Claims (8)
- Dispositif de relevage comportant un levier (3) monté pivotant sur une platine support (4) rapportée en feuillure sur le châssis ouvrant (7) ou le cadre dormant d'une porte, fenêtre ou analogue (2), et prévu apte à coopérer avec une butée d'appui (8) ménagée en correspondance, selon le cas, sur le cadre dormant ou le châssis ouvrant (7) pour assurer la prise en charge, au moins en partie, du poids de ce dernier au moment de refermer ladite porte, fenêtre ou autre (2), ledit levier (3) étant soumis à l'impulsion de moyens de rappel élastiques (12) assurant son basculement dans une position d'attente, en direction de la butée d'appui (8), une fois la porte ou fenêtre (2) ouverte, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens de rappel élastiques (12) sont définis aptes à repousser ledit levier (3), selon le cas, dans une direction (22) ou une direction opposée (23) par rapport à ladite platine support (4), tandis qu'il comporte, en combinaison, selon le cas:des moyens de retenue sécables et/ou escamotables (20, 21 ; 29A, 30A) prévus aptes à empêcher le basculement du levier (3), respectivement, dans l'une et l'autre des directions de pivotement (22, 23) de sorte que la suppression et/ou l'escamotage de l'un desdits moyens de retenue (20, 21 ; 29A, 30A) provoque le basculement du levier (3) dans une direction déterminée,
ou des moyens d'attache (40) au niveau de la platine support (4) comportant au moins un point d'attache intermédiaire (46) avec lequel est déterminé à même de coopérer l'une (42) des extrémités des moyens de rappel élastiques (12) pour entraíner la neutralisation de l'action de ces derniers sur le levier (3) et maintenir celui-ci dans le prolongement de ladite platine support (4). - Dispositif de relevage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de rappel élastiques (12) se présentent sous forme d'un ressort en épingle (24) comportant deux branches (25, 26) maintenues sous contrainte entre deux ergots de retenue (27, 28) définissant les deux moyens de retenue (20, 21) sécables et/ou escamotables.
- Dispositif de relevage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les deux ergots de retenue (27, 28) sécables et/ou escamotables sont associés à la platine support (4) ou au levier (3), ce dernier ou, respectivement, ladite platine support (4) recevant deux doigts d'accrochage (29, 30) avec l'un desquels est amené à coopérer l'une des branches (25, 26) du ressort (24), une fois l'un des ergots de retenue (27) ou (28) sectionné et/ou escamoté.
- Dispositif de relevage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'attache (40) sont encore définis par au moins deux points d'attache (44, 45) ainsi déterminés sur la platine support (4) pour qu'en amenant à coopérer ladite extrémité (41) des moyens de rappel élastique (12) avec l'un ou, respectivement, l'autre de ces points d'attache (44, 45), il en résulte leur mise sous contrainte ayant pour conséquence de provoquer le basculement du levier (3) dans une direction (22), respectivement, dans une direction opposée (23).
- Dispositif de relevage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de rappel élastiques (12) sont définis par un ressort spiral ou hélicoïdal (43).
- Dispositif de relevage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de rappel élastiques (12) se présentent sous forme d'un ressort en épingle (24A) pourvu de deux branches (25A, 26A) maintenues légèrement sous contrainte entre deux éléments (26A, 27A) formant butée et associés à la platine support (4) ou au levier (3), les deux moyens de retenue escamotables (29A, 30A) étant définis par deux doigts d'accrochage que comporte le levier (3) ou, selon le cas, la platine support (4) apte à être positionnée entre les deux branches (25A, 26A), du ressort (24A) pour assurer le maintien du levier (3) dans le prolongement de la platine support (4) et, d'autre part, dont l'un ou l'autre est apte à coopérer respectivement avec l'une ou l'autre des branches (25A, 26A) du ressort (24A) en vue d'assurer le basculement du levier (3) dans une direction (22) ou dans la direction opposée (23).
- Dispositif de relevage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il définit un dispositif d'anti-fausse manoeuvre (50) apte à empêcher le déplacement d'une tringle de manoeuvre (56) d'une ferrure de verrouillage, du type crémone ou crémone-serrure, associée au châssis ouvrant (7) d'une porte, fenêtre ou analogue, ceci tant que ledit châssis ouvrant (7) n'est pas refermé sur son cadre dormant, ledit dispositif d'anti-fausse manoeuvre (50) étant défini, d'une part, par le levier (3) et, d'autre part, par un arbre de pivotement (51) définissant, substantiellement, les moyens d'articulation (14) de ce levier (3), cet arbre de pivotement (51) étant prolongé au travers d'une ouverture, d'une part, dans la platine support (4) et, d'autre part, dans une têtière (52) sur laquelle est rapportée cette dernière, l'extrémité libre dudit arbre de pivotement (51) comportant une languette de retenue (53) maintenue engagée dans une lumière (54) ménagée en conséquence dans une tringle de manoeuvre (56) venant se déplacer à l'arrière de ladite têtière (52), au niveau de cette lumière (54) étant prévus des décrochements latéraux (57, 58) avec lesquels est à même de coopérer ladite languette de retenue (53) pour immobiliser en translation la tringle de manoeuvre (56) lorsque le châssis ouvrant (7) est dans l'une quelconque de ses positions d'ouverture par rapport au cadre dormant.
- Dispositif de relevage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens d'immobilisation temporaires d'une tringle de manoeuvre de crémone ou crémone-serrure, lesdits moyens se présentant sous forme d'un plot sécable (59) définissant, sur au moins l'un des côtés latéraux (60) de la languette de retenue (53), un bossage (60) apte à coopérer avec l'un des décrochements latéraux (57, 58) dans la lumière (54) de la tringle de manoeuvre (56) pour immobiliser celle-ci temporairement.
