zum Ansetzen an die jeweilige Verkokungskammer (3) in Abhängigkeit der Schrägstellung der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) um die Ofenachse (M) der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) oder eine zur Ofenachse (M) parallele Achse geschwenkt und der Schrägstellung der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) angepaßt wird und/oderg) daß der Rahmenreiniger (10) zum Ansetzen an den Rahmen der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) in Abhängigkeit der Schrägstellung der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) um die Ofenachse (M) der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) oder eine zur Ofenachse (M) parallele Achse geschwenkt und der Schrägstellung der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) angepaßt wird und/oderh) daß der Druckkopf zum Drücken des Kokses aus der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) in Abhängigkeit der Schrägstellung der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) um die Ofenachse (M) der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) oder eine zur Ofenachse (M) parallele Achse geschwenkt und der Schrägstellung der jeweiligen Verkokungskammer (3) angepaßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägstellung jeder Verkokungskammer (3) gespeichert und bei Bedienung der jeweiligen Verkokungskammern (3) jeweils berücksichtigt wird.
