Abstract

Der mechanische Einbau verursacht, speziell bei nachträglichem Einbau in Gebäuden einen außerordentlich hohen Aufwand dar, da ja entsprechend der Bautiefe der Anordnung eine Vertiefung im Boden oder in der Wand gemacht werden muß, damit das Beleuchtungssystem nicht zu weit in den Raum reicht.
Beide aufgezeigten Probleme können mit Hilfe von durch Elektrolumineszenz-Folien beleuchteten flachen Anordnungen gelöst werden. Für den Einsatz von Bodenbeleuchtungen ohne zusätzliche aufwendige Bearbeitung des Bodens sind, wegen der Stolpergefahr, sehr flache Ausführungen notwendig. Weiters muß die Anordnung trittfest und abhängig von den Umgebungsbedingungen wasserresistent sein. Auch Erde, Sand, Schnee und anderer Straßenschmutz darf die Funktion des Beleuchtungssystems nicht beeinträchtigen. Der elektrische Anschluß muß ebenfalls diesen Umweltbedingungen standhalten.
Da die erfindungsgemäßen Anzeigen selbstleuchtend sind, reichen sehr kleine Leuchtdichten um die Beschriftung gut lesen zu können. Dies hat den bekannten Vorteil, daß die Umgebung, beispielsweise im Kino, kaum unerwünscht erhellt wird.
