Claims (10)
- Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) für eine zu druckende Unterlage (127) mit nicht gleichmäßiger Dicke quer zu einer Speiseachse (172), welche eine erste Speiseeinheit (154a) und eine zweite Speiseeinheit (154b) umfaßt, die wesentlich gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, wobei jede Speiseeinheit (154a; 154b) eine zur Speiseachse (172) senkrechte Welle (205; 236) zur Verbindung mit einem Antriebsmotor zur Drehung der Welle (205; 236) und mindestens eine auf der Welle (205; 236) angebaute Reibungsrolle (220a-220e; 238a-238e) zu ihrer Drehung durch die Welle (205; 236) aufweist, wobei die Reibungsrollen (220a-220e; 238a-238e) auf die zu druckende Unterlage (127) in einem Betriebszustand wirken, bei dem die zu druckende Unterlage (127) zwischen der ersten Speiseeinheit (154a) und der zweiten Speiseeinheit (154b) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (205) mindestens einer (154b) unter der ersten und der zweiten Speiseeinheit (154a, 154b) durch Biegung elastisch verformbar ist, um sich gemäß der Dicke der zu druckenden Unterlage (127) im Betriebszustand zu biegen.
- Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) nach Anspruch 1, in der die Welle (205) der mindestens einen Speiseeinheit (154b) eine Biegsamkeit zwischen 1 mm/N und 50 mm/N in einem Mittelpunkt an einer Längsachse (210) entlang aufweist.
- Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) nach Anspruch 1, in der die Welle (205) aus Polyamidharz besteht.
- Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) nach dem einen oder dem anderen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, in der die mindestens eine Speiseeinheit (154b) auch elastische Mittel (240a-240e) umfaßt, um die mindestens eine Rolle (220a-220e) nach der anderen Speiseeinheit (154a) zu schieben.
- Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) nach Anspruch 4, in der die mindestens eine Rolle aus mehreren Rollen (220a-220e) besteht, wobei jede Rolle (220a) eine Scheibe (225) mit einer Mittelnabe (230) umfaßt, die ein erstes Ende und ein zweites Ende aufweist, die aus einem ersten Ende bzw. einem zweiten Ende der Scheibe (225) vorstehen, und in der die elastischen Mittel mehrere Flachfedern (240a-240e) umfassen, wobei jede Feder mit einer entsprechenden Rolle (220a-220e) verbunden ist und in eine Gabel (250a, 250b) ausläuft, die einen ersten Arm (250a) und einen zweiten Arm (250b) aufweist, die sich auf das erste Ende bzw. das zweite Ende der Mittelnabe (230) stützen.
- Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) nach Anspruch 5, in der die Welle (205) einen unrunden Querschnitt und jede Rolle (220a) ein zur Welle (205) komplementäres Mitteldurchgangsloch (235) aufweist, um die Rolle (220a) mit der Welle (205) lose zu verbinden, wobei die Rolle (220a) durch die entsprechende Feder (240a) in einer axialen Lage in bezug auf den Rahmen (103) des Druckers (100) gehalten wird.
- Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) nach Anspruch 6, in der die Welle (205) einen ersten Absatz (255a) und einen zweiten Absatz (255b) aufweist, die zwischen zwei anliegenden Rollen (220c, 220d) angeordnet sind, um die Welle (205) in einer axialen Lage in bezug auf die Rollen (220a-220e) zu halten.
- Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) nach dem einen oder dem anderen der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, in der die bei den Enden der Welle (205) angeordneten Außenfedern (240a, 240e) eine elastische Konstante aufweisen, die größer als die der zwischen den Außenfedern (240a, 240e) angeordneten Innenfedern (240b-240d) ist.
- Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) nach Anspruch 8, in der die Innenfedern (240b-240d) ein einziges Metallblatt und die Außenfedern (240a, 240e) zwei übereinanderliegende Metallblätter umfassen.
- Drucker (100), der mindestens eine Rollenspeisevorrichtung (154a, 154b) nach dem einen oder dem anderen der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfaßt.
