Abstract

Bei einer Vorrichtung mit mehreren, schwenkbar gehaltenen Lamellen (1, 2), welche im geschlossenen Zustand schuppenartig überlappend angeordnet sind und zwecks Abdichtung an einem seitlichen Ende senkrecht zur jeweiligen Lamelle vorstehende Abschlusselemente aufweisen, sind die Abschlusselemente (13, 15) innenseitig der Lamellen (1, 2) angebracht. Die dem Wettereinfluss ausgesetzte Aussenseite der Lamelle ist eine reine Glasfläche (frei von irgendwelchen Dichtungs- oder Schutzelementen). Gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Abschlusselemente (13, 15) derart ausgebildet, dass sie im geschlossenen Zustand der Lamellen (1, 2) eine durchgehend gerade Abschlusskante (20) bilden. Description

Technisches Gebiet
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung mit mehreren, schwenkbar gehaltenen Lamellen, welche im geschlossenen Zustand schuppenartig überlappend angeordnet sind und zwecks Abdichtung an einem seitlichen Ende von der jeweiligen Lamelle abstehende Abschlusselemente aufweisen.
Stand der Technik
Eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art ist z.B. aus der EP 0 607 752 A1 bekannt.
Rahmenlose Lamellenfenster (wie sie schon in der DE 35 00 114 beschrieben sind) sind den einflügeligen Dachfenstern hinsichtlich der architektonischen Einsatzmöglichkeiten überlegen. Sie sind nicht nur feingliedriger, sondern haben auch viel bessere Belüftungseigenschaften im geöffneten Zustand. Im übrigen sorgen die schuppenartig übereinandergreifenden Glasplatten für ein ungehindertes Abfliessen des Regenwassers. Wie die EP 0 568 495 B1 zeigt, sind solche Lamellenkonstruktionen auch an vertikalen Fassaden einsetzbar.
Ein Problem stellt jedoch die seitliche Dichtung des Fensters dar. In der EP 0 607 752 A1 wurde vorgeschlagen, aussenseitig der Lamelle einen Abtropfwinkel aus Metall anzukleben. Dieser ist aber weder technisch noch ästhetisch befriedigend. Ferner besteht im Überlappungsbereich der Lamellen ein Zwischenraum, dessen Dichtung nicht befriedigt. Bedingt durch die Halteklammern, welche an der Innenseite der Lamelle angebracht sind und mit beiden Enden die Ränder der Lamelle nach aussen umgreifen, entstehen bei parallel zu den Rändern angebrachten Dichtungslippen um die Halteklammern herum störende Durchzugsschlitze. Diese stellen namentlich unter Windbelastung Schwachstellen dar, welche den Isolationswert des gesamten Fensters reduzieren.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, welche die beim Stand der Technik vorhandenen Nachteile vermeidet.
Die erfindungsgemässe Lösung ist durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 definiert. Der Grundgedanke der Erfindung liegt darin, das Abschlusselement innenseitig der Lamelle anzubringen. Die dem Wettereinfluss ausgesetzte Aussenseite der Lamelle ist damit eine reine Glasfläche (frei von irgendwelchen Dichtungs- oder Schutzelementen).
Weil auf diese Weise auch der Seitenrand der Lamellen allein durch die (äussere) Glasplatte definiert sein kann, ist es möglich, seitlich aneinander anschliessend Lamellenfenster anzuordnen, welche von aussen betrachtet eine durchgehende Glasfläche bilden und welche unabhängig voneinander geöffnet werden können, ohne dass im Überlappungsbereich auf einen dichtenden Seitenabschluss verzichtet werden muss. Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemässen Konstruktion liegt darin, dass das Abschlusselement nicht mehr nur ein Winkel zu sein braucht, sondern die Form eines beliebigen Profils haben kann. Besonders bevorzugt ist dabei ein U-Profil.
Die Abschlusselemente sind so angeordnet und ausgebildet, dass sie einander teilweise seitlich überdecken. Im Sinn einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform haben die Abschlusselemente senkrecht zur Lamellenfläche nach innen ragende Schenkelflächen, welche im geschlossenen Zustand der Lamellen eine durchgehende, gerade Abschlusskante bilden. Am Rahmen der ganzen Lamellenanordnung kann dann eine entsprechend durchgehend ebene Fläche vorgesehen sein, auf welche sich die Abschlusselemente bei geschlossenem Fenster legen, um eine seitlich durchgehende Dichtung zu ermöglichen. Die genannte Fläche kann mit einem elastischen Dichtungselement (Gummilippe o. dergl.) ausgestattet sein, um in jedem Fall einen luftdichten Verschluss zu gewährleisten.
Die Abschlusselemente sind vorzugsweise im wesentlichen verschachtelbare U-Profile aus Metall oder (z.B. transparentem) Kunststoff. Die mehr oder weniger senkrecht nach innen vorstehenden Schenkelflächen sind am hinteren Ende (relativ zum vorderen) derart verjüngt, dass sie sich in das vordere Ende des anschliessenden U-Profils einfügen können. Die Verjüngung kann kontinuierlich oder stufenartig sein. Das Ausmass der Verjüngung entspricht etwa der doppelten Wandstärke einer Schenkelfläche.
Die Schenkelflächen können auch in einem von 90° abweichenden Winkel zur Lamellenfläche stehen. Im Querschnitt betrachtet sind sie dann z.B. leicht gespreizt, so dass ein stapelbares U-förmiges Profil gebildet wird.
Die Länge eines Abschlusselementes entspricht etwa der Breite einer Lamelle. Vorzugsweise ist das Abschlusselement nicht versetzt sondern deckungsgleich mit der Lamelle angebracht. Mit anderen Worten: Das Abschlusselement ragt weder vorne noch hinten über den Lamellenrand hinaus. Die innere Seitenfläche ist dabei am vorderen Ende ausgenommen, um Platz für die vorn anschliessende Lamelle zu schaffen. Es ist aber auch möglich, die Lamelle am seitlichen Rand in der Breite zu kürzen (z.B. durch Wegschneiden der Ecken), um das Ineinandergreifen der Abschlusselemente zu erleichtern.
Die Lamellen sind Isolierverglasungen aus zwei über einen Abstandshalter verbundenen Fensterplatten (aus Glas oder Kunststoff). Die äussere Fensterplatte weist gegenüber der inneren einen vorderen Überstand und die innere gegenüber der äusseren einen hinteren Überstand auf. Infolge dieser Anordnung wird auch zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden Lamellen im geschlossenen Zustand ein isolierender Luftraum geschaffen. Gemäss einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist nun an der innenliegenden Schenkelfläche der Abschlusselemente jeweils ein elastisches Dichtungselement angebracht. Dieses ist so angeordnet, dass der zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden Lamellen gebildete Luftraum (welcher sich in Längsrichtung der Lamelle, also parallel zur Schwenkachse erstreckt) endseitig abgeschlossen wird.
Am Rahmen ist mit Vorteil ein Dichtungsstreifen o. dergl. vorgesehen, welcher in die Abschlusselemente eingreift, so dass bei geschlossenem Fenster eine Art Labyrinth-Dichtung entsteht. Abschlusskante und Dichtungsstreifen ermöglichen eine doppelte Dichtung.
Das Abschlusselement kann einen mit Versatz ausgebildeten Rücken aufweisen. Wird es mit dem Rücken an die Innenseite der Lamelle geklebt, wird aufgrund des Versatzes ein Spalt zwischen Lamellenfläche und Rückseite des Abschlusselementes gebildet, welcher mit einem fliessfähigen Dichtungsmaterial (z.B. Silicon) gefüllt werden kann. Auf einen Spalt der genannten Art kann auch verzichtet werden, wobei Silicon - soweit überhaupt erforderlich - z.B. einfach stirnseitig am Übergang zwischen Lamellenaussenplatte und Abschlusselement überdeckend angebracht werden kann.
Aus der nachfolgenden Detailbeschreibung und der Gesamtheit der Patentansprüche ergeben sich weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen und Merkmalskombinationen der Erfindung.

Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
Im nachfolgenden Ausführungsbeispiel wird von einem Lamellenfenster ausgegangen, wie es beispielsweise in der EP 0 607 752 A1 beschrieben ist. Die einzelnen Lamellen 1, 2 können mit Hilfe von nicht näher dargestellten Schwenkhalterungen (vgl. z.B. DE 35 00 114 C2, DE 42 27 278 C2, EP 0 568 495 B1) geöffnet und geschlossen werden.
In Fig. 1 sind die Lamellen 1, 2 im geschlossenen Zustand gezeigt. Die Längsrichtung der Lamellen 1, 2 verläuft horizontal zur Fallinie. Die Schwenkhalterung ist z.B. ein Gelenkviereck aus Drahtbügeln. Die Schwenkachse liegt jeweils im Bereich des hinteren Endes der Lamellen. Die Lamellen werden parallel betätigt. Im geschlossenen Zustand überlappt die obere Lamelle 2 schuppenartig die untere Lamelle 1, wobei am Übergang eine kleine Stufe 3 gebildet wird. (Die Begriffe "oben" und "unten" sind in Bezug auf die Dachschräge definiert.)
Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, sind die Lamellen 1, 2 in an sich bekannter Weise als Isolierglasscheiben ausgeführt. D.h., jede Lamelle 1, 2 besteht im wesentlichen aus zwei Glasplatten 4.1, 4.2 bzw. 5.1, 5.2, die über einen Abstandshalter-Rahmen 6 bzw. 7 dicht verbunden sind. Vorzugsweise sind die Glasplatten 4.1, 4.2 bzw. 5.1, 5.2 rechteckig. Die äussere Glasplatte 5.1 ragt am unteren Ende der Lamelle 2 um beispielsweise 5 cm über den Abstandshalter-Rahmen 7 und die innere Glasplatte 5.2 hinaus. (Die Begriffe "innen" und "aussen" beziehen sich vorliegend auf die funktionelle Trennung, welche mit dem Fenster erreicht wird: Der Innenraum wird durch das Fenster von der Umgebung, also dem Aussenraum, getrennt.) Dadurch wird eine Überlappung mit der nachfolgenden Lamelle 1 bzw. deren äusseren Glasplatte 4.1 möglich. Die innere Glasplatte 4.2 ragt am hinteren bzw. oberen Ende der Lamelle 1 über den Abstandshalter-Rahmen 6 und den hinteren Rand der äusseren Glasplatte 4.1 hinaus. Der Überstand der inneren Glasplatte 4.2 ist kleiner als derjenige der äusseren Glasplatte 5.1. (Selbstverständlich sind alle Lamellen gleich ausgebildet. Was also in Bezug auf die Lamelle 1 gesagt wird, gilt sinngemäss für die Lamelle 2.)
Im Übergangsbereich zwischen den beiden Lamellen 1, 2 wird ein Zwischenraum 8 geschaffen, welcher sich parallel zur Schwenkachse der Lamellen 1, 2 (also senkrecht zur Zeichenebene der Fig. 2) erstreckt. Eine Dichtungslippe 9 am hinteren Ende der oberen Glasplatte 4.1 legt sich dichtend an das überstehende vordere Ende der äusseren Glasplatte 5.1 der oberen Lamelle 2 an. In ähnlicher Weise liegt eine Dichtungslippe 10, welche am hinteren (überstehenden) Ende der unteren Glasplatte 4.2 angebracht ist, an der inneren Glasplatte 5.2 der oberen Lamelle 2 an. Auf diese Weise wird der Zwischenraum 8 in Längsrichtung der Lamellen 1, 2 (d.h. parallel zur Schwenkachse der nicht näher dargestellten Halterung) abgeschlossen. (Zwischen dieser Dichtungslippe 10 und und der Glasplatte 5.2 ist der nicht dargestellte Drahtbügel der Halterung von innen nach aussen geführt, wo er den vorderen Rand der Glasplatte 5.2 umgreift.)
Die nachfolgend beschriebenen Einzelheiten des Ausführungsbeispiels haben zum Ziel, den Zwischenraum 8 endseitig (also im Bereich der Seiten der Lamellen) abzuschliessen. Allgemein betrachtet geht es darum, die Dichtung zwischen Innenraum und Aussenraum im Bereich der Seiten des Lamellenfensters zu verbessern.
Im folgenden wird auf die Figuren 1 und 4 Bezug genommen. Die äussere Glasplatte 4.1 weist Seitenbereiche 11, 12 auf, welche über den Abstandshalter-Rahmen 6 seitlich vorstehen. An diesen ist gemäss der Erfindung innenseitig (d. h. auf der Seite des Abstandshalter-Rahmens 6) jeweils ein im wesentlichen U-förmiges Abschlusselement 13, 14 angebracht. Die Länge der Abschlusselemente 13,14 entspricht etwa der Breite B der Lamelle 1. (Die Längsrichtung der Lamelle ist durch die Schwenkachse der Halterung definiert. Diese läuft in Fig. 4 von links nach rechts.)
In das Abschlusselement greift eine Dichtungslippe 17 ein, welche an einem Dachfensterrahmen 16 angebracht ist. Aufgrund der Stufe 3, welche zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Lamellen 1, 2 unvermeidlich vorhanden ist, ist diese Dichtung bei Windbelastung nicht ausreichend. Es ist deshalb zwischen der seitlich inneren (d. h. dem Abstandshalter-Rahmen 6 benachbarten) Schenkelfläche 18.1 und dem Dachfensterrahmen 16 eine weitere Dichtungslippe 19 vorgesehen. Der springende Punkt liegt nun darin, dass die Schenkelfläche 18.1 derart ausgebildet ist, dass beim Übergang von einer Lamelle zur nächsten keine Stufe entsteht. Mit anderen Worten: Die Abschlusskante 20, welche durch den unteren Rand der Schenkelfläche 18.1 definiert ist, liegt für alle Lamellen 1, 2 auf derselben durchgehenden (d. h. stufenlosen) Linie bzw. Geraden.
Die äussere Schenkelfläche 18.2 liegt z.B. im Bereich der Seitenkante 33 der äusseren Glasplatte 4.1. Sie leitet das Wasser in eine am Dachfensterrahmen 16 angebrachte Abflussrinne 21. Wie in Fig. 4 andeutungsweise gezeigt ist, verläuft die Schenkelfläche 18.2 (bei rechteckiger äusserer Glasplatte) leicht schräg zur Seitenkante, wobei sie am vorderen Ende geringfügig über diese hinaus ragt.
Das Abschlusselement 13 ist mit seiner Rückenfläche 22 an der Innenseite der Glasplatte 4.1 angeklebt. Gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Rückenfläche 22 mit einem geringfügigen Versatz versehen, so dass zwischen Glasplatte 4.1 und einem Teil der Rückenfläche 22 ein Spalt 23 gebildet wird, welcher mit einem Dichtungsmaterial (z.B. Silicon) gefüllt werden kann.
Fig. 3a-c zeigen eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform des Abschlusselementes 14. (Die Abschlusselemente 13 und 14 - vgl. Fig. 4 - sind spiegelbildlich zueinander ausgeführt, die Abschlusselemente 13 und 15 - vgl. Fig. 1 - dagegen identisch.) Das Abschlusselement ist derart verschachtelbar ausgebildet, dass das vordere Ende 24 über das hintere Ende 25 (des nachfolgenden Abschlusselementes) geschoben werden kann. Der Abstand zwischen den Schenkelflächen 26.1 und 26.2 nimmt also von hinten nach vorne zumindest um die Summe der Wandstärken der Schenkelflächen zu. In der vorliegenden Ausführungsform ist die Veränderung des Querschnitts des Abschlusselementes kontinuierlich (d. h. es gibt keine Abstufung).
Am vorderen Ende 24 weist die innenliegende (d.h. dem Abstandshalter-Rahmen zugewandte) Schenkelfläche 26.2 eine etwa rechteckige Ausnehmung 27 auf. In diese passt der hinterste Teil der äusseren Glasplatte der nachfolgenden Lamelle. In der Ecke der genannten Ausnehmung 27 ist eine z. B. rechteckig in die Ausdehnung hineinragende Abdeckstufe 36 vorgesehen. Sie soll den in Fig. 2 gezeigten Zwischenraum zwischen dem hinteren Ende des unteren Abschlußelementes 13 und der unteren Seite der Glasplatte 5.1 seitlich abschließen. Im Sinne einer zweiteiligen Dichtung kann an der vorderen und unteren Kante der Abdeckstufe 36 ein Dichtungselement 34 angebracht sein, dessen untere Kante eine "Höhe" hat, welche der oberen Kante des Dichtungselementes 32 entspricht. Das Dichtungselement 34 des hinteren Abschlußelementes (vgl. z.B. Bezugszeichen 15 in Fig. 1) wirkt also mit dem Dichtungselement 32 des nächsten Abschlußelementes (vgl. z.B. Bezugszeichen 13 in Fig. 1) zusammen. Auf diese Weise kann der in Fig. 2 dargestellte Zwischenraum 8 (welcher längsseitig durch die Dichtungslippen 9,10 abgeschlossen ist) an den Seiten der Lamellenscheiben verschlossen werden.
Die Rückenfläche 28 weist etwa in der Mitte einen Versatz 29 auf, wodurch die eine Hälfte der Rückenfläche 28 relativ zur anderen Hälfte um beispielsweise 1-2 mm in der Höhe versetzt ist. Wird die höher liegende Hälfte an die Glasplatte angeklebt, entsteht zwischen der tiefer liegenden Hälfte und der Glasplatte ein entsprechender Spalt von beispielsweise 1-2 mm (vgl. Spalt 23 in Fig. 1).
Nicht nur die Rückenfläche 28 sondern auch die Schenkelflächen 26.1, 26.2 weiten sich vom hinteren Ende 25 zum vorderen Ende 24 aus. D.h., die Höhe des Abschlusselementes nimmt von hinten nach vorn zu. Die Zunahme entspricht im wesentlichen der Dicke der äusseren Glasplatte 4.1 und der Dicke der Dichtungslippe 9. Dies kann am besten anhand der Fig. 2 erläutert werden.
Das Abschlusselement 13 (von welchem in Fig. 2 im wesentlichen nur die innere Schenkelfläche 18.1 sichtbar ist) ist an der inneren bzw. unteren Seite der Glasplatte 4.1 angebracht. Damit das vordere Ende des Abschlusselementes 15 dichtend über das hintere Ende des Abschlusselementes 13 gelegt werden kann und zwar so, dass die inneren Schenkelflächen der beiden Abschlusselemente 13, 15 auf einer geraden Abschlusskante 20 liegen können, muss Platz für die Glasplatte 4.1 und die Dichtung 9 vorhanden sein. (Weil die Abschlusselemente 13 und 15 überlappen, unterscheidet sich die Höhe des hinteren Endes von derjenigen des vorderen Endes - wegen des schrägen Verlaufes - natürlich um etwas mehr als die Summe von Glasplatten- und Dichtungsdicke.) Am seitlichen Rand wird der "vertikale" Abstand zwischen den Glasplatten 4.1, 5.1 durch eine kurze Seitenwand des Abschlußelementes überbrückt. Die in Fig. 3a gezeigte Ausnehmung 27 braucht also nicht ganz bis zur Rückenfläche 28 zu gehen. Vielmehr bleibt vorzugsweise ein Ansatz (von z. B. einigen Millimetern) der Seitenwand stehen.
In Fig. 2 ist ferner der Verlauf der Kante 30 der Ausnehmung (vgl. auch Ausnehmung 27 in Fig. 4) relativ zum hinteren Ende der Glasplatte 4.1 bzw. der Glasplatte 5.2 zu erkennen. Sie schafft Platz für das hintere Ende der Glasplatte 4.1 im Abschlusselement 15. Die Ausnehmung ist so ausgebildet, daß die genannte Kante 30 z. B. einige wenige Millimeter Abstand zum hinteren Ende der Glasplatte 4.1 hat. Auf diese Weise können Ungenauigkeiten der Halterung bzw. Montage aufgenommen werden. Um zu vermeiden, daß zwischen der Kante 30 und dem hinteren Ende der Glasplatte 4.1 bzw. der Dichtungslippe 9 eine isolationstechnisch unerwünschte Öffnung vorhanden ist, kann an der Kante 30 ein elastisches Dichtungselement (vgl. Fig. 4 Bezugszeichen 34) vorgesehen sein.
Die seitliche Dichtung kann auch dadurch erreicht werden, daß am hinteren Ende des Abschlußelementes 13 ein bis an die Unterseite der äußeren Glasplatte 5.1 reichendes Dichtungselement angebracht ist.
Der Überlappungsbereich 31 zwischen den beiden Abschlusselementen 13 und 15 ist auch in Fig. 1 dargestellt. Er beträgt typischerweise einige Zentimeter. Der Höhenunterschied zwischen dem hinteren und dem vorderen Ende 25 bzw. 24 des Abschlusselementes beträgt z.B. 1-2 cm. Die Verbreiterung der Rückenfläche ist möglichst klein gehalten, um zu vermeiden, dass zwischen den äusseren Schenkelflächen der aufeinanderfolgenden Abschlusselemente ein Durchzugsspalt entsteht. Bei einer Wandstärke in der Grössenordnung von 1 mm ist die Verbreiterung um eine Toleranz grösser als 2 mm. (Die Rückenfläche hat z.B. eine Breite von etwa 3-5 cm.) Die Breite der Lamelle (und damit die Länge des Abschlusselementes) kann z.B. 30 bis 50 cm betragen.
Gemäss einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist an der Innenseite (d.h. an der dem Abstandshalter-Rahmen zugewandten Seite) der Schenkelfläche 26.2 am hinteren Ende 25 ein flächiges Dichtungselement 32 angebracht (vgl. Fig. 3a-c). Es kann sich um einen Gummischlauch oder der gleichen handeln, welcher an der Schenkelfläche (z.B. in entsprechende Nuten) eingehängt werden kann. Er ist so plaziert, dass bei geschlossenem Fenster der Zwischenraum 8 endseitig verschlossen wird.
Das Dichtungselement 32 kann soweit nach oben verlängert sein, daß es bis zur Rückenseite des vorderen Endes des nächsten Abschlußelementes reicht. Mit anderen Worten (vgl. Fig. 5): Das Dichtungselement 35 erreicht etwa dieselbe Höhe wie die Rückenseite am vorderen Ende des Abschlußelementes (vgl. gestrichelte horizontale Linie).
In den Fig. 6a, b sind zwei Varianten für ein Abschlusselement gezeigt, welches nicht U-förmig sondern im wesentlichen T-förmig ist. Der Querteil 38 des Profils 37 wird an der Unterseite einer Lamelle z. B. angeklebt (ähnlich wie die Rückenfläche 28 des in den Fig. 3a-c gezeigten Abschlusselementes). Der Abdeckteil 39, welcher senkrecht zum Querteil 38 nach unten ragt, entspricht funktionell der Schenkelfläche 18.1. Er ist an seinem unteren, dem Querteil 38 abgewandten Ende, mit einer Fassung 40 für ein Dichtungselement 41 ausgerüstet. Die Fassung 40 befindet sich seitlich (d. h. auf einer der Hauptflächen) des plattenförmigen Abdeckteils 39. Das Dichtungselement 41 ist so ausgebildet, daß es über die untere Längskante des Abdeckteils 39 hinaus ragt. Es soll möglichst flexibel sein und ist deshalb gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform (zumindest bezüglich eines Teils seines Querschnittes) in der Art eines Schlauches ausgeführt. Es kann an die Stelle der Dichtungslippe 19 (vgl. Fig. 1) treten oder zusätzlich zu dieser vorgesehen sein, um die Abdichtung gegenüber dem Dachfensterrahmen 16 sicherzustellen. Wird in Fig. 1 das U-förmige Abschlusselement 13 durch das T-förmige Element gemäss Fig. 6a ersetzt, gibt es zur Schenkelfläche 18.2 keine Entsprechung mehr.
Die in Fig. 6b gezeigte Ausführungsform weist ebenfalls ein T-förmiges Profil 42, einen Querteil 43, einen Abdeckteil 44 und eine Fassung 45 für ein Dichtungselement 46 auf. Im Unterschied zu Fig. 6a ist die Fassung an der unteren Stirnseite bzw. Längskante des Abdeckteils 44 vorgesehen (quasi als Längsnut). Das Dichtungselement ist von unten in die Längsnut gesteckt und ragt elastisch zum Dachfensterrahmen 16 vor.
Es kann von Vorteil sein, am Querteil 38 bzw. 43 eine kurze seitliche Abtropfkante vorzusehen. Ähnlich wie beim Abschlusselement gemäss den Fig. 3a-c sollte sich die Größe namentlich des Abdeckteils von hinten nach vorne ändern. Ferner kann der Querteil am vorderen bzw. hinteren Ende derart angepaßt sein, daß die Abschlusselemente verschiedener Lamellen schuppenartig zusammenwirken können, um bei geschlossenen Lamellen eine möglichst gute durchgehende Dichtung gegen Wind und Wetter zu erreichen.
Die Erfindung ist natürlich nicht auf das anhand der Zeichnungen erläuterte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. Im folgenden sollen deshalb einige Varianten angedeutet werden.
Grundsätzlich ist es nicht erforderlich, dass jede Lamelle an beiden Seiten mit erfindungsgemässen Abschlusselementen ausgerüstet ist. Werden beispielsweise mehrere Lamellen (welche in der Praxis z.B. nicht länger als drei Meter sind) seitlich nebeneinander angeordnet und stirnseitig direkt (mittels Silicon) verbunden, um eine Lamelle grösserer Länge zu schaffen, ist pro Glasscheibe nur ein Abschlusselement erforderlich.
Es ist zwar vorteilhaft, die Abschlusselemente an der Innenseite (d. h. dem Innenraum zugewandten Seite) der äusseren Glasplatte anzubringen. Die Idee, die Abschlusselemente so zu gestalten, dass sie mit den Schenkelflächen eine durchgehend gerade Abschlusskante bilden, kann auch bei Lamellenfenstern eingesetzt werden, bei welchen die Abschlusselemente aussenseitig an der äusseren Glasplatte angebracht sind. Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten, das Abschlusselement an der Lamelle zu befestigen. Es braucht nicht unbedingt innenseitig der Lamellenplatte angeklebt zu sein. Es kann z. B. auch von aussen übergestülpt, seitlich eingehängt oder in anderer Weise befestigt sein. Entsprechend wird der Querteil 38 bzw. 43 anders auszuführen sein (z. B. mit einem Schlitz bzw. einer Fassung, in welchen bzw. in welche der Seitenrand der Glasplatte hineingeschoben werden kann). Auch kann das durch Querteil und Abdeckteil gebildete Profil (vgl. Fig. 6) statt T-förmig auch L-förmig sein.
Es ist auch denkbar, dass die Abschlusselemente jeweils über den hinteren und/oder vorderen Rand der Lamelle hinausragen. Sie können länger oder auch etwas kürzer als die Breite der Lamelle sein. (Um die Überlappung der Abschlusselemente sicherzustellen, haben diese zumindest über den hinteren Rand der äusseren Glasplatte der Isolierscheibe hinaus zu ragen.) Je nach Konstruktion kann auch auf die Ausnehmung 27 an der inneren Schenkelfläche verzichtet werden.
In den Figuren sind jeweils vereinfachte Dichtungen dargestellt. Selbstverständlich können diese in der Praxis auf unterschiedlichste Weise realisiert werden. Ob sie besonders weich oder eher steif ausgeführt werden, hängt von den konkreten Umständen ab. Zum Dichten der Abschlusskante 20 wird z.B. ein besonders flexibler Dichtungsstreifen (insbesondere eine biegsame Lippe oder ein feiner Schlauch) verwendet, während die Dichtungslippe 17, welche eine erste Barriere gegen den äusseren Luftdruck darstellt, durchaus eine gewisse Festigkeit haben darf. Auf die Dichtungslippe 19 kann auch verzichtet werden. Die typischerweise senkrecht zur Schenkelfläche stehende Auflagefläche am Fensterrahmen kann einfach mit einem Gummi oder dergleichen beschichtet bzw. abgedeckt sein.
Wenn sich die Schenkelflächen von der Rückenseite sehr leicht spreizen, um ein stapelbares Profil zu bilden, braucht die Rückenseite in Längsrichtung nicht verjüngt zu sein.
Das Abschlusselement muss im Querschnitt nicht zwingend U-förmig sein. Es können z.B. weitere Schenkelflächen kammartig nebeneinander ausgebildet sein, so dass mehrere Längskanäle für eingreifende Dichtungsstreifen zur Verfügung stehen. Im Prinzip kann die Abschlusskante auch an der seitlich äusseren bzw. äussersten Schenkelfläche vorgesehen sein. Die Abtropfkante kann in anderer Weise ausgebildet oder sogar weggelassen werden. Zu erwähnen ist insbesondere auch ein L-förmiges Profil als Abschlußelement.
Das Abschlusselement braucht auch nicht bündig mit der Seitenkante der Lamelle zu sein, sondern kann über diese deutlich hinausragen. Die äussere Glasplatte der Lamelle kann leicht trapezförmig geschnitten sein, so dass die Seitenkante von hinten nach vorn leicht nach aussen wegläuft. Die seitlich äussere Schenkelfläche kann dann genau parallel zur Seitenkante der Lamelle verlaufen.
Schliesslich ist die Erfindung auch nicht auf Isolierglasscheiben gemäss dem eingangs genannten Stand der Technik beschränkt. Auch bei Einfachverglasungen können Vorteile gegenüber dem Stand der Technik erzielt werden.
Zusammenfassend ist festzustellen, dass durch die Erfindung ein wesentlich verbesserter Seitenabschluss für schuppenartig überlappende Lamellenfenster geschaffen worden ist. Auch unter Windbelastung ist eine gute Isolation gesichert.

Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung mit mehreren, schwenkbar gehaltenen Lamellen (1, 2), welche im geschlossenen Zustand schuppenartig überlappend angeordnet sind und zwecks Abdichtung an einem seitlichen Ende von der jeweiligen Lamelle abstehende Abschlusselemente aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlusselemente (13, 14, 15) innenseitig der Lamellen (1, 2) angebracht sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlusselemente (13, 14, 15) derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie im geschlossenen Zustand der Lamellen (1, 2) eine durchgehend gerade Abschlusskante (20) bilden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlusselemente (13, 14, 15) im wesentlichen ein verschachtelbares, insbesondere U-förmiges Profil haben.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschlusselemente (13, 14, 15) eine Länge haben, welche im wesentlichen einer Breite der Lamellen (1, 2) entspricht.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer innenliegenden Schenkelfläche (26.2) ein Dichtungselement (32) angebracht ist, welches bei geschlossenem Fenster einen zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden Lamellen (1, 2) gebildeten Zwischenraum (8) seitlich abdichtet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtungselement (32) in einem hinteren Bereich des Abschlusselementes (13, 14, 15) angebracht ist und dass die innenliegende Schenkelfläche (26.2) im vorderen Bereich eine Ausnehmung (27) aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Fensterrahmen (16) vorgesehen ist, welcher im Bereich der Abschlusskante (20) ein elastisches Dichtungselement aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Fensterrahmen (16) ein elastisches Dichtungselement (17) vorgesehen ist, welches bei geschlossenem Fenster in das Abschlusselement (13) eingreift.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschlusselement (13, 14, 15) eine mit Versatz (29) ausgebildete Rückenfläche (28) aufweist, so dass es mit der Rückenfläche (28) an die Lamelle angeklebt werden kann und dabei einen vorgegebenen Spalt (23) für ein Dichtungsmaterial bildet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamellen (1, 2) Isolierscheiben aus zwei rahmenlos verbundenen Platten (4.1, 4.2) sind, wobei die Abschlusselemente an seitlich überstehenden Bereichen der äusseren Platten (4.1) angebracht sind.
