Claims (11)
- Rouleau porte-couteau rotatif (2), préférentiellement pour la production d'enveloppes brutes (4) ayant, sur un arbre rotatif (14), au moins un corps de rouleau (19) fixe dont la surface périphérique (20) présente des rangées d'éléments magnétiques (60), et portant au moins un couteau en tôle (24), qui présente une plaque de base mince et flexible (61) constituée d'un matériau magnétiquement perméable, sur laquelle dépasse au moins un bord de découpage tranchant conçu pour une forme de découpage prédéfinie, la plaque de base (61) présentant un bord avant (62) et un bord arrière (63) ainsi que deux bords latéraux opposés (64) (65), et le couteau en tôle (24) étant maintenu à plat sur la surface périphérique (20) par les éléments magnétiques (60), le corps de rouleau (19) possédant des pivots de maintien et de positionnement (66) disposés en une rangée (76) et dépassant radialement de la surface périphérique (20) dans une hauteur (h), un nombre de trous de passage orientés vers le bord de découpage (28), et dont la largeur (b) correspond à une largeur (b1) des pivots de maintien et de positionnement (66) qui pénètrent dans ces trous de passage de façon à ce que le couteau en tôle (24) puisse être changé de position axialement, mais positionné de manière fixe et reproductible dans le sens périphérique du corps de rouleau (19), étant alignés dans la plaque de base (61) dans une zone avant (67) adjacente au bord avant (62),
