  • the window sash and thus the second hinge part 3 are turned out to an opening angle of about 135° from the closing position, e.g. with a view to cleaning the outside of window.
  • the slide rail 8 is displaced at a maximum out of the guidance 7, i.e. until a stop screw 13 on the slide rail has been caught in a recess 14 in the plate member 6. Subsequently, the base plate 4 is turned further around the hinge pin 9. When closing the window again, this base plate 4 is first turned back until the guide pin 10 has entered the guidance 7 where it is placed in front of the front end of the slide rail 8. During the further closing, the guide pin 10 and the slide rail 8 are displaced inwards in the guidance 7 and, by entering into frictional engagement with the leaf spring 12, the pin 10 thus cooperates herewith in a braking manner., such that the closing movement of the window sash is stopped.
  • the length of the bushing 15 is here chosen in such a way that it extends over the axial measure of essentially the entire guide pin 10 and its outer diameter such that a good abutment against the wall of the guidance 7 and the leaf spring 12 is assured.
  • the inner diameter is chosen with a view to obtaining a relatively tight slide fitting between the bushing 15 and the guide pin 10 so that the bushing 15 without problems can be placed on the guide pin 10, but where during the mounting of the window, there is no danger of the bushing 15 sliding off.
  • the fastening during mounting can be further improved by providing a number of evenly distributed ribs 16 on the inside of the bushing 15, as shown in Fig. 2.
  • a head portion 17 which has a larger radial measure than the remaining part of the guide pin, and which is adapted to prevent axial movement of the bushing 15 on the guide pin 10.
  • the guide pin 10 is provided with a stepped portion 18 which serves to fasten the guide pin 10 to the base plate 4 of the second hinge part- 3.
  • this fastening is made by riveting or as a press fit so that the guide pin 10 can relatively easy be removed from and placed on the base plate 4 with a view to replacing the bushing 15.
  • the stepped portion 18 of the guide pin 10 and the associated opening in the base plate 4 can be provided with cooperating engagement connections as e.g. a screw thread to form a releasabl ⁇ connection.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une charnière comprenant une première partie de charnière (1) destinée à être attachée au cadre d'une fenêtre et une deuxième partie de charnière (3) destinée à être attachée au châssis. La première partie de charnière (1) comprend, sur une plaque de base (2), un guide (7) en forme d'arc circulaire qui coopère avec une pièce coulissante (8) essentiellement uniforme par rapport au guide et montée pivotante sur la plaque de base (4) de la deuxième partie de charnière (3) avec un tenon de guidage (10) de façon qu'elle permet le mouvement pivotant de la fenêtre. Relié au guide (7) de la première partie de charnière (1), un système de freinage comprend un ressort à lame (12) qui, durant au moins une partie du mouvement de pivotement, se trouve en contact de frottement avec le tenon de guidage (10). Le tenon de guidage (10) est muni d'une bague séparée (15).
