Claims (11)
- Schließzylinder mit einem Zylinderkern, der in einem Zylindergehäuse drehbar gelagert ist und einen Schlüsselkanal sowie in das Zylindergehäuse radial einschiebbare Zuhaltungen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Stirnfläche (5) des Zylinderkernes (1) oder in einer Ausnehmung bzw. in einem Vorsprung der Stirnfläche oder eines eingesetzten Hartmetallkörpers (4) nächst dem Schlüsselkanal (7) eine im Wesentlichen axiale Bohrung mit einem schlüsselbetätigbaren Schieber (6) vorgesehen ist, der eine Keilfläche (8) zur Übertragung einer axialen Bewegung als Hubbewegung auf einen radial geführten und in mindestens eine Ausnehmung (11) des Zylindergehäuses (2) einschiebbaren Sperrkörper (10) trägt.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrkörper (10) zu dessen radialer Führung mit Führungsstiften (12, 13; 12', 13') verbunden ist, die in beiderseits des Schlüsselkanals (7) angeordneten Bohrungen verschiebbar gelagert und durch Federkraft in Richtung eines Einrastens des Sperrkörpers (10) in der Sperrstellung vorgespannt sind.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Bohrungen Hartmetallstifte (14, 15) als Aufbohrschutz vorgesehen sind.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Verschieberichtung des Sperrkörpers (10) mindestens eine etwa diametral zum Sperrkörper aus dem Zylinderkern ausmündende Bohrung für einen Stift bzw. Fortsatz (19, 20) vorgesehen ist, dessen Stirnfläche beim Austauchen des Sperrkörpers (10) aus der Ausnehmung des Zylindergehäuses in der Zylinderfläche des Zylinderkernes (1) liegt, wobei beim Überheben des Sperrkörpers (10) in das Innere des Zylinderkernes (1) hinein die Stirnfläche des Stiftes bzw. Fortsatzes (19, 20) aus der Bohrung vortritt und in eine Ausnehmung (21, 22) des Zylindergehäuses (2) sperrend eingreift.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sperrkörper (10) als federbeaufschlagte Wippe ausgebildet ist, die mittig drehbar gelagert ist und unter Federkraft mit einem Wippenende sperrend in eine Gehäuseausnehmung (11) eintaucht, dass die Wippe beim Einschieben des Schiebers (6), z.B. mittels einer schrägen Auflauffläche in die Waage schwenkbar ist, wobei beide Wippenenden etwa in der Mantelfläche des Zylinderkernes (1) liegen und dass bei fortgesetztem Einschieben des Schiebers (6) das Wippenende in eine Ausnehmung (11) im Gehäuse (2) sperrend eintaucht.
- Schließzylinder nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Führungsstift (13") eine Eindrehung bzw. Ringnut (16) vorgesehen ist, in die ein etwa senkrecht zum Führungsstift (13') in einer Bohrung verschiebbarer Einlegestift (17) in der Freigabestellung des Sperrkörpers (10) eintaucht und in der Sperrstellung des Sperrkörpers (10) sowie auch in einer überhobenen Freigabestellung des Sperrkörpers (10) der Einlegestift (17) radial nach außen in eine Gehäuseausnehmung (18) verschiebbar ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung für den Schieber (6) in der Stirnfläche (5) des Zylinderkernes (1) bzw. im Hartmetallkörper (4) unmittelbar unterhalb der Ausmündung des Schlüsselkanals (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Schlüssel mit Schlüsselreide und Anschlagfläche für einen Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Schlüsselreide die Anschlagfläche (25) zur Anlage an der Stirnfläche (5) des Zylinderkernes (1) für die Positionierung des Schlüsselbartes im Schlüsselkanal (7) und nächst dieser Anschlagfläche (25) der Schlüsselreide eine Steuerfläche (26) zur Positionierung des Schiebers (6) in der Bohrung vorgesehen ist.
- Schlüssel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerfläche (26) als Stirnfläche eines Stiftes an der Schlüsselreide ausgebildet ist, wobei sich der Stift in Axialrichtung des Schlüsselbartes erstreckt und mit der Bohrung im Zylinderkern (1) fluchtet, in diese eingreift und den Schieber (6) positioniert.
- Schlüssel und Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Schlüsselreide im Bereich des Schlüsselanschlages (25) ein Vorsprung (24) oder eine Ausnehmung mit einer Anschlagfläche vorgesehen sind, die an einer Fläche einer Vertiefung oder eines Vorsprungs der Stirnfläche des Zylinderkernes (1), insbesondere eines Hartmetalleinsatzes (4) derselben, den Schlüssel (23) in axialer Richtung im Schlüsselkanal (7) positionierend, anliegt und dass die Bohrung mit dem Schieber (6) am Grund der Vertiefung oder am Vorsprung ausmündet und die Steuerfläche (26) in der Anschlagflächenebene (25) liegt.
- Schlüssel und Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlüssel (23) an seinem Vorsprung (24) oder in seiner Ausnehmung, die die Anschlagfläche (25) für den Schlüssel (23) im Schlüsselkanal (7) tragen und somit den Schlüssel positionieren, eine zusätzliche Steuerfläche (26) aufweist, die dem Schieber (6) gegenüber liegt und diesen verschiebt, wobei die Steuerfläche (26) zur Variation gegenüber der Anschlagfläche (25) in parallele Ebenen zurückversetzt oder vorgeschoben ist.
