Claims (8)

  1. Anhebevorrichtung, umfassend einen Hebel (3), der drehbar auf einer Trägerplatte (4) montiert ist, die im Falz am Flügel (7) oder Festrahmen einer Tür, eines Fensters oder dergleichen (2) angebracht und dazu vorgesehen ist, mit einem Stützanschlag (8) zusammenzuwirken, der korrespondierend am Festrahmen bzw. am Flügel (7) ausgebildet ist, um zumindest teilweise das Gewicht des letzteren in dem Zeitpunkt zu übernehmen, wenn die Tür, das Fenster oder dergleichen (2) geschlossen wird, wobei der Hebel (3) der Einwirkung von elastischen Rückstellmitteln (12) ausgesetzt ist, die sein Schwenken in eine Warteposition in Richtung des Stützanschlags (8) hin bewirken, wenn die Tür oder das Fenster (2) geöffnet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Rückstellmittel (12) so ausgelegt sind, dass sie den Hebel (3) in eine Richtung (22) bzw. in eine entgegengesetzte Richtung (23) relativ zu der Trägerplatte (4) zurückdrücken, während die Vorrichtung in Kombination fallweise umfasst:
    abtrennbare und/oder ausweichende Haltemittel (20, 21; 29A, 30), die so ausgelegt sind, dass sie das Schwenken des Hebels (3) in die eine bzw. in die andere der Drehrichtungen (22, 23) verhindern, sodass das Abtrennen und/oder das Ausweichen eines der Haltemittel (20, 21; 29A, 30A) das Schwenken des Hebels (3) in eine vorgegebene Richtung bewirkt,
    oder Mittel zum Eingreifen (40) an der Trägerplatte (4) mit mindestens einem dazwischenliegenden Eingriffspunkt (46), mit dem eines (42) der Enden der elastischen Rückstellmittel (12) zusammenwirken kann, um deren Einwirkung auf den Hebel (3) zu neutralisieren und diesen in der Verlängerung der Trägerplatte (4) zu halten.
  2. Anhebevorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Rückstellmittel (12) die Form einer Haarnadelfeder (24) aufweisen mit zwei Schenkeln (25, 26), die zwischen zwei Haltevorsprüngen (27, 28) unter Spannung gehalten werden, welche die beiden abtrennbaren und/oder ausweichenden Haltemittel (20, 21) bilden.
  3. Anhebevorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden abtrennbaren und/oder ausweichenden Haltevorsprünge (27, 28) der Trägerplatte (4) oder dem Hebel (3) zugeordnet sind, wobei dieser bzw. die Trägerplatte (4) zwei Eingriffsfinger (29, 30) aufnimmt, von denen einer in Zusammenwirkung mit einem der Schenkel (25, 26) der Feder (24), gebracht wird, wenn einer der Haltevorsprünge (27) oder (28) abgetrennt und/oder ausweicht.
  4. Anhebevorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Eingreifen (40) ferner von mindestens zwei Eingriffspunkten (44, 45) gebildet werden, die derart auf der Trägerplatte (4) festgelegt sind, dass sie, wenn das Ende (41) der elastischen Rückstellmittel (12) in Zusammenwirkung mit einem bzw. dem anderen dieser Eingriffspunkte (44, 45) gebracht wird, unter Spannung gebracht werden, wodurch sich das Schwenken des Hebels (3) in eine Richtung (23) bzw. in eine entgegengesetzte Richtung (23) ergibt.
  5. Anhebevorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Rückstellmittel (12) von einer Spiralfeder oder Schraubenfeder (43) gebildet werden.
  6. Anhebevorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Rückstellmittel (12) die Form einer Haarnadelfeder (24A) aufweisen mit zwei Schenkeln (25A, 26A), die zwischen zwei Elementen (27A, 28A) die einen Anschlag bilden und der Trägerplatte (4) oder dem Hebel (3) zugeordnet sind, leicht unter Spannung gehalten werden, wobei die beiden ausweichenden Haltemittel (29A, 30A) von zwei Eingriffsfingern gebildet werden, die der Hebel (3) bzw. die Trägerplatte (4) aufweist, die zwischen den beiden Schenkeln (25A, 26A) der Feder (24A) positioniert werden kann, um den Hebel (3) in der Verlängerung der Trägerplatte (4) zu halten, und von denen andererseits der eine oder der andere mit dem einen bzw. dem anderen der Schenkel (25A, 26A) der Feder (24A) zusammenwirken kann, um das Schwenken des Hebels (3) in eine Richtung (22) oder in die entgegengesetzte Richtung (23) zu bewirken.
  7. Anhebevorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Fehlbedienungssperre (50) bildet, die in der Lage ist, die Verschiebung einer Treibstange (56) eines Verriegelungsbeschlags vom Typ Treibstangenbeschlag oder Treibstangenschloss zu verhindern, die dem Flügel (7) einer Tür, eines Fensters oder dergleichen zugeordnet ist, solange der Flügel (7) nicht auf seinen Festrahmen geschlossen ist, wobei die Fehlbedienungssperre (50) einerseits von dem Hebel (3) und andererseits von einer Drehwelle (51) gebildet wird, die im wesentlichen die Gelenkmittel (14) dieses Hebels (3) bildet, wobei diese Drehwelle (51) sich über eine Öffnung einerseits in der Trägerplatte (4) und andererseits in einer Stulpschiene (52) fortsetzt, an der letztere angeordnet ist, wobei das freie Ende dieser Drehwelle (51) eine Haltezunge (53) aufweist, die in einem Schlitz (54) gehalten wird, der in einer Treibstange (56) entsprechend ausgebildet ist, die sich hinter der Stulpschiene (52) verschiebt, wobei an diesem Schlitz (54) seitliche Vorsprünge (57, 58) vorgesehen sind, mit denen die Haltezunge (53) zusammenwirken kann, um die Treibstange (56) gegen Verschiebung zu sperren, wenn der Flügel (7) sich in einer beliebigen seiner Öffnungsstellungen relativ zum Festrahmen befindet.
  8. Anhebevorrichtung entsprechend Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum vorübergehenden Sperren einer Treibstange eines Treibstangenbeschlags oder Treibstangenschlosses aufweist, wobei diese Mittel die Form eines trennbaren Klotzes (59) haben, der an mindestens einer der seitlichen Flächen (60) der Haltezunge (53) einen Höcker (60) bildet, der in der Lage ist, mit einem der seitlichen Vorsprünge (57, 58) in dem Schlitz (54) in der Treibstange (56) zusammenzuwirken, um diese vorübergehend zu sperren.
