- This can e.g. at the side margin or margin area of the Blister pack, which is also the side edge of a column of sheets, be arranged.
- there can also be between two columns of depressions or surface pieces a separating connection seam common to two adjacent surface pieces exist, which extends over the entire length of the column and over two lines of weakness, like perforations, on both sides of the adjacent, detachable surface pieces is delimited.
- the area piece is preferably along the line of weakness or perforation from the remaining blister pack severed.
- the area piece is preferably at the same time one between two columns of sheets arranged separating connection seam separated.
- Disconnect seams are provided, which in turn are mutually separated by a perforation are separated so that each surface piece including the separating connection seam from the rest Blister pack can be separated.
- a blister pack can also have several columns of sheets with them in between have horizontal disconnect seams.
- the surface piece for the release of the ingredient in the well i.e. for the parallelogram-like folding the top layer, does not have to be separated from the remaining push-through pack.
- the area that can be pushed through in the cover layer can, for example, be a surface section in the top layer, which is of low elasticity and poor stretch properties has, so that the top layer tears at this point with normal push-through forces.
- the push-through surface section can, however, also be a recess in the cover layer.
- the push-through surface section in the cover layer can also be attached a line of weakness, for example a perforation, are produced partially or completely includes a certain area.
- a line of weakness for example a perforation
- the size of the surface area that can be pushed through is dimensioned such that the content can be pushed through this.
- the push-through surface section is intended maximum so large that it is in the resting position of the blister pack if possible, or is only slightly covered by the recess opening.
- the blister pack advantageously has appropriate locations on its outside Inscriptions and graphic elements, which among other things the individual Suggest opening steps.
- the top layer can be designed in such a way that the push-through surface sections of the outside of the push-through pack Eye can be distinguished from the non-push-through surface sections.
- the bottom parts are provided, for example, as continuous material with the ingredients filled and the cover film also brought to the floor parts as an endless material.
- the covering film is covered over the entire area by sealing or gluing covering the recess openings connected to the bottom part.
- a pack according to the present invention can only be carried out after execution taken from a regulated sequence of opening handles, i.e. through the cover film pressed out of the recess. This is an almost impossible task for children however, opening such a package is relatively easy for older people to handle. In particular, moving the recess opening onto a surface section that can be pushed through in the top layer is a manipulation that is not carried out intuitively, but rather certain previous knowledge or the ability to read package instructions.
- the blister pack 1 in Fig. 1a is a sheet containing a rectangular one Bottom part 2 and a recess 3, formed.
- the recess 3 and with it a contained therein Ingredient 17 is with a push-through cover film 6 from one with a Lacquer coated aluminum foil, which is sealed to the bottom part 2, covered.
- the bottom part 2 is both on the convex side (side on which the recess protrudes) as well as on the concave side (side on which the recess is deepened) with one a single blank cover layer 7 encased in plastic-coated cardboard, wherein the recess 3 protrudes through a recess in the top layer 7.
- the Top layer 7 is on its concurrent side edge areas on the concave side the blister pack 1 is mutually glued or sealed, thereby closed covering of the bottom part 2 is formed.
- the packaging material of the blister pack 1 consists of around 1 ⁇ 4 of a blister film, for example plastic or a plastic-metal composite, from which among others the base part 2 is made up of around 3 ⁇ 4 plastic-coated cardboard, from which, among other things, the top layer 7 is obtained.
- the top layer 7 is with the surface section lying on the convex side of the base part 2 connected to the base part 2 by means of gluing or sealing.
- the top layer 7 has in Area of a first and second side edge 12, 12 'or side edge area of the bottom part 2 a first and second fold line 9, 9 '.
- the top layer 7 contains a third order the length of a high side 16 (see Fig. 1b) shifted from the first side edge 12 of the bottom part 2 Fold lines 9 "and a fourth also by the length of a high side 16 from second side edge 12 'of the bottom part 2 shifted fold line 9 "'.
- the top layer 7 is sufficient on second side edge 12 'or side edge area by the length of a high side 16 over the second side edge 12 'of the bottom part 2, the bending point in the top layer 7 immediately fold line 9 "'.
- a detachment seam 13 which is along a line of weakness 10, such as Perforation can be separated from the blister pack (Fig. 1b).
- the tear-off seam 13 is a flat connection between top layer 7 and bottom part 2.
- the cover layer 7 can be formed of edges 16 in the x-direction parallelogram-like with axes of rotation on the fold lines 9, 9 ', 9 ", 9"' can be opened and folded over to the other side (Fig. 1b, 1c, 1d).
- the ingredient 17 can now through the cover sheet 6 and the top layer 7, i.e. through the push-through surface section 8 in the top layer 7, pushed through and the push-through pack 1 can be removed.
- the top layer 7 can be on the concave side of the base part 2 limited and attached to this, for example by gluing or sealing.
- the top layer 7 is in the region of a first side edge 12 the bottom part 2 overlapping area glued to the concave side of the bottom part 2 or sealed.
- a first and second fold line 9, 9 'in the top layer 7 (Fig. 2a, 2b)
- the first Fold line 9 is also the bending point of the top layer 7.
- a third fold line 9 "is around the Length of a high side 16 (see FIG. 2b) away from the first side edge 12 in the top layer 7.
- a fourth fold line 9 "'lies around the length of a high edge 16 from the second side edge 12 'away in the top layer 7.
- the top layer 7 extends the length at the second side edge 12' a high side 16 beyond the second side edge 12 'with the fold line 9 "' at the same time Bending point of the top layer 7 is that with its retrograde end with a Bottom part 2 overlapping surface area in the region of the second side edge 12 ' Gluing or sealing is attached.
- Fig. 2b the top layer 7 of the blister pack 1 is fully opened.
- the recess opening 4 comes analogous to that described above Design variant to lie on a push-through surface in the top layer 7 (not shown in Fig. 3).
- the top layer 7 is in the area of a first side edge 12 an area overlapping the bottom part 2 is glued to the concave side of the bottom part 2 or sealed.
- the top layer 7 In the area of the first and a second side edge 12, 12 'of the bottom part 2 there are two fold lines 9, 9 'in the top layer 7 (FIG. 3a), with both fold lines 9, 9' at the same time Bending points of the top layer 7 are.
- a third fold line 9 is the length of one High side 16 (see FIG. 3b) removed from the first side edge 12 in the top layer 7.
- a fourth fold line 9 "'lies at the length of a high side 16' from the second side edge 12 ' in the bottom part 2.
- the top layer 7 does not extend beyond the second side edge 12 ', but has its bending point on both sides in the area of the side edges 12, 12 '.
- Fig. 3b the top layer 7 of the blister pack 1 is completely opened.
- the in the area of second side edge 12 'arranged high side 16' is by a bent portion of the bottom part 2 is formed with a cover film 6 sealed thereon.
- the recess opening 4 comes analogous to the above embodiment to lie on a surface that can be pushed through in the top layer 7 (not shown in FIG Fig. 3).
- the second variant is particularly suitable for push-through packs 1 or base parts 2 with a plurality of depressions 3 (Fig. 4).
- the bottom part 2 is here in surface pieces 5 divided, with each surface piece 5 is assigned a recess 3.
- the bottom part 2 comprises, for example, two columns 14 of depressions 3 or surface pieces 5.
- Each Surface piece 5 has separation seams 13 on both sides, with two in the middle Columns 14 two separating connection seams, each associated with an adjacent area piece 5 13 run, which delimit each other by a line of weakness 10 '.
- the surface piece 5 directly from its separating connection seam lying between two columns 14 13 be solved or separated together with this from the rest of the bottom part 2 become.
