Claims (4)
- Kaltpilgerwerkzeug zur Herstellung von innenverrippten Rohren nach dem Kaltpilgerschrittverfahren in einem in Walzrichtung hin- und herbewegbaren Walzgerüst mit verjüngend kalibrierten Walzen, die mit wechselndem Drehsinn über dem Walzgut abrollen, in dem sich ein ebenfalls verjüngender Kaltpilgerdorn befindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kaltpilgerdorn (1) an seinem freien Ende einen koaxial drehbar gelagerten Verlängerungsstopfen (4) aufweist, in den das Negativ der herzusteilenden gewendelten Innenverrippung eingearbeitet ist. - Kaltpilgerwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Außendurchmesser des Verlängerungsstopfens (4) maximal um 50% der Rippentiefe der Innenverrippung größer als der Innendurchmesser des Glattrohres ist. - Kaltpilgerwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Walzenkalibrierung um Bereich des Verlängerungsstopfens (4) so gestaltet ist, daß die Querschnittsfläche des Rohres (5) an dieser Stelle keine wesentliche Veränderung erfährt. - Kaltpilgerwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 bis 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verlängerungsstopfens (4) auf einer stirnseitig an dem Kaltpilgerdorn (1) fliegend angeordneten Achse (7) drehgelagert ist und auf der dem Kaltpilgerdorn (1) abgewandten Seite gegen ein Axiallager (9) abgestützt ist.
