Claims (7)
- Cartouche pour un mécanisme d'impression muni d'une tête d'impression thermique, comprenant une bobine (5) à ruban et une bobine (6) réceptrice de ruban, ainsi qu'un boîtier présentant deux zones distantes de cloisonnement (1a, 1b) entre lesquelles les bobines (5, 6) sont disposées pour l'essentiel perpendiculairement à l'axe d'une bobine (5, 6), dans des rainures (7), des creusures (7) ou des fentes (8) moulées dans la masse, en vue du verrouillage libérable d'une bobine (5, 6) dans la région du fond d'une rainure, d'une creusure ou d'une fente, caractérisée par le fait que les rainures, les creusures ou les fentes sont respectivement configurées ou formées de façon telle que la bobine (5) à ruban, et/ou la bobine (6) réceptrice de ruban, puisse(nt) accomplir des va-et-vient coulissants depuis le côté ouvert respectif d'une rainure, creusure ou fente, respectivement jusqu'à l'extrémité de la rainure ou de la creusure, ou jusqu'au fond de la fente ; et une pièce d'arrêt coulissante (9) est agencée avec mobilité sur le boîtier dans les zones de cloisonnement (1a, 1b) dudit boîtier, dans les régions respectives des rainures, creusures ou fentes, de telle sorte que le coulissement de la bobine à ruban et/ou de la bobine réceptrice de ruban soit bloqué dans une première position libérée de la pièce d'arrêt coulissante (9), et autorisé dans une seconde position de ladite pièce d'arrêt coulissante (9).
- Cartouche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la pièce d'arrêt coulissante (9) est dotée d'une patte coudée (14) et d'une surface de butée (10).
- Cartouche selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par la présence de moyens de freinage (14) sollicités élastiquement ou réalisés sous la forme de ressorts, qui agissent sur l'un des axes de la bobine (5) à ruban et/ou de la bobine (6) réceptrice de ruban, respectivement situés à l'extrémité de la rainure ou de la creusure, ou au fond de la fente.
- Cartouche selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que les zones de cloisonnement sont matérialisées par deux plaquettes ou plaques; et un étrier (11) est articulé à rotation sur une plaquette (1a, 1b) du boîtier, en vue de l'insertion dans le mécanisme d'impression, respectivement en vue d'accroître l'espace entre le ruban et le boîtier de la cartouche, étrier dont la région, s'étendant depuis une plaquette (1a, 1b) matérialisant une zone de cloisonnement jusqu'à l'autre plaquette (1a, 1b) matérialisant une zone de cloisonnement, peut pivoter en direction du boîtier et de façon à s'éloigner de ce dernier.
- Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que le boîtier est formé de trois plaquettes (1a, 1b, 1c) parmi lesquelles deux plaquettes (1a, 1b) matérialisent les deux zones de cloisonnement destinées à recevoir les bobines (5, 6), et parmi lesquelles les plaquettes (1a, 1b) matérialisant lesdites zones de cloisonnement sont davantage espacées l'une de l'autre et sont reliées par au moins une nervure (2).
- Cartouche selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'au moins des parties du mécanisme, formé de la pièce d'arrêt coulissante (9) et des moyens de freinage (14), sont réalisées d'un seul tenant et sont agencées avec mobilité, en tant que pièces coulissantes, dans l'espace situé entre les deux plaquettes (1a, 1b) matérialisant les zones de cloisonnement.
- Machine d'affranchissement équipée d'une cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que la bobine (5) à ruban, et/ou la bobine (6) réceptrice de ruban, présente(nt) des éléments d'accouplement qui coopèrent avec des éléments d'accouplement concordants de la machine d'affranchissement, sachant qu'un élément d'accouplement entraîne un capteur incrémentiel pour la détection de l'angle de rotation d'une bobine (5, 6).
