Claims (5)
- Verteilervorrichtung für Rundläuferpressen, miteinem Verteilerkasten (10), der im oder am Gehäuse der Rundläuferpresse angeordnet isteiner einzigen Leiterplatte (22) im Verteilerkasten (10)mehreren Steckverbindern (24) auf einer Seite des Verteilerkastens (10), die Lötstifte (28) aufweisen, die durch eine Öffnung im Verteilerkasten (10) hindurcherstreckt sind und am freien Ende in entsprechenden Bohrungen auf einer Seite der Leiterplatte (22) verlötet sindeiner vielpoligen Steckerverbindung (32) im Inneren des Kastens (10), die mit der entgegengesetzten Seite der Leiterplatte (22) verlötet ist,und einem auf der entgegengesetzten Seite an dem Kasten (10) angebrachten weiteren äußeren Steckverbinder (38), der eine entsprechende Anzahl von Steckerstiften (40) aufweist, die über eine Öffnung im Kasten (10) in Kontaktöffnungen des inneren Steckverbinders (32) einsteckbar sind.
- Verteilervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Steckverbinder (24, 26,) an Anschlußplatten (12, 14) des Verteilergehäuses (10) angebracht sind, die am Rand über Dichtungen (18, 20) an einem umlaufenden Rahmen (16) angebracht sind.
- Verteilervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Steckverbindern (24, 26) eine Verbindungsplatte (30) angebracht ist, die gegen die Innenseite der zugehörigen Abschlußplatte (12, 14) verschraubt ist.
- Verteilervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weitere Steckverbinder (38) an einem Rahmen angebracht ist, der an der Außenseite des Verteilerkastens (10) befestigt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verteilervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:eine einzige Leiterplatte (22) und die Steckverbinder (24, 26) werden in einem Arbeitsgang zusammengesteckt und anschließend in einem Lötbad miteinander verlötetdie mit entsprechenden Öffnungen versehenen Abschlußplatten (12, 14) werden anschließend über die Steckverbinder (24, 26) geschoben und an einem Rahmen (16) befestigt unddie Steckverbinder (24, 26) werden mit Abschlußplatten (12, 14) über Verbindungsplatten (30) verschraubt.
