- la figure 1 est une représentation schématique d'un mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une représentation schématique d'une vue de côté du dispositif de la figure 1,
- la figure 3 est une représentation schématique d'une vue de face du dispositif de la figure 1,
- la figure 4 est une représentation schématique de certaines parties mécaniques du dispositif de la figure 1.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour la fabrication d'une barre de couchage (1), du type comprenant un bâti (10) sur lequel est monté ladite barre de couchage (1), au moins un moteur (6) entraínant en rotation ladite barre de couchage, des moyens (12, 19) de projection thermique d'un revêtement, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de traction (15, 16) d'une extrémité (4) de ladite barre, l'autre extrémité (2) étant maintenue fixe, ladite traction étant effectuée pendant la rotation de ladite barre de couchage et pendant la projection thermique dudit revêtement de manière à effectuer un étirage correspondant à un allongement d'environ 0,2 à 0,001 %.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de centrage et de maintien (17) d'au moins une partie de la barre de couchage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de centrage et de maintien (17) sont constitués par un palier magnétique (17), à fluide ou mécanique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de protection et de limitation (21) de la zone de la barre de couchage sur laquelle est projeté le revêtement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de protection et de limitation (21) sont constitués par des caches latéraux inclinés et réglables et situés de part et d'autre de la barre de couchage (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de refroidissement (22), lesdits moyens de refroidissement étant disposés à l'opposé du côté de la barre soumise à la projection thermique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de refroidissement (22) sont constitués par des buses de pulvérisation de CO2.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traction sont constitués par des vérins (16) montés sur le bâti.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un chariot (13) mobile parallèlement à la direction longitudinale de la barre de traction, les moyens de projection (12), constitués de manière connue par une torche plasma de projection de poudres, étant montés sur ledit chariot.
