Abstract

Afin de distribuer une substance active sèche, pulvérulente ou granulaire, on la stocke dans un distributeur séparément d'une réserve de fluide. Lors de l'utilisation, la poudre est déchargée avec l'aide du fluide, qui sert de véhicule pour la substance active et qui est au préalable plus ou moins mélangé avec celle-ci. Le distributeur (11) comprend un réservoir de fluide (21) disposé dans une ampoule (19) qui comporte un bouchon obturateur (26) pouvant être percé. Le flux libéré par l'actionnement passe dans un réservoir de produit (43) qui s'ouvre à ce moment-là, se mélange avec le produit (51) qui y est contenu et sort sous forme de brouillard, de jet ou de gouttelettes par un orifice de décharge (44) qui s'ouvre à cet effet.

Claims (15)

  1. Procédé pour distribuer au moins deux matières différentes par actionnement de distribution manuel,
    1.1 pour lequel un liquide (50) est utilisé en tant que matière porteuse pour une matière solide (51) en forme de particules et
    1.2 et pour lequel les matières (50, 51), logées de manière individuelle et séparée l'une de l'autre, sont mélangées entre elles dans une phase de mélangeage par l'actionnement de distribution juste avant la décharge,
    caractérisé en ce que
    1.3 la phase de mélangeage et la phase de distribution sont délimitées entr'elles par le dépassement d'une force d'actionnement accrue et
    1.4 le mélange obtenu est pulvérisé sous une pression de distribution.
  2. Procédé d'après la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la matière solide (51) est en forme de particule, notamment un produit pharmaceutique destiné éventuellement à l'absorption par les muqueuses du corps, et dont l'on dispose de préférence en forme d'une poudre lyophilisée.
  3. Procédé d'après la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le mélangeage se produit immédiatement avant la distribution.
  4. Procédé d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un actionnement additionnel, tel que le déplacement angulaire réciproque de deux éléments, entre la phase de mélangeage et la phase de distribution.
  5. Procédé d'après une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pendant le mélangeage un gaz logé éventuellement ensemble avec la matière solide (51) est comprimé avec l'introduction du liquide (50).
  6. Distributeur avec
    6.1 un espace pour liquide (2) pour l'accumulation d'un liquide (50),
    6.2 des moyens pour la production d'une pression de distribution et pour le transport du liquide à une ouverture d'échappement (44),
    caractérisé
    6.3 en ce qu'un réservoir à matières (43) est prévu pour une matière solide en forme de particules,
    6.4 en ce que des moyens de transport sont réalisés pour le transport du liquide dans le réservoir à matières (43) séparé de l'espace à liquides (21),
    6.5 en ce que l'espace à liquides (21) et le réservoir à matières (43) sont fermés vers l'extérieur et l'un par rapport à l'autre avant tout actionnement du distributeur (11) et qu'ils sont raccordés entr'eux seulement au moyen de l'actionnement par le conduit de raccordement (35, 36, 66) et qu'ils sont raccordés avec l'ouverture d'échappement (44) par le conduit d'échappement (48).
  7. Distributeur d'après la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de génération de pression comprennent une pompe à piston-poussoir, dont le cylindre est formé de préférence par l'espace à liquides (21), le piston (26) de la pompe à piston-poussoir n'étant notamment pas réversible pour réaliser un distributeur à usage unique et/ou un organe d'obturation (27, 29; 41) ouvrant au moyen de l'actionnement de distributeur, notamment à la suite de la pression de décharge étant réalisé entre l'espace à liquides (21) et le réservoir à matières (43).
  8. Distributeur d'après une des revendications de 6 à 7,caractérisé par des moyens de point de poussée (23, 32, 71), lesquels font dépendre l'actionnement du distributeur de l'atteinte d'une pression d'actionnement prédéterminée, lesquels comprennent de préférence des sections de rupture intentionnellement prévues (22, 33) et lesquels sont notamment prévus non seulement pour l'actionnement des moyens de génération de pression, mais aussi pour l'ouverture du réservoir à matières (43) ainsi que pour le transport du liquide dans le réservoir à matières (43).
  9. Distributeur d'après une des revendications de 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que pour le raccordement mutuel des espaces à matières ou encore des réservoirs à matières et avec l'ouverture d'échappement est prévu au moins un élément de percement, qui contient un coulisseau (37) en forme d'aiguille présentant au moins un conduit à liquides, lequel coulisseau perce de préférence un piston de la pompe à piston-poussoir réalisé en tant que bouchon de fermeture (26) et qui est logé dans une tige (34), laquelle entre en contact avec le piston pour le déplacement de celui-ci.
  10. Distributeur d'après une des revendications de 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant que coulisseau (37) pour percer un moyen de fermeture d'un espace à matières (21) l'on prévoit une aiguille en acier mince et creuse, de préférence avec un diamètre extérieur au-dessous de 1 mm et avec une pointe (38) chanfreinée, laquelle aiguille est insérée sans moyen d'adaptation dans une tige (34) du distributeur (11), laquelle la porte, l'aiguille étant insérée de manière étanchante à l'extrémité opposée à la pointe (38) dans un alésage (61), dont la longueur est supérieure, notamment au moins deux fois plus grande, que le diamètre extérieur de l'aiguille, étant adjacente à cette extrémité à un épaulement (62), délimitant la longueur d'enfoncement, dans l'alésage (61), et étant conduite dans son domaine central jusqu'à sa sortie de la tige (34) sur une longueur, correspondant à un multiple, de préférence plus qu'au quintuple du diamètre extérieur d'aiguille, entre des nervures (59) à l'intérieur d'une forure (50) plus grande, lesquelles nervures présentent à l'origine un biais d'introduction (60) pour l'aiguille, l'intérieur de l'aiguille creuse formant de préférence un logement pour un ergot de support et de remplissage d'un dispositif de préhension, lequel saisit l'aiguille pour l'enfoncement par l'extérieur à la manière d'une pince de serrage.
  11. Distributeur d'après une des revendications de 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir à matières (43) est formé par un espace raccordé à un conduit d'échappement, lequel espace se termine notamment par un moyen de fermeture, par exemple une soupape à coulisse (41, 47), à ouvrir pendant la génération de la pression de décharge ou bien par un actionnement manuel individuel.
  12. Distributeur d'après une des revendications de 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'espace à liquides (21) et le réservoir à matières (43a) sont disposés de manière axialement consécutive dans un récipient (19) genre cylindre et qu'ils sont fermés l'un par rapport à l'autre et par rapport à l'extérieur au moyen de pistons (26, 55) étant de préférence du type bouchon de fermeture, notamment au moins un des pistons ouvre au moyen d'une commande à coulisse ou encore d'une commande de perforation, qui dépend de la position de piston, un conduit de raccordement (35a) entre l'espace à liquides (21) et le réservoir à matières (43a).
  13. Distributeur d'après une des revendications de 6 à 12, caractérisé en ce que pour le raccordement des espaces à matières et pour le mélangeage des matières entr'elles est prévue au moins une course d'actionnement ou encore une course d'actionnement partielle et pour la décharge est prévue une deuxième course d'actionnement ou course d'actionnement partielle, lesquelles sont notamment délimitées l'une de l'autre par un arrêt pouvant être actionné manuellement de manière individuelle et/ou par des moyens présentant des points de poussée (32).
  14. Distributeur d'après une des revendications de 6 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les espaces à matières (21, 43c) sont disposés de manière axialement consécutive, un élément de séparation (19c, 29c) étant de préférence disposé entr'eux de manière mobile et/ou au moins un des espaces à matières (43c) pouvant être agrandi pour une adaptation en volume au moins partielle au volume du mélange, par exemple au moyen d'un déplacement d'un piston (26c).
  15. Distributeur d'après une des revendications de 8 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'on associe au conduit de raccordement (35, 36, 66) entre l'espace à liquides (21) et le réservoir à matières un moyen de conduction (80) pour une accélération, pour un tourbillonnement et/ou pour une distribution du jet de liquide entrant dans le réservoir à matières.
