- Fig. 1a-d:

Claims (10)
- Durchdrückpackung (1), enthaltend ein Bodenteil (2) aus wenigstens einem Flächenstück (5) und mit wenigstens einer Vertiefung (3), eine am Bodenteil (2) festgelegte und wenigstens die Vertiefungsöffnung (4) der Vertiefung (3) überdeckende durchdrückbare Abdeckfolie (6), und eine Decklage (7), welche die Abdeckfolie (6) aussenseitig überlagert, und die Decklage (7) nicht durchdrückbare und durchdrückbare Flächenabschnitte enthält und die Vertiefung (3) in Ruhelage der Durchdrückpackung (1) wenigstens teilweise über einem nicht durchdrückbaren Flächenabschnitt in der Decklage (7) liegt, und zum Freilegen eines in der Vertiefung (3) befindlichen Inhaltsstoffes Mittel angeordnet sind, durch welche die Vertiefungsöffnung (4) mittels einer relativ zur Decklage (7) ausgeführten Bewegung über einen durchdrückbaren Plächenabschnitt (8) in der Decklage (7) gebracht werden kann, so dass der Inhaltsstoff durch die Abdeckfolie (6) und den durchdrückbaren Flächenabschnitt (8) in der Decklage (7) gedrückt werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Decklage (7) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenrändern (12, 12') oder Seitenrandbereichen des Flächenstückes (5) mit dem Bodenteil (2) verbunden ist und wenigstens die Decklage (7), vorzugsweise die Decklage (7) und das Flächenstück (5), Faltlinien (9, 9', 9", 9''') enthält an welchen sich die Decklage (7) durch eine Bewegung relativ zum Flächenstück (5) parallelogrammartig aufklappen und umklappen lässt, so dass die Vertiefungsöffnung (4) beim Umklappen auf einen durchdrückbaren Flächenabschnitt (8) in der Decklage (7) zu liegen kommt. - Durchdrückpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchdrückpackung (1) aus einem Flächenstück (5) mit einer Vertiefung (3) besteht oder in mehrere, vorzugsweise gleichmässig angeordnete Flächenstücke (5) mit je einer Vertiefung (3) eingeteilt ist, wobei jedem Flächenstück (5) oder einer Gruppe von Flächenstücken (5) eine Decklage (7), vorzugsweise aus einem Materialzuschnitt, zugeordnet ist und die Flächenstücke (5) mittels Schwächungslinien (10') gegenseitig abgegrenzt sind und Mittel vorgesehen sind, dass jede Vertiefung (3) einzeln über den durchdrückbaren Flächenabschnitt in der Decklage (7) verschoben werden kann.
- Durchdrückpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decklage (7) wenigstens an einem Seitenrand (12) oder Seitenrandbereich des Flächenstückes (5) mit dem Bodenteil (2) eine Verbindung (13) bildet, so dass sich die Vertiefung (3) erst nach Lösen oder Entfernen der Verbindung (13) relativ zur Decklage (7) verschieben lässt.
- Durchdrückpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, die Decklage (7) sich an den Faltlinien (9, 9', 9", 9''') durch eine Bewegung relativ zum Flächenstück (5) parallelogrammartig aufklappen lässt und die Decklage (7) und das Flächenstück (5) in voll aufgeklappter Stellung in Querschnittsansicht einen Hohlraum einschliessen und die Vertiefungsöffnung (4) beim Umklappen auf die andere Seite auf einen durchdrückbaren Flächenabschnitt in der Decklage (7) zu liegen kommt.
- Durchdrückpackung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste und zweite Faltlinie (9, 9') an ersten und diesem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seitenrand (12, 12') oder Seitenrandbereich in der Decklage (7) oder im Bodenteil (2) angeordnet sind und eine dritte und vierte Faltlinie (9", 9''') je um die Länge einer Hochseite (16, 16') vom ersten oder zweiten Seitenrand (12, 12') entfernt entweder beide in der Decklage (7) oder eine in der Decklage (7) und eine im Bodenteil (2) liegen.
- Durchdrückpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (13) eine Kleb- oder Siegelverbindung und eine durch eine Schwächungslinie (10), vorzugsweise eine Perforation, begrenzte und entlang der Schwächungslinie abtrennbare Seitenrandzone im Flächenstück ist.
- Durchdrückpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durchdrückbare Flächenabschnitt (8) in der Decklage (7) ein von einer Schwächungslinie (10), vorzugsweise eine Perforation, teilweise oder vollständig umgebener Flächenabschnitt, eine Ausnehmung oder ein mit einer durchdrückbaren Folie, Schicht, Folien- oder Schichtverbund versehener Flächenabschnitt ist.
- Durchdrückpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckfolie (6) aus einer mit Heisssiegellack beschichteten Aluminiumfolie einer Dicke von 15-30 µm besteht.
- Durchdrückpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bodenteil (2) und/oder die Decklage (7) aus einem Folienverbund mit einer äusseren Folie aus PVC einer Dicke von 60-100 µm, mit einer weiteren äusseren Folie aus orientiertem Polyamid (oPA) einer Dicke von 25-30 µm sowie einer dazwischen liegenden Folie aus Aluminium einer Dicke von 45-60 µm ist.
- Verwendung von Durchdrückpackungen (1) nach Anspruch 1 als Medikamentenverpackungen.
