Abstract
- einem Verteilerkasten (10) im oder am Gehäuse (1) der Rundläuferpresse,
- einer Mehrzahl von Steckverbindern (24,26,32) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Verteilerkastens (10) zur Verbindung mit jeweils einem Kabel (4,5,6,7) am außen liegenden Ende,
- einer Leiterplatte (22) im Verteilerkasten (10) für die elektrische Verbindung zwischen gegenüberliegenden Steckverbindern (24,26,32), wobei die Steckverbinder (24,26) Lötstifte (28) aufweisen, die durch eine Öffnung im Verteilerkasten (10) hindurcherstreckt sind und am freien Ende in entsprechenden Bohrungen der Leiterplatte (22) verlötet sind.

Claims (7)
- Verteilervorrichtung für eine Rundläuferpresse, miteinem Verteilerkasten (10) im oder am Gehäuse (1) der Rundläuferpresse,einer Mehrzahl von Steckverbindern (24, 26, 32) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Verteilerkastens (10) zur Verbindung mit jeweils einem Kabel (4, 5, 6, 7) am außen liegenden Ende,einer einzigen Leiterplatte (22) im Verteilerkasten (10) für die elektrische Verbindung zwischen gegenüberliegenden Steckverbindern (24, 26, 32) , wobei die Steckverbinder (24, 26) Lötstifte (28) aufweisen, die durch eine Öffnung im Verteilerkasten (10) hindurcherstreckt sind und am freien Ende in entsprechenden Bohrungen der Leiterplatte (22) verlötet sind.
- Verteilungsvorrichtung für Rundläuferpresse, miteinem Verteilerkasten (10), der im oder am Gehäuse (1) der Rundläuferpresse angeordnet ist,einer einzigen Leiterplatte (22) im Verteilerkasten (10),mehreren Steckverbindern (24, 26, 32) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Verteilerkastens, die Lötstifte (28) aufweisen, die durch eine Öffnung im Verteilerkasten (10) hindurcherstreckt sind und am freien Ende in entsprechenden Bohrungen auf gegenüberliegenden Seite der Leiterplatte (22) verlötet sind,einem vielpoliger Steckverbinder (32) im Inneren des Kastens (10), der mit einer Seite der Leiterplatte (22) verlötet ist,und einem an dem Verteilerkasten (10) angebrachten weiteren äußeren Steckverbinder (38), der eine entsprechende Anzahl von Steckerstiften (40) aufweist, die über eine Öffnung im Verteilerkasten (10) in Kontaktöffnungen des inneren Steckverbinders (32) einsteckbar sind.
- Verteilervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Steckverbinder (24, 26, 38) an Abschlußplatten (12, 14) des Verteilerplattengehäuses (10) angebracht sind, die am Rand über Dichtungen (18, 20) an einem umlaufenden Rahmen (16) angebracht sind.
- Verteilervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Steckverbindern (24, 26) eine Verbindungsplatte (30) angebracht ist, die gegen die Innenseite der zugehörigen Abschlußplatte (12, 14) verschraubt ist.
- Verteilervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere Steckverbinder (38) an einem Rahmen angebracht ist, der an der Außenseite des Verteilerkastens (10) befestigt ist.
- Verteilervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiterplatte (22) mittels der Löststifte (28, 40) im Verteilerkasten (10) gehalten ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verteilervorrichtung für Rundläuferpressen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:eine Leiterplatte (22) und eine Mehrzahl Steckverbinder (24, 26, 32) werden auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Leiterplatte (22) in einem Arbeitsgang zusammengesteckt und anschließend in einem Lötbad miteinander verlötet,mit entsprechenden Öffnungen versehene Abschlußplatten (12, 14) eines Verteilerkastens (10) werden anschließend über die Steckverbinder (24, 26, 32) geschoben und an einem Rahmen (16) des Verteilerkastens (10) befestigt undVerbindungsplatten (30) der Steckverbinder (24, 26) werden auf der Innenseite der Abschlußplatten (12, 14) mit diesen verschraubt.
