Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Streichstange (1), umfassend einen Rahmen (10), an dem die genannte Streichstange (1) montiert ist, zumindest einen Motor (6), der die genannte Streichstange in eine Drehbewegung versetzt, und Mittel (12, 19) zur Bildung eines Überzugs durch ein thermisches Spritzverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie darüber hinaus Mittel zum Ziehen (15, 16) eines Endes (4) der genannten Stange umfasst, während das andere Ende (2) unbeweglich gehalten wird, wobei der genannte Zug während der Drehung der genannten Streichstange und während der Bildung des Überzugs durch das thermische Spritzverfahren so ausgeübt wird, dass eine Streckung erfolgt, die einer Verlängerung um etwa 0,2 bis 0,001% entspricht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie darüber hinaus Mittel zum Zentrieren und Halten (17) zumindest eines Teils der Streichstange umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Zentrieren und Halten (17) durch ein Magnetlager (17), ein Fluidlager oder ein mechanisches Lager gebildet werden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie darüber hinaus Mittel zum Schutz und zur Begrenzung (21) des Bereichs der Streichstange umfasst, in dem der Überzug aufgespritzt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Schutz und zur Begrenzung (21) durch seitliche, geneigte, einstellbare und zu beiden Seiten der Streichstange (1) angeordnete Abdeckungen gebildet werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie darüber hinaus Mittel zur Abkühlung (22) umfasst, wobei sich die genannten Mittel zur Abkühlung gegenüber von der Seite der Stange befinden, die einer Beschichtung durch ein thermisches Spritzverfahren unterzogen wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Abkühlung (22) durch Düsen zur Zerstäubung von CO2 gebildet werden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Ziehen durch Zylinder (16) gebildet werden, die am Rahmen montiert sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie darüber hinaus ein Fahrgestell (13) umfasst, das parallel zur Längsrichtung der gezogenen Stange beweglich ist, wobei die Spritzmittel (12), die auf bekannte Weise durch einen Plasmabrenner zum Aufspritzen von Pulvern gebildet werden, auf dem genannten Fahrgestell montiert sind.
