Description
Claims (19)
- Modul (2), insbesondere Tuftingmodul,mit einem Grundkörper (3), der mehrere Werkzeuge trägt und mit einer Barre (1) einer Textilmaschine zu verbinden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Grundkörper (3) zur Befestigung des Moduls (2) an unterschiedlichen Barren (1) unterschiedlicher Textilmaschinen eine Fassung (11) zur Verbindung mit einem wechselbaren Adapter (12) aufweist, der zur Ausrichtung des Grundkörpers (3) an der jeweiligen Barre (1) ausgebildet ist. - Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (12) Ausrichtmittel (22, 23) zur lagerichtigen Positionierung zu dem Grundkörper (3) des Moduls (2) sowie Ausrichtmittel (25, 26) zur lagerichtigen Positionierung zu der Barre (1) aufweist.
- Modul nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (12) wenigstens eine Öffnung (38, 39) und das Modul (2) wenigstens eine Öffnung (41, 42) aufweist, in die zur lagerichtigen Positionierung des Adapters (12) zu dem Grundkörper (3) ein Positionierelement wie z.B. ein Stift (43, 44) einsetzbar ist.
- Modul nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionierelement (43, 44) eine Länge aufweist, die größer ist als die Dicke des Adapters (12), und dass das Positionierelement im eingesetzten Zustand mit dem Grundkörper (3), dem Adapter (12) und der Barre (1) in Eingriff steht.
- Modul nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (12) und die Barre (1) jeweils mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (50, 51) zur Aufnahme eines Positionierelements (53) versehen ist.
- Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fassung (11) und der Adapter (12) formschlüssig, stoffschlüssig und/oder reibschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (3) Abschnitte aufweist, die den Adapter (12) durch- oder umgreifen.
- Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fassung (11) durch eine in dem Grundkörper (3) ausgebildete Aufnahmetasche gebildet ist, in die der Adapter (12) einsetzbar ist.
- Modul nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmetasche Ausnehmungen (17, 18) oder Vorsprünge zur Positionierung und Halterung des Adapters (12) aufweist.
- Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (3) eine Anlagefläche (6) aufweist, die durch eine Aufnahmetasche unterbrochen ist, die die Fassung (11) bildet.
- Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (3) eine Anlagefläche (6) für den Adapter (12) aufweist, der im Wesentlichen die gesamte Anlagefläche (6) einnimmt.
- Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (3) wenigstens eine Befestigungsöffnung (19) aufweist, die vorzugsweise durch die Fassung (11) führt.
- Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (12) soweit asymmetrisch ausgebildet ist, dass er in nur einer Position mit dem Grundkörper (3) verbindbar ist.
- Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (12) die Position des Moduls (2) an der Barre (1) unabhängig von einem benachbarten Modul (2) festlegt.
- Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (12') haltekraftübertragend zwischen der Barre (1) und dem Modul (2') angeordnet ist.
- Modul nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Adapter (12') eine Öffnung (24)vorgesehen ist, über die eine Verbindung mit der Barre (1) erstellbar ist.
- Modul nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (12') mit einer formschlüssigen Verbindung (47, 48) mit dem Grundkörper (3') verbunden ist.
- Modul nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung durch eine hinterschnittene Nut (48) und eine entsprechende Leiste (47) gebildet ist.
- Modulsystem mit einem Modul (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und mit mehreren an die Fassung (11) des Moduls (2) passenden Adaptern (12, 12a, 12b, 12c; 12', 12'a, 12'b), die jeweils spezifisch für eine Barre (1) oder mehrere Barren ausgebildet sind.
