Description

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen klimaregulierenden Strumpf mit bereichsweise vorgesehener Polsterung, insbesondere zum Einsatz bei Freizeitsportarten, wie Joggen, Inline-Skating, Skilaufen od. dgl.
In allen Fällen, in denen die menschlichen Füße in vergleichsweise dichtem Schuhwerk untergebracht sind, entsteht erhöhter Schweißanfall. Über die normalen Bewegungen hinaus entsteht ein überdurchschnittlicher Schweißanfall bei die Füße stärker beanspruchenden laufenden Bewegungsarten, wie Wandern, Fußballspielen, Joggen od. dgl., oder auch beim sportlichen Radfahren. Man ist daher bemüht, dem Schuhträger Strümpfe zur Verfügung zu stellen, die einen möglichst guten Abtransport des Schweißanfalls nach außen fördern.
Aus EP-A-0 626 140 ist ein Strumpf bekannt, bei dem Kanäle für die Luftzirkulation vorgesehen sind. Diese erstrecken sich aber im Oberfußbereich senkrecht zu einem Bereich, der der Weiterleitung von Flüssigkeit dient. Aus US-A-4 126 903 ist ein Nylonstrumpf bekannt, bei dem Bereiche mit einer größeren Maschenweite vorgesehen sind, die zur Kühlung der Hautoberfläche dienen. Im wesentlichen das Gleiche zeigt der aus US-A-4 057 981 bekannte Strumpf, wobei der Bereich mit einer größeren Maschenweite zu beiden Seiten der Strumpfsohle vorgesehen sein soll. Schließlich offenbart US-A-5 636 380 eine Kombination von Bereichen, die Wärme zurückhalten und Wärme abgeben. Keines der genannten Dokumente gibt einen Hinweis auf die nachfolgend beanspruchte Lösung nach der Erfindung.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den aus EP-A-626 140 bekannten Strumpf so weiterzuentwickeln, daß der Schweiß aus dem Schuh heraus nach außen abgeführt werden kann. Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe bei einem klimaregulierenden Strumpf der eingangs genannten Art gelöst durch wenigstens einen von der Fußsohle bis zum Bund reichenden integrierten Luftkanal aus klimaregulierendem Netzstrickgewebe.
Ein Klimakanal aus regulierendem Netzstrickgewebe hat den Vorteil, daß nur etwa 60 % der Hautoberfläche bedeckt wird, der größte Teil der entstehenden Feuchtigkeit kann über den unbedeckten Teil der Haut verdunsten, der restliche Teil kann vom Gewebe aufgenommen werden. Darüber hinaus kann ein solches Gewebe auch zur Förderung der Schweißfeuchtigkeit aus dem Sohlenbereich des Schuhs bis in einen Bereich des Strumpfes dienen, in dem eine freie Verdunstung möglich ist.
In Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß ein Luftkanal auf beiden Außenseiten des Strumpfes vorgesehen ist, d.h. auf der Außen- und der Innenseite des Beines des Strumpfträgers.
Die Erfindung sieht auch vor, daß der Strumpf wenigstens im Fußspannbereich mit einem Polster bzw. Padding aus klimaregulierendem Gewebe ausgerüstet ist, wobei ein solches Polster zur Verminderung von Druckstellen im Bereich des Schuhschnürens dienen kann, da die auftretenden Belastungen großflächig verteilt werden, die klimaregulierenden Gewebe sorgen für die Belüftung der Haut und den Abtransport der Schweißfeuchtigkeit, wobei diese Gewebe je nach Verwendungszweck des Strumpfes unterschiedliche Dichten aufweisen können.
An dieser Stelle sei bemerkt, daß z.B. Skistrümpfe bekannt sind, die unterschiedliche Gewebe im unmittelbaren Fußbereich einerseits und im unteren Wadenbereich andererseits verwenden. Bekannt ist auch, Polster bzw. Verstärkungen im Schienbeinbereich vorzusehen, um eine bessere Polsterung im Skischuh oder z.B. Fußballschuh zu erreichen.
Weitere Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den sonstigen Unteransprüchen, wobei beispielsweise auch im Wadenbereich Polsterungen aus klimaregulierendem Gewebe vorgesehen sein können, die stabförmig, bogenförmig, spiralförmig oder in anderer Weise angeordnet sein können, etwa als wadenbildende Struktur od. dgl.
Eine Besonderheit des erfindungsgemäßen Strumpfes kann in weiterer Ausgestaltung auch darin bestehen, daß dieser in einer integrierten X-Cross-Bandage aus einem elastischen Gewebeband ausgerüstet ist, wobei dieses elastische Gewebeband aus klimaregulierendem Gewebe besteht.
Zur Bildung eines anatomisch geformten Fußbettes, das auf die unterschiedliche Belastung der Fußsohle eines Menschen Rücksicht nimmt, sieht die Erfindung Polster oder Paddings im Zehen-, Ballen- und/oder Fersenbereich vor.
Darüber hinaus kann es vorteilhaft sein, im Spannbereich wenigstens bereichsweise ein Stretch-Rippengewebe vorzusehen, wiederum als klimaregulierendes Gewebe in Rippenstrickart. Bei dieser Strickart liegt das Gewebe nicht vollständig auf der Haut auf, wodurch mehr Luft an die Haut gelangen kann. Gleichzeitig wird durch die Rippenstrickart erreicht, daß das Gewebe eine höhere Elastizität aufweist und damit einer Faltenbildung des Strumpfes vorbeugt ebenso wie ein Rutschen des Fußes im Strumpf bzw. Schuh, was dazu fühlt, daß es weniger zur Blasenbildung kommt.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert. Diese zeigt in

Zur Fig. 1:
Der allgemein mit 1 bezeichnete Strumpf gemäß der Erfindung weist einen von der mit dem Pfeil 2 bezeichneten Fußsohle ausgehenden Luftkanal 3 auf, der bis zum Bund 4 reicht und aus klimaregulierendem Netzstrickgewebe gebildet ist. Durch diesen Luftkanal 3 wird Feuchtigkeit aus dem Fußsohlenbereich nach oben abgeleitet. Ein derartiger Luftkanal 3 kann auch auf der Beininnenseite am Strumpf vorgesehen sein, was hier nicht näher dargestellt ist.
Zum Strumpf inneren ist der Strumpf 1 mit einem Fußspannpolster bzw. -padding 5 ausgerüstet und im Schienbeinbereich mit einem Schienbeinpolster 6, wobei die entsprechenden Konturen lediglich gestrichelt angedeutet sind.
Sowohl das Fußspannpolster 5 als auch das Schienbeinpolster 6 sind aus klimaregulierendem Gewebe, wobei hier unterschiedliche Gewebedichten vorgesehen sein können.
Auch der Achillessehnenbereich ist mit einem Polster 7 geschützt. Auch dieses Polster 7 besteht aus einem klimaregulierenden Gewebe, um Abschürfungen und Blasen vorzubeugen, die etwa durch Reibung eines oberen Schuhrandes in diesem Bereich hervorgerufen werden können.
Wie sich aus der Figur ergibt, ist auch der Wadenbereich mit Polstern versehen, wobei im dargestellten Beispiel Stabpaddings 8 vorgesehen sind. Die Erfindung ist allerdings nicht auf diese Gestaltungsform beschränkt, hier können auch andere Formen, wie eine Bogenform od. dgl., vorgesehen sein.
Wie aus der Figur erkennbar, ist der Strumpf 1 auch mit einer X-Cross-Bandage 9 ausgerüstet, die aus einem elastischen klimaregulierenden Gewebe gebildet ist und den Bewegungsapparat im Übergangsbereich zwischen Bein und Fuß stützt.
Um ein anatomisch geformtes Fußbett zu gewährleisten, ist die Sohle des Strumpfes mit zusätzlichen Polstern oder Paddings 10 und 11 ausgerüstet, insbesondere im Fersenbereich und im Fußballenbereich und/oder im Bereich der Zehen.
In Fig. 2 ist eine Variante des Ausführungsbeispieles des erfindungsgemäßen Strumpfes gezeigt, der speziell für Skater angefertigt und konzipiert ist. Die Polstergewebe, die Paddings und die sonstigen Ausgestaltungen sind je nach Strumpfart gegenüber dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 geringfügig abgewandelt, wobei hier im Vordergrund u.a. auch die X-Cross-Bandagierung des Fußgelenkes steht.
In Fig. 3 sind zusätzliche Bandagen dargestellt, so oberhalb des Knöchels eine Ringbandage 12 und darunter eine weitere Bandagierung 13, wobei diese Bandagierungen unterschiedliche Streckarten und Elastizitäten aufweisen können. Zusätzlich ist dargestellt, daß eine die Fußsohle zwischen Ballen und Ferse stützende Diagonalbandagierung 14 vorgesehen sein kann, was in vielen Fällen zu erhöhtem Lauf- und Tragkomfort führt.
An dieser Stelle sei noch angegeben, daß die Polsterungen des Strumpfes aus Hohlkammer-Fasern, die mit Wolle oder Baumwolle umsponnen sind, bestehen können. Die Hohlkammer-Kunststoffgarne sind besonders stark stoß- und druckdämpfend.
Das Fußbett ist aus ummantelter Microfaser gestrickt, die äußersit geschmeidig ist und den Abrieb/Hautabrieb vermindert. Auch im Zehen- und Fersenbereich ist je nach Anforderung das Fußbett aus 100 % Microfaser. Der Achillessehnen-Protector aus Kunststoffgarnen oder Compound-Gewebe und -Garn oder andere Materialien schützt die Achillessehne. Die Bandagen werden auch aus nicht elastischen und elastischen Garnen gewebt, gestrickt, um eine hohe Stabilität zu erreichen.
Das Netzgewebe/Gestrick im Air-Channel besteht aus klimaregulierenden Hohlkammer-Kunststoffgarnen, die auch ummantelt werden mitanderenKunststoff-, Woll-und/oder Baumwollgarnen. Aus diesem Compound-Garn entsteht ein feuchtigkeitsabsorbierendes und feuchtigkeitstransportierendes Netzstrickgewebe. Das Netzstrickgewebe (Air-Channel) bedeckt die Haut nicht voll, sondern läßt je nach Anforderungen Teile der Haut unbedeckt, so daß Schweißtropfen auf der Haut entstehen können, die dann in das Netz abtropfen und von dort aus abtransportiert werden. Eine erhöhte Verdunstungskälte/Kühlung entsteht. Microfaser-, Polyester-, Acryl-Paddings in den verschiedenen Fußzonen sorgen für mechanische, thermische Entlastung oder Dämpfung und Dämmung.
Natürlich ist das beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung noch in vielfacher Hinsicht abzuändern, ohne den Grundgedanken zu verlassen. So kann der Strumpf als Links/ Rechts-Strumpf ausgebildet sein, die Gestaltung der Polster kann von der hier dargestellten abweichen u. dgl. mehr.

Claims (14)

  1. Klimaregulierender Strumpf (1) mit bereichsweise vorgesehener Polsterung, insbesondere zum Einsatz bei Freizeitsportarten, wie Joggen, Inline-Skating, Skilaufen od. dgl., gekennzeichnet durch
    wenigstens einen von der Fußsohle (2) bis zum Bund (4) reichenden integrierten Luftkanal (3) aus klimaregulierendem Netzstrickgewebe.
  2. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftkanal (3) auf beiden Außenseiten des Strumpfes (1) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strumpf (1) wenigstens im Fußspannbereich mit einem Polster (5) bzw. Padding aus klimaregulierendem Gewebe ausgerüstet ist.
  4. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    ein bereichsweises Stretch-Rippengewebe im Spannbereich, wobei das Rippengewebe als klimaregulierendes Gewebe in Rippenstrickart ausgebildet ist.
  5. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strumpf im Achillessehnenbereich und/oder Schienbeinbereich mit einem Polster (6,7) bzw. Padding aus klimaregulierendem Gewebe ausgerüstet ist.
  6. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wadenbereich des Strumpfes mit Polstern (8) aus klimaregulierendem Gewebe ausgerüstet ist.
  7. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wadenbereichspolster (8) stabförmig, bogenförmig, spiralförmig od. dgl. angeordnet sind.
  8. Klimaregulierender Strumpf, nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strumpf mit einer integrierten X-Cross-Bandage (9) aus einem elastischen Gewebeband aus klimaregulierendem Gewebe ausgerüstet ist.
  9. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strumpf mit einem anatomisch geformten Fußbett, gebildet aus Polstern (11,10) oder Paddings im Zehen- und Fersenbereich, versehen ist.
  10. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polster (5) aus Hohlkammer-Fasern, die mit Wolle oder Baumwolle umsponnen sind, gebildet sind.
  11. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fußbett aus einer ummantelten Microfaser gestrickt ist.
  12. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polster (7) im Achillessehnenbereich aus Kunststoffgarnen und/oder einem Compound-Gewebe gebildet ist.
  13. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strumpf im Gelenkbereich mit wenigstens einer umlaufenden Bandagierung versehen ist.
  14. Klimaregulierender Strumpf nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fußsohlenbereich mit einem diagonalen Stützgewebe (14) versehen ist.
