Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau récepteur hormonal HG38 de glycoprotéine couplé à la protéine G, des formes mutantes ou polymorphes dudit récepteur, des acides nucléiques les codant, des vecteurs d'expression comprenant lesdits acides nucléiques, des cellules hôtes transformées à l'aide des acides nucléiques, des animaux transgéniques dénués du récepteur et des animaux transgéniques exprimant un gène récepteur non natif, des anticorps dirigés contre le récepteur et ses polypeptides et des essais concernant les modulateurs, les agonistes et les antagonistes du récepteur. Les protéines et les polypeptides du récepteur, les acides nucléiques, les cellules, les animaux et les essais de l'invention sont utiles dans le dosage et la mise au point de médicaments, dans les applications diagnostiques et thérapeutiques.
