Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung, die mit einem Schraubpfropfen (6) ausgestattet ist und für eine Verpackung, wie z.B. einen Quader, bestimmt ist, wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist:
    eine Basis (2) mit einem Flansch (8), der sich an die Wand der Verpackung, vorzugsweise an seine obere Wand, anschmiegt und dazu dient, die Basis (2) z.B. durch Kleben an der Verpackung zu befestigen, und mit einer von einem Gewindekragen (12) umgebenen Öffnung (10);
    wobei der Schraubpfropfen (6), der mit dem Gewindekragen (12) der Basis (2) zusammenwirkt, um ein Schließen der Verpackung nach ihrem ersten Öffnen zu ermöglichen, einen Boden (38) sowie eine äußere Schürze mit mindestens einem Innengewinde (48) und mit nockenartigen Mitteln (44) aufweist, die mit komplementären Mitteln zusammenwirken, die auf dem beweglichen Teil (4) angeordnet sind, um während des Aufschraubens zu ermöglichen, dass das bewegliche Teil (4) axial ins Innere der Verpackung gedrückt wird;
    wobei das axial verschiebbare bewegliche Teil (4) an seinem Ende, das sich auf der Seite der Öffnung (10) befindet, Zähne (22) aufweist und in dem Gewindekragen (12) zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der es sich vollständig im Innern des Gewindekragens (12) befindet, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der sich die Zähne (22) im Innern der Verpackung befinden, geführt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Teil (4) aus einem einzigen Stück mit der Basis (2) gegossen ist, wobei abreißbare Stege (35) die beiden Teile verbinden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abreißbaren Stege sich bei der Öffnung (10) und an der Basis der komplementären Mittel des beweglichen Teils (4) befinden, um dieses Teil axial ins Innere der Verpackung zu drücken.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (35) abgerissen werden, wenn das bewegliche Teil in seiner ersten Stellung ist, in der es sich vollständig im Innern des Gewindekragens (12) befindet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Teil (4) ein im wesentlichen zylindrisches rohrförmiges Teil mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt ist, das entlang einer Ebene schräg abgeschnitten ist, die bezüglich der Achse der Vorrichtung geneigt ist, bei der ein Ende sich im wesentlichen in einer radialen Ebene befindet und mit Zähnen (22) versehen ist und die bei dem anderen Ende einen bezüglich einer radialen Ebene geneigten Rand zumindest auf einem Teil des Randes des beweglichen Teils aufweist, und dass der Schraubpfropfen (6) einen Abzugskanal (44) aufweist, der sich vom Boden (38) axial erstreckt und dessen freier Rand bezüglich dem Boden (38) geneigt ist und parallel zum Rand des beweglichen Teils (4) ist, wenn dieses in der eingefahrenen Stellung in dem Gewindekragen (12) ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Teil (4) ein im wesentlichen zylindrisches Teil ist, dessen Rand, der dem die Zähne (22) tragenden Rand gegenüberliegt, die Form eines Schraubengangs um die Achse der Vorrichtung hat, und dass der freie Rand des Abzugskanals (44) parallel zum Rand des beweglichen Teils (4) ist, wenn dieses in der eingefahrenen Stellung in dem Gewindekragen (12) ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Führung des beweglichen Teils (4) bezüglich des Gewindekragens (12) mindestens eine Strebe bzw. Rippe (20) aufweisen, die in einer entsprechenden Rille (24) gleitet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Anschläge (26, 28) vorgesehen sind, um den Hub des beweglichen Teils (4) zu begrenzen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubpfropfen (6) mit einem Ring (46) zur Sicherung gegen Eingriffe versehen ist, der mit der Schürze (4) des Pfropfens verbunden ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Teil (4) auch als Durchflussregler dient.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Teil nur auf einem Teil des Randes seines Endes, das sich auf der Seite der Öffnung (10) befindet, Zähne (22) aufweist.
  11. Gegossenes Stück zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch die Basis (2) der Vorrichtung und das bewegliche Teil (4) gebildet ist, und dass abreißbare Stege diese beiden Teile verbinden.
  12. Gegossenes Stück nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne (22) des beweglichen Teils (4) sich in der Austrittsstellung befinden, und dass die abreißbaren Stege sich bei der Öffnung (10) der Basis (2) befinden.
