Abstract

Bei einer Gelenkarmmarkise, deren Markisentuch 11 mit dem vorderen Rand an einer Ausfallprofilschiene 13 befestigt ist, mit der das Markisentuch 11 beim Aufspannen von einer Tuchwelle 6 abgezogen wird, auf der es zu einem Markisentuchballen 7 aufgewickelt ist und die an ihren Enden in Tuchwellenhaltern 2 am Markisenträger 8 drehbar gelagert ist sowie mit einer sich im wesentlichen über deren gesamte Länge erstreckenden Stützfläche 3 zusammenwirkt, sind die Tuchwellenhalter 2 schwenkbar am Markisenträger 8 angebracht. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gelenkarmmarkise, deren Markisentuch mit dem vorderen Rand an einer Ausfallprofilschiene befestigt ist, mit der das Markisentuch beim Aufspannen von einer Tuchwelle abgezogen wird, auf der es zu einem Markisentuchballen aufgewickelt ist und die an ihren Enden in Tuchwellenhaltern am Markisenträger drehbar gelagert ist sowie mit einer sich im wesentlichen über deren gesamte Länge erstreckenden Stützfläche zusammenwirkt.
Markisen großer Breite haben den Nachteil, daß sich die Tuchwelle unter dem Gewicht des aufgewickelten Markisentuchballens in der Mitte durchbiegt. Hierdurch entstehen beim Aufwickeln des Markisentuches Falten im Tuch, die im Laufe der Zeit zur Zerstörung des Tuches führen können. Infolge der Durchbiegung der Tuchwelle kann die Ausfallprofilschiene, die bei eingefahrener Markise als vordere Abdeckung des Markisengehäuses dient, dieses in der Mitte nicht vollständig verschließen, so daß Schmutz in den Markisenkasten gelangen kann.
Um der Duchbiegung der Tuchwelle entgegenzuwirken, ist bei der eingangs beschriebenen und aus der DE 195 20 162 C2 bekannten Gelenkarmmarkise nicht nur die sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge der Tuchwelle erstreckende Stützfläche vorgesehen. Es ist auch die Tuchwelle mit einer aufwendigen Gleitsteinlagerung in Kulissenführungen in Richtung auf die Ausfallprofilschiene vor- und zurückbewegbar, wodurch erreicht wird, daß der Markisentuchballen stets an der Stützfläche mit seiner Vorderseite großflächig anliegt. Die angestrebte Abstützung der Tuchwelle wird mit diesen Maßnahmen jedoch nicht erhalten, da die Krümmung der Stützfläche etwa dem Radius des Markisentuchballens bei vollständig aufgewickeltem Markisentuch angepaßt ist; denn bei nur teilweise oder vollständig aufgespanntem Markisentuch erfährt die Tuchwelle trotz ihrer bewegbaren Anordnung eine Abstützung nur horizontal in Zugrichtung des Markisentuches, jedoch keine Unterstützung in vertikaler Richtung, da der Radius des Markisentuchballens bzw. der Tuchwelle kleiner als der Krümmungsradius der Stützfläche ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es nun, eine Gelenkarmmarkise der eingangs beschriebenen Gattung so weiterzubilden, daß die vom Durchbiegen der Tuchwelle ausgehenden Nachteile vermieden werden.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Tuchwellenhalter schwenkbar am Markisenträger angebracht sind.
Diese Ausgestaltung der Gelenkarmmarkise hat trotz der nach der Erfindung konstruktiv einfachen Ausgestaltung mit den schwenkbar gelagerten Tuchwellenhaltern am Markisenträger den Vorteil, daß der Markisentuchballen und damit die Tuchwelle stets eine Abstützung von der Stützfläche in vertikaler Richtung erhalten, da der Markisentuchballen auf dieser Fläche bezogen auf die Achse der Tuchwelle stets im Bereich zwischen der Vertikalen und Horizontalen, d. h. unterhalb der Tuchwellenachse aufliegt.
Beim Abwickeln des Markisentuches von der Tuchwelle während des Ausfahrens der Markise nimmt der Durchmesser des Markisentuchballens stetig ab, so daß die Tuchwelle die Stützfläche berühren kann. Um dies auszuschließen, können bei einer zweckmäßigen Weiterbildung der Erfindung an den Tuchwellenhaltern Anschlagelemente vorgesehen sein, die sich auf der Stützfläche kurz vor dem völligen Abwickeln des Markisentuches von der Tuchwelle abstützen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird an Hand der Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es stellen dar:

einen schematischen Querschnitt gemäß Fig. 1 im anderen Maßstab mit teilweise von der Tuchwelle abgewickeltem Markisentuch und vom Markisengehäuse entfernter Ausfallprofilschiene.
Die gezeigte Markise umfaßt in einem Markisengehäuse 10 eine an ihren Enden mit Wellenzapfen 14 in Tuchwellenhaltern 2 drehbar gelagerte Tuchwelle 6, auf der ein Markisentuch 11 zu einem Ballen 7 aufwickelbar ist. Jeder Tuchwellenhalter 2 ist auf einem Tragzapfen 1 am Markisenträger 8 schwenkbar angeordnet. Am Markisenträger 8 ist weiter ein sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge der Tuchwelle 8 erstreckendes Tuchleitblech 3 als Stützfläche angebracht, worauf der Markisentuchballen 7 aufliegt. Der vordere Rand des Markisentuches 11 ist in einer Kedernut 12 an einer Ausfallprofilschiene 13 gehalten, mit der das Markisentuch 11 beim Aufspannen von der Tuchwelle 6 abgezogen wird.
An jedem Tuchwellenhalter 2 ist noch ein Anschlagelement 4 in Gestalt eines Zapfens angeformt, das sich beim Aufspannen des Markisentuches 11 kurz vor dem völligen Abwickeln desselben von der Tuchwelle 6 auf dem Tuchleitblech 3 abstützt, wodurch eine Berührung zwischen der Tuchwelle 6 und der Stützfläche verhindert wird.
Der Markisentuchballen 7 liegt bei jeder Stellung der Gelenkarmmarkise auf der gekrümmten Stützfläche 3 auf, da der Krümmungsradius etwa dem Radius des Markisentuchballens 7 bei eingefahrener Markise, d. h. bei vollständig auf der Tuchwelle 6 aufgewickeltem Markisentuch 11 entspricht. Beim Ausfahren der Markise wird das Markisentuch 11 von der Tuchwelle 6 abgewickelt, so daß sich der Durchmesser des Markisentuchballens 7 verringert und aus einer im wesentlichen flächenförmigen Auflage (Fig. 1) des Markisentuchballens 7 auf der Stützfläche des Tuchleitbleches 3 eine etwa punktförmige Auflage (Fig. 2) wird. Dabei wandert wegen der schwenkbaren Anordnung der Tuchwellenhalter 2 die Achse der Tuchwelle 6 unter gleichzeitigem Absenken von A nach B (Fig. 1). Durch dieses Absenken der Tuchwelle 6 liegt das aufgespannte Markisentuch 11 nicht mehr am Umlenkpunkt 5 des Dachprofiles des Markisengehäuses 10 an, wodurch die Haltbarkeit des Markisentuches 11 beeinträchtigende Scheuerstellen vermieden werden.

Claims (2)

  1. Gelenkarmmarkise, deren Markisentuch mit dem vorderen Rand an einer Ausfallprofilschiene befestigt ist, mit der das Markisentuch beim Aufspannen von einer Tuchwelle abgezogen wird, auf der es zu einem Markisentuchballen aufgewickelt ist und die an ihren Enden in Tuchwellenhaltern am Markisenträger drehbar gelagert ist sowie mit einer sich im wesentlichen über deren gesamte Länge erstreckenden Stützfläche zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tuchwellenhalter (2) schwenkbar am Markisenträger (8) angebracht sind, wodurch der Markisentuchballen (7) ständig auf der Stützfläche (3) aufliegt.
  2. Gelenkarmmarkise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Tuchwellenhaltern (2) Anschlagelemente (4) vorgesehen sind, die sich kurz vor dem völligen Abwickeln des Markisentuches (11) von der Tuchwelle (6) auf der Stützfläche (3) abstützen.
