Definitions

  • the invention relates to the transport of naphtha in a crude oil pipeline.
  • the naphtha which feeds the steam cracker must not contain heavy or unbreakable products under penalty of rapidly fouling the convection zone, or to quench the quenching zone, incidents which lead to stopping of the unit for cleaning or decoking.
  • Crude oil pipelines generally exist with larger diameters than product pipelines white ", and thus have transport capacities much larger, usually larger distances.
  • the transport of refined products in a crude oil pipeline is doing so at far more cost low compared to what it is on the oil pipelines white goods.
  • the white goods pipelines don't always exist and the use of a crude oil pipeline then allows to save a considerable investment.
  • the challenge economic constituted by the use of petroleum pipelines gross for the transportation of refined products is thus very important, and that's why these pipelines are sometimes used for this purpose despite the delicate problems of contamination that must be resolved.
  • each of the interfaces of different batches is detected on arrival by ultrasound and colorimetry.
  • the whole is distilled, treated with zinc oxide and sent to the product tank corresponding finish.
  • the interfaces are also distilled, processed on ZnO and sent to tanks downgraded products, awaiting reprocessing.
  • the Depositing Company has now discovered that the transport of naphtha between two batches of condensate in a crude oil pipeline collected on arrival a batch of very little polluted naphtha, suitable for fueling directly, without any treatment, and in particular without pre-distillation, a steam cracker.
  • the present invention therefore relates to a method of a batch of naphtha in an oil pipeline whose primary destination is to transport crude oil, characterized by the fact that one makes progress in the pipeline said lot of naphtha framed by lots of condensates, i.e. a batch of overhead condensate and a batch tail condensate, and on arrival, we collect the batch of naphtha between a time at the earliest at the end or substantially at the end of the passage of the interface zone head condensate / naphtha and a moment at most late at or near the onset of the onset of naphtha / tail condensate interface area.

    die Anfangskondensatmenge von vorgegebenem Volumen durch Pumpen in die Rohöl-Ölleitung eingespeist wird, in der die Rohölzufuhr stromaufwärts eingestellt worden ist, worauf dann die Naphta-Menge von vorgegebener Größe und schließlich die Endkondensatmenge von vorgegebener Größe eingespeist wird;
    anschließend das Pumpen des Rohöls wieder aufgenommen wird; und
    beim Eintreffen:
    die Schnittstelle Rohöl/Anfangskondensat ermittelt wird;
    sodann in einem Kondensat-Lagertank eine Menge aufgefangen wird, die mindestens der Menge des Anfangskondensats entspricht, wobei die Schnittstellenzone Anfangskondensat/Naphta überwacht wird, um so erst dann den Fluss in der Ölleitung in die Naphta-Lagertanks zu lenken, frühestens wenn die Schnittstelle Anfangskondensat/Naphta durchgelaufen ist;
    die Schnittstellenzone Naphta/Endkondensat überwacht wird, um so den Fluss der Ölleitung in die Naphta-Lagertanks zu unterbrechen und ihn spätestens zu Beginn des Erscheinens der Schnittstellenzone Naphta/Endkondensat zu den Kondensat- Lagertanks umzuleiten;
