Abstract
Description
- on introduit le linge sale, depuis la pièce d'entrée, dans au moins un sac placé dans la pièce non contaminée, par au moins une ouverture obturable prévue dans la cloison et sur laquelle le bord du sac est raccordé de façon étanche, ledit sac étant apte à s'ouvrir automatiquement dans le lave-linge ;
- on ferme l'ouverture et ledit sac et on dissocie celui-ci de ladite ouverture ;
- on place le sac contenant le linge sale dans le lave-linge, celui-ci étant implanté en totalité dans la pièce non contaminée ; et
- on actionne le lave-linge, de façon à ouvrir le sac, puis à laver le linge contenu dans celui-ci.
- des moyens de transfert étanche du linge, montés dans la cloison et incluant au moins une ouverture obturable ;
- des sacs aptes à s'ouvrir automatiquement dans le lave-linge ;
- des moyens pour raccorder, de façon étanche, un bord de l'un des sacs sur un rebord de l'ouverture obturable, du côté de la pièce non contaminée ;
- la figure 1 représente schématiquement une blanchisserie barrière mettant en oeuvre le procédé selon l'invention ;
- les figures 2A à 2D sont des vues à plus grande échelle illustrant schématiquement les différentes étapes de transfert du linge sale dans un sac situé dans la pièce non contaminée, au travers de la cloison étanche, sans rupture du confinement, selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
- les figures 3A et 3B sont des vues en perspective des moyens de transfert du linge incorporés dans la cloison étanche, respectivement dans leurs états d'ouverture et de fermeture ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe à plus grande échelle des moyens de transfert des figures 3A et 3B, représentant notamment les moyens permettant de raccorder un sac étanche sur l'ouverture obturable de ces moyens de transfert ;
- la figure 5 est une vue comparable à la figure 2B, illustrant schématiquement une variante du premier mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
- les figures 6A et 6B sont des vues comparables aux figures 2A et 2B, illustrant schématiquement un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention.
Claims (24)
- Procédé de blanchissage barrière, selon lequel on introduit du linge sale dans une pièce d'entrée (10), on le lave dans au moins un lave-linge (26) et on extrait le linge lavé dans une pièce non contaminée (12), séparée de la pièce d'entrée par une cloison étanche (14), procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :on introduit le linge sale, depuis la pièce d'entrée (10), dans au moins un sac (24) placé dans la pièce non contaminée (12), par au moins une ouverture obturable (20) prévue dans la cloison (14) et sur laquelle le bord du sac est raccordé de façon étanche, ledit sac (24) étant apte à s'ouvrir automatiquement dans le lave-linge (26) ;on ferme l'ouverture (20) et ledit sac (24) et on dissocie celui-ci de ladite ouverture ;on place le sac (24) contenant le linge sale dans le lave-linge (26), celui-ci étant implanté en totalité dans la pièce non contaminée (12) ; eton actionne le lave-linge (26), de façon à ouvrir le sac (24), puis à laver le linge contenu dans celui-ci.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on utilise un sac (24) dont au moins un élément est soluble dans l'eau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on utilise un sac (24) apte à s'ouvrir sous l'action mécanique du lave-linge (26).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on raccorde le bord du sac (24) sur un cadre déformable (34) délimitant intérieurement ladite ouverture obturable (20), par pincement dudit bord contre la surface extérieure du cadre.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on pèse le sac (24) contenant le linge sale, avant de le dissocier de ladite ouverture (20).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on ferme le sac (24) par soudage thermique.
- Blanchisserie barrière, comprenant une pièce d'entrée (10) et une pièce non contaminée (12) séparées par une cloison étanche (14), ainsi qu'au moins un lave-linge (26), blanchisserie caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, de plus :le lave-linge (26) étant implanté en totalité dans la pièce non contaminée (12) et apte à recevoir au moins un sac (24) rempli de linge, pour laver celui-ci après ouverture du sac.des moyens (19) de transfert étanche du linge, montés dans la cloison (14) et incluant au moins une ouverture obturable (20) ;des sacs (24) aptes à s'ouvrir automatiquement dans le lave-linge (26) ;des moyens (22) pour raccorder, de façon étanche, un bord de l'un des sacs (24) sur un rebord de ladite ouverture obturable (20), du côté de la pièce non contaminée (12) ;
- Blanchisserie selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle au moins un élément de chacun des sacs (24) est soluble dans l'eau.
- Blanchisserie selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle les sacs (24) sont aptes à s'ouvrir automatiquement sous l'action mécanique du lave -linge (26).
- Blanchisserie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans laquelle les moyens (19) de transfert étanche comprennent au moins un cadre déformable (34) délimitant l'ouverture obturable (20) et portant lesdits moyens (22) pour raccorder les sacs, ainsi qu'une partie souple (36) de la cloison étanche (14), sur laquelle est fixée au moins une partie du cadre déformable (34), afin que celui-ci puisse se déformer entre un état fermé et un état ouvert de l'ouverture obturable (20).
- Blanchisserie selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle le cadre déformable (34) inclut quatre segments rigides, articulés bout à bout pour former un quadrilatère déformable apte à être replié complètement sur lui-même, dans ledit état fermé de l'ouverture obturable (20).
- Blanchisserie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, dans laquelle les moyens (22) pour raccorder les sacs (24) sont des moyens de pincement.
- Blanchisserie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 et 11, dans laquelle le cadre déformable (34) est sensiblement vertical.
- Blanchisserie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 et 11, dans laquelle le cadre déformable (34) est sensiblement horizontal ou incliné.
- Blanchisserie selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle les moyens (19) de transfert étanche comprennent un chargeur rotatif (46) sur lequel sont montés au moins deux cadres déformables (34).
- Blanchisserie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 15, dans laquelle des moyens de pesée des sacs (24) remplis de linge sont associés aux moyens (19) de transfert étanche.
- Blanchisserie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 16, dans laquelle des moyens de fermeture du sac (24), par soudage thermique, sont associés aux moyens (19) de transfert étanche.
- Dispositif (19) de transfert étanche de linge sale (16) au travers d'une cloison étanche (14) séparant une pièce d'entrée (10) d'une pièce non contaminée (12), dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un cadre déformable (34) délimitant une ouverture obturable (20) et portant, du côté de la pièce non contaminée (12), des moyens (22) pour raccorder, de façon étanche, un bord d'un sac (24) apte à s'ouvrir automatiquement dans un lave-linge (26) placé dans la pièce non contaminée (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, comprenant de plus une partie souple (36) de la cloison étanche (14), sur laquelle est fixée au moins une partie du cadre déformable (34), afin que celui-ci puisse se déformer entre un état fermé et un état ouvert de l'ouverture obturable (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 et 19, dans lequel le cadre déformable (34) inclut quatre segments rigides, articulés bout à bout pour former un quadrilatère déformable apte à être replié complètement sur lui-même, dans ledit état fermé de l'ouverture obturable (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 20, dans lequel les moyens (22) pour raccorder les sacs (24) sont des moyens de pincement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 21, comprenant un chargeur rotatif (46) sur lequel sont montés au moins deux cadres déformables (34).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 22, comprenant des moyens de pesée des sacs (24) remplis de linge.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 23, comprenant des moyens de fermeture du sac (24), par soudage thermique.
