Description

Vorrichtung zur Verkleidung einer Türzarge
Die gegenständliche Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verkleidung einer Türzarge mittels einer an der Oberfläche der Türzarge befestigbaren Abdeckung.
Es besteht oftmals das Erfordernis, aus Metall oder aus Holz hergestellte Türzargen, welche Beschädigungen aufweisen, zu renovieren. Hiezu ist es bekannt, die Türzargen abzuschleifen und mit einem neuen Anstrich zu versehen. Zudem besteht auch die Möglichkeit, bestehende alte Türzargen durch neue Türzargen zu ersetzen. Weiters ist es auch bekannt, beschädigte Türzargen mit einer Verkleidung auszustatten. Da die Renovierung von beschädigten Türzargen die Kenntnis und Fähigkeiten eines Fachmannes erfordert, wird hierdurch ein hoher Kostenaufwand bedingt. Soferne beschädigte Türzargen verkleidet werden, bedingt dies zudem auch den Nachteil, daß hierdurch die lichte Weite des Türrahmens verringert wird.
Der gegenständlichen Erfindung liegt demnach die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zur Verkleidung einer Türzarge zu schaffen, durch welche die vorstehend angeführten Nachteile vermieden werden. Demnach soll diese Verkleidung in ihrer Herstellung billig sein, soll sie auch durch einen Nichtfachmann ausführbar sein und soll hierdurch die lichte Weite des Türrahmens nicht verkleinert werden. Die vorstehend angegebenen Aufgaben werden erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß eine Zierleiste, welche mit einem im Querschnitt keilförmigen Fortsatz ausgebildet ist, und eine am Fortsatz befestigte und über diesen hinausgehende Dekorfolie, vorgesehen sind, wobei die mit dem keilförmigen Fortsatz ausgebildete Zierleiste und die Dekorfolie auf der Oberfläche der Türzarge mittels Klebung befestigbar sind.
Vorzugsweise ist die Zierleiste im Querschnitt rechteckig ausgebildet, wobei der keilförmige Fortsatz sich in Richtung einer der beiden Breitseiten erstreckt. Dabei kann die Zierleiste als Hohlprofil ausgebildet sein. Zudem kann die Zierleiste als Winkelleiste ausgebildet sein, wobei einer der beiden Schenkel in den keilförmigen Fortsatz übergeht.
Nach einem bevorzugten Verfahren zur Verkleidung einer Türzarge mittels einer derartigen Vorrichtung wird ein zwischen einer mit dem keilförmigen Fortsatz ausgebildeten winkelförmigen Zierleiste und der Türzarge entstehender Hohlraum ausgeschäumt.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist nachstehend anhand zweier in der Zeichnung dargestellter Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung, in horizontalem Schnitt durch den rechten Balken eines Türstockes, und
Fig. 2 eine zweite Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung, in horizontalem Schnitt durch den rechten Balken eines Türstockes.
In Fig. 1 ist eine mit einer Öffnung ausgebildete Wand 1 dargestellt, wobei in der Öffnung eine Türzarge 2 versetzt ist, welche an der Wand 1 mittels einer Mörtel- bzw. Verputzschichte 1 1 befestigt ist. Die Zarge 2 ist mit einer Nut 21 ausgebildet, in welche eine Dichtungsleiste 22 eingesetzt ist. Der Zarge 2 ist ein Türblatt 3 zugeordnet. Um eine beschädigte Türzarge 2 verkleiden zu können, sind zwei Zierleisten 4 vorgesehen, welche mit sich keilförmig verjüngenden Fortsätzen 41 ausgebildet sind, an welchen eine Dekorfolie 42 befestigt ist.
Zur Verkleidung der Türzarge 2 werden die beiden Zierleisten 4 im Bereich seitlich außerhalb der Wandöffnung an den beiden Oberflächen der Wand 1 so befestigt, daß die Fortsätze 41 zur Stirnfläche der Türzarge 2 hin gerichtet sind. Weiters werden die an den Fortsätzen 41 befestigten Dekorfolien 42 auf die Zarge 2 aufgebracht. Da der Stoß der beiden Dekorfolien 42 innerhalb der Nut 21 angeordnet wird, ist dieser durch die Dichtungsleiste 22 verdeckt. Das in Fig. 2 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel unterscheidet sich von dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel dadurch, daß die Türzarge 2a mit zwei Rücksprüngen ausgebildet ist. Um die mit jeweils einem keilförmigen Fortsatz 41 ausgebildeten Zierleisten 4a befestigen zu können, sind sie im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet. Dabei kann die Länge des kurzen Schenkels der Zierleiste entsprechend den Rücksprüngen der Türzarge 2a gewählt werden.
Die mit einem Fortsatz ausgebildeten Zierleisten können aus Holz oder aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein. Die Zierleisten können als im Querschnitt rechteckige Leiste, als Hohlprofilleiste oder als Winkelleiste ausgebildet sein. Die Dekorfolie kann durch eine einseitig beschichtete Klebefolie gebildet sein. Der zwischen der winkelförmigen Zierleiste und der Wand bzw. der Türzarge bestehende Hohlraum kann ausgeschäumt werden. Die Zierleisten, die Fortsätze und die Dekorfolien werden an der Wand bzw. an der Türzarge durch Klebung befestigt.
Hierdurch ist somit eine Vorrichtung geschaffen, mittels welcher eine beschädigte Türzarge in einfacher und kostengünstiger Weise verkleidet werden kann.

Claims

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Vorrichtung zur Verkleidung einer Türzarge mittels einer an der Oberfläche der Türzarge befestigbaren Abdeckung, gekennzeichnet durch eine Zierleiste (4, 4a), welche mit einem im Querschnitt keilförmigen Fortsatz (41 ) ausgebildet ist, und durch eine am Fortsatz (41 ) befestigte und über diesen hinausgehende Dekorfolie (42), wobei die mit dem keilförmigen Fortsatz (41 ) ausgebildete Zierleiste (4, 4a) und die Dekorfolie (42) auf der Oberfläche der Türzarge (2) mittels Klebung befestigbar sind.
2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zierleiste (4) im Querschnitt rechteckig ausgebildet ist, wobei der keilförmige Fortsatz (41) sich in Richtung einer der beiden Breitseiten erstreckt (Fig. 1 ).
3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zierleiste als Hohlprofil (4) ausgebildet ist (Fig. 1).
4. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zierleiste (4a) als Winkelleiste ausgebildet ist, wobei einer der beiden Schenkel in den keilförmigen Fortsatz (41 ) übergeht (Fig. 2).
5. Verfahren zur Verkleidung einer Türzarge mittels einer Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zwischen der mit dem keilförmigen Fortsatz (41) ausgebildeten winkelförmigen Zierleiste (4a) und der Türzarge (2) entstehender Hohlraum ausgeschäumt wird.
