Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Regenerierung lackierter und/oder grundierter Bleche, insbesondere zur Regenerierung von Rohkarosserien von Kraftfahrzeugen, wobei das mit Lack und/oder Grundierung beschichtete Blech bzw. die damit beschichtete Rohkarosserie mittels Wasserstrahlbearbeitung vollständig von der Beschichtung befreit wird und die Wasserstrahlbearbeitung mit einem Hochdruck von mindestens 1000 bar erfolgt, wobei die Vorrichtung aus einer Kabine (2) mit Seitenwänden (3), Dachwand (4) und Stirnwänden (5) besteht, die Stirnwände (5) verschließbare Durchlaßöffnungen (6) aufweisen, die Kabine (2) von einem bodenseitig angeordneten Längsförderer (8) durchsetzt ist, auf dem eine von Lackschichten zu befreiende Rohkarosse (1) transportierbar ist, die durch die Durchlaßöffnungen (6) in die Kabine (2) bzw.. aus der Kabine (2) bewegbar ist und die eine Hochdruckwasserzuleitung mit Wasserstrahldüsen aufweist, deren Düsenstrahl auf die von Lackschichten zu befreiende Fläche der Rohkarosse gerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zum Längsförderer (8), vorzugsweise beidseits daneben, Laufschienen (11) angeordnet sind, auf denen programmierbare Roboteraggregate (12) verfahrbar sind, die die Hochdruckwasserzuleitung (13) mit den Wasserstrahldüsen (14) aufweisen, wobei die Düsen (14) mäanderartig über die Fläche der von Lackschichten zu befreiende Rohkarosse (1) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden der Kabine (2) mindestens im Durchlaufbereich der Rohkarosserie (1), vornehmlich im gesamten Bereich der Längsförderer (8) und Roboteranordnung (12) durch einen Rost (15), insbesondere Gitterrost, gebildet ist, unterhalb dessen eine Partikel/Wasser-Auffangkammer (16) mit Partikelabscheider (17) und/oder Filter (18) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hochdruckwasserleitungen (13) von Plungerpumpen (19) oder dergleichen Hydrozylindern gespeist sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eingangsseitig der Kabine (2) ein quer zum Längsförderer (8) gerichteter Querförderer (20) mit Hebestation (21) angeordnet ist, mittels dessen eine Rohkarosserie (1) zum Längsförderer (8) transportierbar und auf diesen umsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausgangsseitig der Kabine (2) ein quer zum Längsförderer (8) gerichteter Querförderer (22) mit Hebestationen (23) angeordnet ist, mittels dessen eine Rohkarosserie (1) vom Längsförderer (8) abnehmbar und auf den Querförderer (22) umsetzbar ist.
